We couldn't be happier with the nursery in Staveley. The staff there are fantastic, always seem happy to see us at drop-off and pick-up, and have obviously made it a fun experience for our daughter (since she loves attending!). We love to read the updates in her little book every day, and have
really appreciated the way the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate her dietary requirements and needs. The observations we get through the app also always make our day, as we get to see what kind of activities she is undertaking and some professional notes about how she is developing. The facilities are great, with robust security and processes around drop-off and collection. I am always confident when leaving my daughter that she's going to have a great day!

Treasures is an amazing nursery. From the very first phone call to book a show rand, the manager was so friendly and helpful. The moment I walked into the nursery, I had such a good feeling - the environment felt warm and welcoming, and every member of staff is lovely, kind, caring and attentive.
They welcomed my daughter so warmly and supported her as she settled in. At first she was upset (as was I!) about being left, but the care and reassurance they gave her - and me - made all the difference. I can see that she has a special bond with her keyworker, and it's clear how happy she is. She's coming on leaps and bands, and that is all thanks to the wonderful staff.

The amazing team at the nursery has proven (and continues to prove) that every child is a treasure that they wholeheartedly nurture! They are warm, welcoming and very helpful.
Our daughter has learnt and grown so much in less than 1yr at the nursery. She is always happy to go to the nursery and has
made lots of friends. I particularly find the online notes and feedback very useful as it helps us to know what to focus on at home, to consolidate efforts at the nursery.
Overall, Treasures nursery is so good we're looking to secure a slot for our second daughter already!

My daughter started nursery mid June and has settled in beautifully. All the staff have shown an interest in getting to know her. She has fun filled days and is increasingly becoming more comfortable there. She enjoys exploring the different areas and has enjoyed every meal. It's so reassuring to
know she is getting all that she needs and having fun while we're out at work.

We have two children at the nursery and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are really friendly and knowledgable and the kids love them all. The location and opening times make it ideal for us to do drop-offs and pick-ups around work.

My daughter absolutely loves attending Treasures. She started at 9 months old and as a new parent I was so anxious of leaving her to go back to work. The staff are fantastic and my daughter has a big smile for them each time I drop her off and pick her up. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough,
they are always keen to help my daughter learn and always keep us informed of anything. Communication is amazing from all the staff and it's always a welcoming atmosphere. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Treasures.

My little boy has just started nursery in Jan 2025 at 9 months old. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and have made great efforts to bond with him. From him being understandably very unsettled on his first week to now nearly a month later he's made huge improvements. The rooms and the
nursery are very clean and inviting! I can't wait for him to continue his journey at treasures!

We initially visited many nurseries and this nursery ticked every box. Security was one of the top things on our list and this one has many secure doors in place which gave me heaps of reassurance. The staff are fantastic, mature and seem experienced. The rooms are full of interactive games, toys
and wall displays, making it very fun and engaging. That was what struck me also when visiting other nursery's walls and rooms were quite bare and dull, but not Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery. My daughter's development in confidence and speech has come on brilliantly and so quickly, i believe it is due to her time at Treasures every week.

I cannot praise Treasures Nursery enough, the team there are some of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met. Both of my sons go to this nursery and love it. The staff are so caring and look after the children very well. The food must be great too because they both always eat and enjoy seconds
(I wish they did this at home!). The rooms are big, bright and clean with plenty of activities for the children to get involved in. There's a good-sized outdoor space with a sandpit and climbing frame and slide. The nursery also put on events like coffee mornings, a Christmas Fair and Summer Fair, which gives you an opportunity to meet other parents and nursery children. There's always a friendly face and someone to speak to if you have any concerns and nothing is too much. Thank you to all the team for being such a fantastic nursery.

My daughter started Treasures Nursery in July 2024, I was nervous about leaving her but all of the staff made the transition for both myself and my daughter go so smoothly. They genuinely care for the children and this shows as my daughter loves going. She has come on leaps and bounds with her
milestones and the staff support you with development stages. I can't praise this nursery enough, they do an amazing job.

Our son has attended since he was 8 months and is now 19 months. He has recently transitioned into Little Gems and we couldn't be happier with how the change has gone! He absolutely loves going to nursery, the staff know him well and he is happy and comfortable there! Thanks to all in Tiny Treasures

An amazing, nurturing environment for our son which is enabling him to grow and develop as an individual.
Reassurances are given as soon as you visit the nursery to see how well the children are cared for and this continues throughout their journey at Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery.
You are
frequently sent observation reports, assessments and invited to parent evenings.
Staff are fantastic, friendly and approachable. They somehow manage to remember all the names of the children, this in itself is outstanding!
Should you ever have a concern this can easily be discussed and actions taken to immediately resolve this.
A delicious variety of home cooked meals are provided.
We would recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a placement for their child.

My son has been going to Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery since he was 8 months old and is now nearly 4. The staff are absolutely amazing with him. In the time he's been there he has had medical issues discovered which the staff have gone above and beyond with to help.
It was initially the staff
that spotted this and advised and helped so much.
Even before this my little boy has always enjoyed nursery, made great friends and learnt a lot.
I cannot recommend treasures enough!

My little boy started at Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery in April 24 and the staff were so patient with him as he was very shy, he adjusted so quickly and has really come out of his shell whilst attending nursery, all thanks to the amazing staff here, who listen to your concerns and what you would
like them to work on with your child. We were told he possibly would need speech therapy but in just a few months he was talking our ears off! I highly recommend this nursery to bring your child even if you worry about how shy or how quiet they are. The staff and children here will definitely bring out your child's chatty side! I also love the regular parents evening to hear all about what he has been up to and the nursery's plans and next steps for his learning and development!

I feel very fortunate that my 2 year old daughter goes to Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery. I was nervous about leaving my child at the start but the introductory sessions really helped her (and I) settle in and relax.
The staff have been incredibly supportive and caring throughout the last year.
They keep us regularly up to date, have end of the day hand overs and then parent evenings so parents and key worker can discuss the child's progression and areas of focus for the next term.
I love the fact that there is an in-house cook that cooks healthy and nutritious meals from scratch daily. My daughter loves the food and often asks for seconds. They have a 4 week rolling menu.
I know it sounds quite cliché to say but from the atmosphere, it feels like one big family and I couldn't ask for anymore than that.
Of course I would highly recommend to anyone as your child(ren) will be in the best of hands.

My daughter has been attending Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery since she was 10 months old and is now in preschool to prepare to go to primary school this year. This was earlier than planned due to changes in personal circumstances, but was made easier by the nursery staff creating such a lovely
environment for her to go to. As a mother I have always felt reassurance that she is safe and happy with them. My daughter is always happy to go and has a big smile on her face when I collect her telling me all about her day. I feel it has really helped her social and intellectual skills. I would and have recommended Treasures nursery to other parents.
** 4 star for facilities/outdoor space only due to the outdoor space being quite small and limited because of the central location - however I am aware the children are taken out in groups to local allotments etc to try to counter this.

My little boy has attended this nursery since being 9 months old. As a first time mum I was very worried about returning to work, that was until Treasures. From day 1 I have felt comfortable, confident and reassured that my boy is cared for on his 2 days a week there.
The staff are very friendly,
welcoming and take the time to get to know each child as an individual. My boy loves talking about the staff and looks forward to seeing them each week.
If I was to have any more children, there's no doubt in my mind which nursery they would attend!

My little one has been going to Treasures Neighbourhood Nursery since around 9 months old. She is now 2 and a half and absolutely loves her nursery days! She staff are all lovely, helpful and quite clearly have the best interest of the children at the heart of everything they do. We are always
filled in on the days activities and food at pick up, and get regular updates on the app. We would recommend Treasures to anyone looking for a warm and caring nursery for their child!

My daughter started in September 2024, and the first few weeks were horrible as she cried and was very scared of going. She wouldn't sit at the dinner table or eat anything. The nursery staff were incredible with her and made me feel so happy and secure leaving her. Now she loves going and will
happily walk in and say bye to us and eats all snacks and had a good go at meals.

My little girl started here in January and as a first-time mum, as you can imagine, I was very nervous and apprehensive about leaving her. The manager and the team made me feel really comfortable and made the transition to nursery easy. My little girl loves going and gives the biggest smiles when I
drop her off, she feels safe and happy with all the staff and, as a Mum, that makes me feel happy knowing she is happy. I get feedback on her day when I pick her up, everything is logged in her own diary and I get photo updates on the app, I can always ring at any time of the day to check in on her. Fantastic team, all staff are lovely and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all your hard work.
