The nursery staff are caring and always keep us informed with a detailed handover. My son enjoys the activities and they are always accommodating for ad hoc days when needed. They are good at taking on feedback and acting upon it too. Keep up the great work!

This is such a lovely nursery. Our daughter has been coming here since she was 15 months old and has spent time in both the baby room and the toddler room. She has flourished since being here and has a lovely relationship with her key worker. She is now nearly 2 and absolutely loves going to nursery.
We really can’t fault it. The staff are so friendly and attentive and they make such an effort to get to know the children. We are very happy.

This nursery felt like an informal franchise based off theory practices but in reality the education was poorly executed for my child in particular.
The preschool seemed chaotic, there was no attention to detail on my son and how he is developing. It felt like a playgroup rather than a nursery based
on educational requirements.
Some staff were very nice and can't fault them but do believe there needs to be more training involved.

Both my grandchildren attend this nursery and since they have started at around six months old in the baby room they have blossomed their way through until preschool receiving quality care and routines carefully thought through.

Little Acorns is a warm, friendly environment with a family (yet professional) where the priority is always the child - their development, wellbeing and ability to grow.
My son struggled to settle into nursery at age one but has come leaps and bounds since moving to the eighteen months to three years
class. He is happy because the key workers invest time to build rapport and are always communicative upon collection proving insights into the day and discussing any concerns. I believe this class is a little too large and the children would benefit from having a smaller class. The food offerings could be better and more varied/innovative. But these are minor tweaks. Sending my little one to Little Acorns is definitely one of the best things I did. Look forward to him progressing to preschool here.

My baby is 7-months old and I was very nervous about leaving him for the first time. The staff at Little Acorns Nursery are fantastic and have put me at ease with regular updates and tips to help him settle. The resources are fantastic and the garden looks great. I can’t wait to see how they support

My daughter has been attending Little Acorns Nursery for a little under a year now and she absolutely loves it. Her key workers so far have been brilliant and really give her the attention and nurturing she needs. My daughter has thrived since starting at Little Acorns Nursery and I notice advances
in her development regularly, including her communication, her social skills, her confidence and her creativity. Little Acorns Nursery ensures the children receive a varied nutritious diet and ensure hygiene is key, such as with nappy changes that are also logged respectively.
Since starting, the app updates have become more frequent which my husband and I appreciate, to give us peace of mind. My daughter has made lots of little connections to her peers at nursery and she often doesn’t even want to come home! I would highly recommend Little Acorns Nursery.

The staff are very polite and welcoming. Wouldn’t wish for a nicer place. My granddaughter was well taught ready for her going to school with this being in place her school have commented on how far advanced she is. This could only mean they helped her along the way. My grandson also attends the nursery

Overall the nursery is very well run and a great place to send our son. He thoroughly enjoys being at nursery and he has a close bond with all of the staff. There are lots of activities that he does throughout the day to keep the children entertained and preoccupied to which we receive updates about

Both of our grandsons went to Little Acorns and they both love it there (the eldest one is now at school). We often collect them and find the staff always very caring and give a full explanation of what they have done during the day as well as what they have eaten. There always seems to be changes
in the rooms and new activities to keep the children interested and there always seems to be money being spent as we've seen with improvements to the garden and building extension since our first grandson started going.

My child absolutely loves going to Little Acorns. She has been attending Little Acorns since she was eight and a half months old and now she is two and a half yrs old. All the practitioners are lovely, approachable and really care about the children’s well-being. I get detailed information about what
she’s eaten, what she’s been up to that day and they will always notice any new skills she learns and are so praising when she does this, which my daughter thrives from.

Very poor nursery. Only still sending my eldest child due to him having all his friends and his attendance at the nursery for the past 2 years. Only sent my son because of his room leader. Once he finishes her class he will be getting removed from the nursery and going elsewhere. Pre-School is supposed
to get kids ready for school however, my son has not been taught any phonics or writing, or numbers since joining. He is self-taught at home. Staff are very poor and room leaders are on their phones rather than looking after children. Poor hygiene, kids always coming home with food around the face. Food choice is very poor and does not cater to all religions/beliefs. No nutritious meals are provided. Toys are brought once every year yet charged for toys monthly. Never been on any school trips. Would love to see the balance and profit and loss sheets for this business as it's a business, not a nursery.

As a first time parent I was anxious about leaving him in an environment he wasn't familiar with but he loves it. Nursery had helped me to allow him to grow and develop without him needing me.
They have also been able to manage his dairy allergy with alternative food in place so he isn't left out.

After feeling very anxious about leaving our son after Covid and the Pandemic, the nursery staff made us feel so welcome and at ease. Our son loved spending time interacting with other children in a safe, friendly environment. He seems to really enjoy the food and outdoor spaces they have available.
My wife still calls every day to check in and he's always great, the staff are always really helpful in answering our questions at the end of the day. We are so glad we chose this nursery.

We've had a mixed experience so far. My child has been really sick since joining the nursery and whilst we'd expect plenty of colds and mild bugs, he's missed many many days now, to the extent that I think it has impacted his experience there. The key workers that are assigned to him are really lovely
and try their best to make his time at nursery enjoyable it seems. The updates on the parent app aren't so frequent, although we are given verbal updates when we collect him at the end of the day. I think in these times when parents can't go into the nursery, more reassurance of your child's activities, environment and development are required and I don't feel we get this from Little Acorns. I don't feel my child has advanced in any way in his six months at nursery so far. I genuinely struggled to rate the nursery as I am not aware of the quality of facilities, spaces, resources or learning.

An excellent nursery. The staff are friendly, really interactive with children and the days are jam packed with activities. My son loves going the three days he attends. Occasionally I get good developmental reviews. The app used for communication is great, for picture updates and messages. The eighteen
month to three years old class is big, with lots of children over twenty months in. I find this too big and do worry that my son doesn't get the right amount of attention as he did in the smaller classes.
