About this price
How funding is applied, how the monthly figure is calculated.More info
- Working parents of children aged 9 months to 2 years can usually claim up to 30 funded hours a week. The working-parent hours depend on each parent meeting the minimum earnings rules and earning under £100,000 a year. This nursery stretches funded hours across 52 weeks of the year. You've selected 30 funded hours.
- This nursery applies up to 10 funded hours per day, stretched across 52 weeks of the year. With your selected funding, 21.9 hours are covered each week. Hours beyond this, including the early and late parts of the day, are charged at the standard rate.
- We work out the total cost across the year and divide by 12, so the figure shown is a smoothed monthly average. In practice, nurseries bill in different ways. Some bill monthly at this average. Others bill weekly, or charge for what happened that week or month, which can vary across the year. Confirm billing details with the nursery when you enquire.

Our daughter has settled in well at St Georges Nursery School. She has a great relationship with the staff and other children. She loves the different activities and we are pleased she has a lot of time outside, even if the weather isn't great. We do find some of the meals a bit adventurous for her taste and there isn't always a variety of alternatives. The staff do encourage her to try different foods but we think more than one option should be available if she doesn't like it. If we ever have a problem the management and staff do their best to resolve it as soon as possible.
The structure of the day is excellent and I really enjoy being able to check on her with the app.

My oldest daughter who is now five and at school attended here since she was one. The staff are lovely and my child was sad to leave and also myself. My youngest now attends here and she loves it. She goes in with a smile and I can go to work knowing she is having fun and learning lots of new things. My youngest is dairy and soya intolerant and the staff have been very understanding and catered meals where possible. The outside area is lovely and both my children love the mud kitchen!
My son has been at St Georges since September 2016. He has made some lovely friendships and bonds with both the children and staff. He is always talking about his friends and the things he does at nursery. He especially enjoys doing Kimbles.

I bring my grandson to St Georges. He can't wait to see all his friends and staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. He loves singing songs and doing learning activities on the computer.

When I say our nursery is a stimulating loving, caring environment for my three children I really mean it. I always feel confident about the excellent level of care they all receive and do not worry about them whilst they are there and as a parent that to me is of paramount importance. They always have time to talk about progress and any issues we have had have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The nursery performs a great work in preparing the children for school whilst not being too pushy. The staff are very friendly, helpful and make you feel like one of the family.
