I am very happy with the nursery. My son has been there since he was 10 months and really loves it. They have a wonderful outside space coupled with great facilities inside. I would recommend for anyone to send their child here.

When my daughter first started here still was very unsure and nervous but now she has been going for nearly 5 months and she loves it! She is always excited to go. The facilities are great and the staff are lovely and helpful. My daughter does come home from nursery saying she is hungry a lot of the
time which suggests to me to portion sizes are small. However, this might be that she doesn’t always eat everything given to her. Overall I am very happy with the service provided for my daughter.

My children have been really happy at Kiddi Caru ever since they started. All the staff have been lovely, caring and very welcoming. Their indoor rooms are nice, they have a great selection of toys and there are good sized outdoor spaces which are used regularly. The activities the children do seem
like good fun as well as being good learning activities. Learning and development is encouraged and monitored without being intrusive to the children playing. The children seem to like the food as well and nap happily. There is good feedback through daily reports from staff, online access to pictures and observations as well as parents evenings. All-round great for our family.

Overall our experience with the nursery has been a positive one, our daughter has been at the nursery for almost two years and is extremely happy there. We have had a few issues particularly with regards to hygiene however when these have been raised with management I am pleased to say on the whole
actions have been taken promptly to rectify things.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since February 2019 and my son since September 2019. I have nothing but praise for the wonderful staff there who nurture them emotionally and development-wise and genuinely care about the children. My daughter loves nursery and has really bonded with her
keyworkers (and all the staff) in both rooms that she has been in so far. My son found it hard to settle at first but the staff have been so patient and lovely with him and he is now full of smiles when I drop him off. The children are given lots of time outdoors (weather permitting) which both of mine relish and they are always kept entertained with a variety of interesting activities. The meals they offer are very balanced and so I can pick them up after work knowing they have both been entertained all day and well-fed and that is a great feeling!

A very well organised and professionally run nursery; that provides fantastic development with our children. The staff show a genuine interest in my child and his development and make sure to tell me of new things he has achieved either face to face and online via the app. There seem to be new activities regularly, and I like that they encourage sports by bringing in people from outside organisations to do
football and other games. I also liked that they have a library bus, which comes to the site. I think it’s a shame that there isn’t more outdoor space with real grass, trees etc, but that can’t be helped because of the location of the nursery, and I know my child still has lots of time outside. There is plenty of opportunities for parents to be involved in the nursery if they wish through stay and play sessions, meet Santa evenings and family days. Transition for room to room as my child has gotten older; has so far seemed pretty smooth with settling in visits for child and parent!

We are thrilled with all aspects of KiddiCaru Day Nursery. Our daughter has been attending for a little over a year and has developed in every aspect. Most notably her confidence, she was very unsettled at her previous nursery; but since moving here has really come out of her shell. This is down to
the amazing effort every member of staff has made with her, to help her feel settled and secure. She loves attending and comes home full of all the exciting things she has done each day.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. My little one has an allergy which has been accommodated for by the nursery; which has been so reassuring and helpful.
Any concerns or queries I have had, have been listened to and addressed.
My little one has progressed and developed so much with the help
and encouragement of the staff. He loves coming to nursery and regularly talks about the staff at home.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery is a lovely setting. My son has been going there for just over year now and his development has been amazing, his speech is absolutely fantastic compared to when he first started. The staff and management at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery go above and beyond to meet my son’s needs daily
needs. In the room my son is in there are fantastic activities for him and the other children to access throughout the day, when my son comes home with a new change of clothes on due to messy play, it means he’s had the best day to me! The garden is well equipped with lots of different bikes, a climbing frame and there’s also a mud kitchen... not forgetting the undercover sand area where children can play outside in all weathers. Overall I would definitely recommend this nursery, it’s like a home from home and all the staff are so caring and friendly.

Facilities are very good and the staff are very attentive. Our children are extremely happy here. My only concern is the dangerous car park access from the main road.

We've had a few cases now where I have been forced to "keep the peace" by my wife.


A few times I've felt the need to contact the nursery to complain over staff attitude, my daughter coming home with illnesses and various other concerns.


Given this chance to voice my opinion is a blessing for me.


If

it was solely my choice our daughter wouldn't continue to attend this nursery at all.


Either its reputation is a false illusion or its standards have dropped from our recommendation.


Either way, I hope it improves quickly.

My daughter always receives a warm welcome and is happy to go to nursery. They are always thinking up great learning opportunities for the children and she has a lot of fun. The nursery is clean and has a fantastic garden area. The staff are friendly and clearly care for the children.
The food is nutritious
but not always child-friendly, so it is often reported that my daughter does not eat.

I have 2 children at the nursery. Both are extremely happy, every member of staff is happy, caring and welcoming to the children.
Each day they have different activities they can join in with making each day fun and interesting.
Meals are varied so they have the opportunity to try different foods.
Parking is very convenient making it safe an easy to get in and out.
