Marlborough Day Nursery has been established for over 30 years and is synonymous with exceedingly high standards of care and education.

The nursery aims to provide the highest standards of care and education by expert qualified staff, in an exciting and stimulating environment. They offer full-day and half day care for children aged six weeks to five years.

They are open from 7.30am to 6.00pm, 50 weeks of the year closing only for Easter and the Christmas period.

The nursery's six beautifully appointed group rooms (2 baby rooms, 2 toddler rooms and 2 pre-school rooms have all been specially designed to welcome their children, and provide facilities relevant to each age group.

The rooms are always kept immaculately clean and hazard free. In addition, the nursery has a fabulous soft play room, sensory room, library, and a 3,500 square foot indoor theatre.

My child has come on so far since starting nursery back in May 2022, he is very comfortable with staff members and is coming on a great deal with his talking and socialising.
The staff are always keen to help and are always going above and beyond. Throughout the day they are always putting on lovely
bits and bobs to the app so we are able to see what he is getting up to. I know my baby is well looked after and I have great trust in what they do with him!
My child has some food allergies which the nursery quickly accommodated too and made sure he was getting all the right foods.
There are so many parts of the nursery he gets to explore which enable him to develop physically and mentally.

I have found Marlborough Day Nursery excellent in all aspects, the communication from staff is second to none. I am always updated via the app on what both my children have been doing throughout the day, via group posts or observations, the photos attached really show the work effect of the staff team
in both their rooms, showing what activities they have taken part in, the creativeness of the staff is brilliant and gives my children the best possible opportunities to learn and develop. If I have anything relating to my children I need to pass over, I'm confident that this will get taken on board and followed through. The best part is seeing my children happy and enjoying what they are doing.

The most amazing nursery in Coalville, in my opinion. Staff are ever so helpful, kind and caring and to see the difference between, when my little one started and now, is extraordinary. The app that Marlborough Nursery uses lets me see what my little one's day is like in writing and in pictures or video,
what he had to eat, what activities he'd done and they even have accident reports included, which is so great because I'm never surprised when I pick him up. My little one loves going there every morning and doesn't stop talking about nursery all day, he even sings about it.
Worth every penny. Thank you, ladies, you're one of a kind.

Our daughter has had 3 key people since starting at Marlborough Day and we have felt that each key person has genuine care for her and are invested in her development. They have always been open to chats when we need them or we need a behaviour addressing etc. The kitchen staff were very accommodating
when we needed to restrict/remove certain food items from our daughter's diet for intolerance testing and all changes were logged on the parent app which is a great tool! Management are also so friendly and helpful whenever we have a query or just need a chat about something. Every member of staff we encounter during pick ups and drop offs are always so friendly and will always greet you and your child (whether they directly deal your child or not). Having their days documented on the app and seeing pictures of the kids having fun and learning makes me sure that we chose the right setting for our daughter. She is developing so well. I particularly appreciate the clear visibility of the monthly curriculum.

My son started nursery this year and the transition for both of us was difficult. He was nine months old and I'd been with him quite literally 24/7 since he was born. Marlborough Day Nursery have been fantastic with the both of us: communicating with me during the day and the updates that I get via
the parent app are consistent and detailed which helps put my mind at ease.
My son loves it so much there: there's a clear variety in activities and I've watched his motor skills develop at an incredible rate considering they give him so many chances to develop and grow. He's happy to go to the staff who are always clearly delighted to see him and I feel that he's in a safe, warm environment.
The food is good quality and varied enough that my son's getting a chance to explore new tastes and textures as he continues to wean and learn about healthy food which helps the home journey too. Marlborough Day Nursery is the best place to give him the best start in life: I'm glad I chose to send him here.

I will be forever grateful to all the amazing ladies who put so much effort into taking care of him and always educating themselves on how to help him the best. Both my boys (4 years old and 19 months old) go to Marlborough Day Nursery and I've been really happy with it. My eldest asks when he's going again all the time and absolutely loves it, he runs in smiling every day he goes. He absolutely loves coming! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and caring
and I love the updates in the parent's app!

The nursery have been amazing, my son absolutely loves his 2 days there. He gets to experience lots of great themed activities and since he started he has come on in leaps and bounds. The staff are all brilliant and friendly, I love getting ideas from them on how to help my son at home to keep learning

Absolutely brilliant nursery! Joined with my 1 year old after leaving a different nursery that wasn't a good fit for us.
All the team at Marlborough have really exceeded expectations in supporting our son and his specific needs, taking care of his own development path and working hard on it every day.
It's very clear how all staff really cares about the babies, they are great professionals and very attentive and supportive, it feels a big family.
Also nursery facilities are absolutely amazing, always something different to stimulate babies and kids and support their learning.
Communication with staff is also amazing and constant, making it really easy to follow what happens every day.
The menu has a great variety of food and the team have supported our young baby with a variety of textures and bespoke adjustments too.
We are so happy about it, special thanks to the team in Baby Room.

My 3-year-old daughter started here back in August and she absolutely loves it.
Every nursery day she is jumping up and down ready and raring to go!
They have really helped with her speech and eating as she has really struggled with her eating.
I can't fault them for absolutely anything. 10/10.

My son would come every single day if he could. He absolutely loves coming to Marlborough Day Nursery and the staff are fantastic with him. He talks about the staff all the time at home and can't wait to go back the next day to see them and all his new friends.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months old. All staff enjoy his company, and he has grown massively over the last year. His confidence has blossomed, and so have his personal development skills. The staff are amazing and give good positive feedback about his day. I couldn't ask
for much more for my son. When he arrives, he is no longer interested in me, just everyone else, but I love having him run into my arms when I collect him at the end of the day.

From day one my daughter had been a little nervous and sceptical about attending nursery having quite a period of time away from nursery care and being just under 3 she didn’t want to go initially.
However the staff and nursery have completely turned her around in a matter of weeks (only attends two
mornings a week), she’s now happy, excited and runs into nursery which is lovely to see. The staff really do give each child the correct amount of personal time to settle them in as well as letting them play with others.
Anybody who is considering this nursery, really do give them a go, having been to another in the area, my daughter is a completely different child after being here and has thrived. Cannot thank them enough!

This is a fantastic nursery, both of my children love coming here. The staff and friendly and very caring. The premises is always clean and well maintained. We are more than happy with all the facilities and the learning provided to both our children which is preparing them for the next journey when
they start school.
But most of all both my little ones are more than happy to spend the day here and look forward to attending.
As shift workers, we also find the nursery very accomodating and will help find space at very short notice! Highly recommended if you are considering this as a place for your child.

I have two children, one who started with Marlborough at the age of 10 months and is now in school, and another who has been at Marlborough for one year so far. My eldest excelled at Marlborough and was totally ready and prepared to start school. My youngest absolutely loves it at nursery. We have no
issue dropping her off in the morning and she gets excited about going. The range of activities available to the children are second to none and all the ladies that work there are kind, caring and have a genuine interest in the children. Communication is very good and during non-covid times, the nursery holds different events for parents to attend from Mother’s Day to pancake day. The food the children have throughout the day is varied and nutritious and I am always informed as to what my youngest has had and how much she has eaten - usually all of it!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marlborough to other parents, it is a fantastic nursery.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year and she absolutely loves it. Completely allergy-friendly (little one is allergic to peanuts, milk and eggs). She can’t wait to go to nursery every week and has made lots of friends. Staff are brilliant especially given current circumstances!

WOW.
As a first time mum, I was always dreading the day I had to go back to work and leave my 'baby'.... but I am SO glad I found Malborough Day Nursery.
From the moment I was able to visit (pre lockdown) I fell in love with it. I came away and knew that it was the place for my son. They just offer
so much to help progress the children, from babies right upon until school. Their care is amazing too and tailored to every child. I never doubt that my son will receive the care and attention he needs, and in just 2 months we can see, as well as other family members, the developmental changes and progress that nursery has brought on in him. The ladies are brilliant with my son and that is shown in his excitement when he sees them in the morning. I also love the new Famly app, I feel included in his day whilst I am at work. I really would recommend Marlborough Day Nursery to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much.

Was very scared to let my 3-month-old daughter attend so early, but Marlborough Day Nursery really did put me at ease very quickly. The ladies in the baby room were friendly and knowledgeable, my little girl always smiled for them and never cried when I left her. The nursery uses an app to keep you
updated on the general stuff throughout the day, I was a little sceptical about it at first, but quickly liked it as I got photos of what she is up to during the day etc. This always made my day. Can not fault the nursery one bit, and would recommend anytime.

I have been working in Early Years since having my second child in 2015 and joined Marlborough in 2020. Prior to this I was a teaching assistant in a primary school. For me being part of a child's journey is a privilege, something I find really rewarding. Currently I'm situated in our Baby 1 room, which I absolutely adore, supporting our babies at a pivotal point in their journey. I lead a passionate and dedicated team, and together we work hard to achieve excellence for our babies.

| have over 33 years’ experience in childcare and started at Marlborough Day Nursery on its first day of opening in 1990. I have worked as the nursery manager for many years until deciding to reduce my hours due to family commitments, and at this point I took on the role as administrator. My strengths lie with helping parents with funding. Marlborough Day Nursery is very much a family business and I am proud to be part of its journey.
