Whitwick Day Nursery

A wonderful nursery, all of the staff are highly attentive and understand all the children’s individual needs. As both of my children have moved through the nursery, from babies to preschool, the transitions between rooms have been brilliantly managed and all needs have been met. The food choices are fantastic and healthy options adapted for my child’s dietary needs. Both of my children have loved their time at Whitwick and I would highly recommend it to other parents.

Our daughter absolutely loves her time at nursery. She is always happy when going into and coming out of the nursery. She enjoys lots of different activities that encourage her growth and development, especially messy play. She loves all of her meals too, sometimes having two portions. The nursery has been great during the lockdown, being flexible to our different needs. We have been so impressed with Whitwick day nursery that we have recommended it to several of our friends in the area.

Lovely nursery the staff are very attentive to the children's needs lots for them to do in and outside the building. Also, lots of choice for the breakfast and dinner times my daughter loved her time at this nursery.

Staff are caring, friendly and always there to listen. Safe environment for my little one to be in. Wouldn’t of trusted anyone else for both my children.

The activities for the kids, communication from the nursery, the food and most importantly, the staff care and attention are fantastic and we're very happy we chose them.

Lovely staff always happy to help and to give advice, nice atmosphere, interesting activities my son is very happy.

My daughter has been at Whitwick Day Nursery for the past 2 years and has been in 3 rooms at the nursery as she has developed. Each room, environment and staff member is tailored to the developmental and emotional needs of the child and age group promoting a stimulating environment for growth. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery and brings home the songs, stories and themes they practice in the day. She has been involved in Kimbles and Creatures corner and loves the outdoor play area with a park, bikes, sandpits and mud kitchens. She is always well stimulated, happy and well looked after and management keeps me well updated on her progress. I would highly recommend this setting to other parents.

I am very happy with all nursery staff they have helped my little man settle in every time he arrives, he has come on tremendously since going. Everybody is so kind and friendly.

Both our daughters have been to this nursery over the last 6 years and we have found it to be an excellent Nursery and had no issues.

My son enjoys his mornings at nursery and I feel it has really helped his development. The staff are very friendly and supportive, they have made him go from not wanting to leave my side to being confident and happy to join in and play with other children. It's also great seeing what he has been up to on tapestry.

Overall, an excellent Nursery with lovely staff especially in my son's current room and we especially love the Tapestry emails so we can see what our son gets up to daily. Would recommend to all friends and family should they be on the lookout for a Nursey.

Great nursery with friendly staff and great play spaces and activities. Fantastic outside space and nice and secure.

Staff at Whitwick nursery are all lovely and all happy to help. Girls love it and settled in very quickly. Fussy eaters but have now started trying more foods from being at nursery. We only do one afternoon a week but always look forward to going.

My children both moved here after their old nursery closed unexpectedly, and the care and help from the staff from day one, has been second to none.

They always take part in activities such as world book day, Halloween parties and dress as a pirate day. It’s just a very warm and happy place.

Whitwick Day Nursery staff genuinely care about my children, I know it is a great choice if they can't be at home with me.

Excellent communication when collecting my child. Always well informed of daily activities, food and how my child has been.

My child loves attending pre-school. I know she is happy and well looked after and already has a special bond with her key-worker who she talks about all the time. They plan daily activities, which help my child move forwards and know her really well. I am confident that she is very well cared for. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming.

I am always singing the praises of Whitwick Day Nursery. I love the setting and the staff, everyone is so friendly and always have time to say hello. I really like that they are so focused on getting the kids playing outside but just as much on teaching them. When my daughter first started, she was so shy and couldn't speak properly at all, the staff have really brought her out of herself. She is now the most confident and happy and intelligent child. We have been through a few rough patches with her behaviour but the nursery staff have always helped us work through it.

My child has thoroughly enjoyed his time here so far, he’s learnt so much. All the staff are amazing. I highly recommend.
