My daughter has been at the nursery for 3 months now. She has a great time with lots of different activities. We are shown updates online of the activities she does. The staff are very friendly and always give me and my partner feedback on the day of how she has been.

Both of my children have been through Kiddi Caru from the age of 6 months to school age. Our experiences have been nothing but wonderful; our children were always delighted to arrive each morning and it was sometimes even a struggle to get them to come home! The staff are wonderful: caring, nurturing
and fun! The activities planned were always well thought out and engaging, capturing their imagination and encouraging a love of learning. The communication was also excellent and the manager accommodating, flexible and professional. I cannot recommend Kiddi Caru Market Harborough highly enough.

My daughter is currently in the Daffodils room and has had such a positive experience since starting at 9 months old. She started in the middle of the pandemic and she settled amazingly thanks to all the kind and caring staff team. The settling in process is fantastic offering 3/4 weeks of sessions
to ensure children are ready to start their new journey. The stay and play sessions they offer to enable parents to see the children enjoying nursery to their full potential! We have nothing but positives to say about this nursery and we highly recommend to others.
The management team are always on hand and are always welcoming and friendly.

Four of my grandkids attend this fabulous nursery; they all love it!
From babies right through to preschool, the staff are all lovely and caring. The food is always fresh and wholesome with lots of different menus.
I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter is very happy, she learnt a lot of new things such as singing and learning sign songs. Every day is different and there are always activities going on. All the staff are amazing and the quality of education is really good. I highly recommend it.

The nursery was a recommendation from a friend. After a visit, we knew immediately it was the one without even looking anywhere else. The settling-in sessions were great and it was so nice to see how our son would get on with the staff. He’s been there a few months now and never cried at drop-off. In
fact, he sprints through the doors.
I love getting updates on what he’s been doing in the daytime and I’ve noticed a massive improvement in his speech.

Our daughter has been at this nursery for just over a year now and really loves it. As a ‘lockdown baby’ she took a while to transition to being away from us. The staff were so so patient and supportive through the process, offering lots of extra settling in sessions and keeping us updated during her
first full days so that we knew how she was getting on. Our daughter has formed really good bonds with both of her key workers and other staff in her rooms and has gained a huge amount of confidence over the last year. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the nursery offers opportunities to ‘stay and play’ which we have really enjoyed - getting to see first hand how much fun she has there. The communication from the management is clear and helpful, and we have already recommended this nursery to family and friends.

My son is in pre-school. All usual staff in preschool left so by the day of the parents' evening there was none from pre-school to give a review of our son. Joke! Understaffed, asked to keep my children home due to staffing! Also, have a baby in the baby room. This happened twice in 3 weeks and the
first time on my very first day back to work from maternity leave. I'm disgusted by what you perceive to be a great nursery! I am finishing my son 2 months early this summer before he starts school and will be relocating my baby. This nursery has gone down in the past 5 years, with staffing resources and no support for the staff who have been there for ages and trying their best when you pay minimum wage. What is this £30 supplement fee each week for pre-school whether your child attends 1 day or 5?. Other nurseries charge per day.

Couldn’t be happier with our daughter attending Kiddi Caru in Market Harborough. Our daughter loves going and is always very excited on the days she goes. The team in the Bluebells room are wonderful and make us feel totally at ease leaving our daughter.

This is a great nursery for families with working parents. It is very conveniently located, a designated car park for easy drop off and collection and good hours. My little one has formed many great relationships with the staff there and has been encouraged to make friends with different children. The
management staff have shown sensitivity to specific requirements and were great at discussing ideas of how to address them. Where issues were raised, they were dealt with seriously and promptly. Overall, this is a great place for little ones and I'd recommend.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last year and a half. She loves going to nursery as each room has provided a range of exciting activities, with something different to do each day. Staff members have been excellent in encouraging my daughter to develop her independence from a young
age and her language and physical skills have blossomed in the last year. The staff have all be very friendly, welcoming and take the time to discuss your child each day upon drop off and collection. The nursery uses an online system to post photos and updates on what your child has been doing, which also allows you to make comments on the information provided and update them on what your child has been doing too. This has been a useful system to stay in touch in recent months. The nursery has also been particularly informative about the systems they have put in place to keep the children safe during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

A friendly, welcoming place with a safe and positive feel.
The staff are attentive and helpful.
The daily menu is healthy, varied and tasty.
Students are split into ability groups and effort is made to stretch children in numeracy and literacy. Would welcome further phonics work on one to one level.

My child started at Kiddi Caru from 9 months old and, despite us being in the middle of a national pandemic, we could not have felt happier with the care she has received. My child always enters nursery with a smile on her face and that is down to the positive relationships she has formed with the staff
and the opportunities she has been provided with. Her development has flourished and her confidence has grown tremendously. The feedback we are given at the end of each day and through Tapestry is very informative and has been a real support when we are currently not able to enter the nursery as parents. The staff here clearly understand, respect and truly care for each child. Thank you.

Since being taken over by Kiddi Karu the nursery hasn’t been the same. The rooms downstairs are much bigger but there are large age groups mixed together which before isn’t what they had. The age split and focus on development for specific ages was why I originally picked the nursery. The personal touch
has been lost and the hours offered are not flexible for family life especially with shift work. Since my child now attends two different nursery settings I can see the downfalls of this nursery where I could not before. The staff in the baby room have helped my child settle in massively and bar some I have no complaints. I think the preschool isn’t good enough and I don’t get enough feedback digitally with what my child has done in the day. My child tells me they have done painting and drawing and yet no pictures are sent home which upsets them. I have spoken to several parents now and all have said they have concerns about the nursery, some say they are looking for an alternative setting.
