Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery

Treasures is an exceptional nursery. I previously used Treasures with my daughter and had such a lovely experience that we were keen to use Treasures again when it came to needing childcare for my little boy. Our little boy started in March, and whilst he took a while to settle, the staff were super helpful in assisting and trying different comforts to help him settle in. He is now well settled, very happy and is developing really well. The staff are attentive and caring, showing genuine delight over the development of each child. The nursery facilities are excellent, always very clean and filled with beautiful toys and activities. I couldn't recommend them enough!

We have been really pleased with how our nursery journey at Treasures has gone! The staff put us at ease from our first visit, they are so caring and supportive for all the kids. We had some dietary needs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Most importantly, our child loves going to nursery, and when they are happy we are happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Treasures Nursery, and feel lucky that this is our local.

I am new to the nursery but I think the staff are lovely. Professional and nothing is too much trouble. They made me feel at ease with my babies health conditions and always keep me informed of anything my baby gets up to during the day. I would 100% recommend.

When my son started nursery I was so nervous about dropping him off with people I didn't know. My son has had speech issues due to hearing and I was worried he would struggle, however they have looked after him so well and built his confidence up as well as teaching him different ways to communicate so that his needs are always met. He has thrived and his speech as come on so well. The staff are amazing not just with my son but with me as well, they take the time to listen to me and reassure me and they make you feel like you're part of a big family. They care so much about the children which has made it easier to trust my son would be ok in their care.

This nursery is full of amazing staff members who have gone above and beyond to provide excellent care to both my little boys. Their learning knows no ends, everyday they go to nursery they have learnt something new and are excited to share this with us at home time. Children's development is taken very seriously at this nursery and it definitely shows. Everybody is extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to if you ever have a concern or a query. I feel very comfortable leaving my boys in the care of treasures nursery, I am very grateful they get to attend this nursery. I feel this is the perfect start to set children up before they attend school.

The staff here were amazing with my daughter. She used to be glued to me and I even struggled to leave her with other family members. Through their dedication and help we went from leaving her for 5 minutes to 10 minutes etc until she was happy enough to be left for the entire session so much so she'd ask to go every holiday club just so she could go back.

My daughter started at Treausres nursery back in February and has settled in so well. Her confidence there has blossomed over the last couple of months. They've made both me and partner feel at ease and we hugely appreciate Lisa for supporting our little girl. Everywhere is always clean and tidy and and the staff are very welcoming and friendly and always make a fuss of the children!

My little girl started at Treasures at the beginning of this year, and although it has took her a little while to settle in due to illness and time away, I couldn't be more pleased with the care, support, and patience she has received from the staff.

Since starting nursery, I have seen such a positive difference in her development, confidence, and abilities, and I am incredibly grateful for everything the team has done to help her progress. The staff are attentive, caring, and always go above and beyond to ensure she feels happy, safe, and supported.

Most importantly, she absolutely loves going to nursery, which gives me great peace of mind as a parent. Seeing how much she has grown and how excited she is to attend each day has been wonderful.

I am a mother of 2 girls and both have attended treasures from 9 months old. All members of the treasures team have been so welcoming and supportive to our family. They always have welcoming smiles and open arms every morning and have helped my girls settle into every stage of nursery. Both my girls love going and have excellent connections with the staff, they feel safe and are happy to go in every morning. They are supportive with each transition of the childs journey and give feedback every day to parents. They have always listened to my worries and offered comfort and support when needed. I love hearing all of the fun activities they have been up to and my eldest daughter always has stories to tell about her day. They provide a brilliant range of foods and this is up on the board each week for parent to know what their child will be having. The nursery is safe and secure both inside and outside. 100% recomend to any parent looking for a nursery!!

Great nursery with great facilities. All the staff are so lovely and friendly. The nursery also really helps and pushes development which I think is great. My little boy loves it here and loves all the staff. All home cooked healthy food too which is such a bonus.

Both my children have been under the care of Treasures nursery and it's been a great experience! For both it really brought out their confidence and socialisation skills and for us as parents we felt at ease knowing our boys were in good hands. Would recommend to anyone!

My little one has been going since January and I couldn't be happier with both his progress and the care that the staff show. From the minute I signed him up the staff were so welcoming and lovely. I believe I picked the perfect nursery for him. I can see he really enjoys going. I can call up and check in on him at any time which is massive help to a first time mum. You get kept up to do with that they are doing via the books they fill in daily and the app where they upload pictures. Overall very satisfied. Thank you!

We couldn't be happier with the nursery in Staveley. The staff there are fantastic, always seem happy to see us at drop-off and pick-up, and have obviously made it a fun experience for our daughter (since she loves attending!). We love to read the updates in her little book every day, and have really appreciated the way the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate her dietary requirements and needs. The observations we get through the app also always make our day, as we get to see what kind of activities she is undertaking and some professional notes about how she is developing. The facilities are great, with robust security and processes around drop-off and collection. I am always confident when leaving my daughter that she's going to have a great day!

Treasures is an amazing nursery. From the very first phone call to book a show rand, the manager was so friendly and helpful. The moment I walked into the nursery, I had such a good feeling - the environment felt warm and welcoming, and every member of staff is lovely, kind, caring and attentive. They welcomed my daughter so warmly and supported her as she settled in. At first she was upset (as was I!) about being left, but the care and reassurance they gave her - and me - made all the difference. I can see that she has a special bond with her keyworker, and it's clear how happy she is. She's coming on leaps and bands, and that is all thanks to the wonderful staff.

Overall, Treasures nursery is so good we're looking to secure a slot for our second daughter already!

My daughter started nursery mid June and has settled in beautifully. All the staff have shown an interest in getting to know her. She has fun filled days and is increasingly becoming more comfortable there. She enjoys exploring the different areas and has enjoyed every meal. It's so reassuring to know she is getting all that she needs and having fun while we're out at work.

We have two children at the nursery and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are really friendly and knowledgable and the kids love them all. The location and opening times make it ideal for us to do drop-offs and pick-ups around work.

My daughter absolutely loves attending Treasures. She started at 9 months old and as a new parent I was so anxious of leaving her to go back to work. The staff are fantastic and my daughter has a big smile for them each time I drop her off and pick her up. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough, they are always keen to help my daughter learn and always keep us informed of anything. Communication is amazing from all the staff and it's always a welcoming atmosphere. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Treasures.
