Partou Field View Day Nursery & Pre-School is conveniently situated off the A61 between Chesterfield and Alfreton, overlooking the Amber Valley with superb gardens and a great proximity to nature.

They offer care to children aged 3 months to 5 years and are open from 7.30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday, for 51 weeks of the year (closed during Christmas week).

Age-specific rooms offer a variety of learning experiences both indoors and out and children are encouraged to explore within their naturally resourced environment.

The children are supported by dedicated, caring and qualified staff who strive for a positive contribution towards growth and development.

A healthy eating programme is followed by the nursery and encouraged by all staff members. The varied and nutritionally balanced menu aims to support the healthy growth and development of each child. Special dietary menus are available, including catering for allergies.

The nursery ensure parents are kept up to date with their child's daily learning and developmental progress.

Tiddlers are a great nursery. They are very supportive of both our children. They have always tried to accommodate changes to nursery patterns. Our son has several food intolerances and the nursery have always tried to support this. They have been brilliant in helping our son who is currently potty
training.
Regular updates are provided on our children and their daily activities on their portal.
Tiddlers have provided a safe environment for our children during the COVID pandemic.
I could not recommend this nursery highly enough.

We send both our Children to Tiddlers and have always been really happy with the level of care and attention they provide. The staff are always happy to help and evidently love what they do. I cannot recommend Tiddlers enough.

Both my children have attended Tiddlers Day Nursery - my daughter from the baby room to school age. My son is currently in pre-school room and has been here since age 2. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and caring. My son talks about them at home! Facilities are excellent, and the children have
lots of opportunities to develop through play. The outdoor play area is better than any other nursery. I would recommend the nursery to other parents. Thank you to the manager and all the team!

Tiddlers are fantastic, the whole team are incredible. They have supported both my daughter through from the baby room now at primary school, and my son who is currently in the pre-school room. Couldn’t wish for more.

Tiddlers is a fab nursery. Home from home. Staff are amazing and with all that has been thrown at them this year, they have handled it fantastically. My child doesn't really like being away from me but he has settled perfectly at Tiddlers, he adores his days there.

I have nothing but praise for Tiddlers. My son adores the staff and is excited to go to nursery each day, in fact, he's grumpy when it’s not a nursery day. It’s a testament to the first-rate care provided by all at Tiddlers that he is so happy, if he’s happy so am I.

My children have been attending Tiddlers Nursery since September 2016 and so far the care they have received is top-notch. Tiddlers has been like a home from home and an extended family for my two children. I have always been happy to leave them and they have been happy to be left. Most of the staff
have been there a long time and all the staff have excellent relationships with myself and my children. Tiddlers has recently been taken over by new management and I hope they maintain their excellent standards, so far so good.

I find Tiddlers Nursery a fantastic facility and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our little girl has been at the nursery since she was two and a half years old and developed more than we could have ever imagined and that is due to the staff and management attention to detail. I live
not far from a nursery which is rated outstanding but prefer our daughter to be cared for by Tiddlers. I hope Ofsted will see this on their next visit. Well done Tiddlers.

Since starting at nursery my son has loved coming and it has brought him on in his speech brilliantly. Even on the days when he's feeling a bit emotional in the morning at drop off, the staff are fantastic at distracting him. He loves his time at nursery and I can not fault it.

From my visit whilst pregnant, I knew Tiddlers was for our family. A genuine feeling that all the staff wanted to be there and cared for the children like their own. I also like the social media page which also showed staff were considering learning, activities, interested even out of nursery hours.
I love that the chef cooks fresh and truly caters to my daughters allergies and staff don't make her out to be different. She has come along way since starting in the baby room, thanks to the time, care and love from all staff. As a new mum, I thought no one could look after her like I can but I feel 100% sure that she's in a lovely extended home whilst we are at work, which she also loves. Home to Home. Thank you.

The staff have been absolutely brilliant with my child during his time. They have accommodated all our needs throughout. The indoor and outdoor facilities are great. Spaces for the children to learn and enjoy.

My daughter has attended Tiddlers since she was one year old. The staff have been fantastic with her and helped her develop into a lovely polite little girl. The staff are very professional with many being there a number of years which I also found reassuring. They have been genuinely interested in
my daughter and assisted with various things such as toilet training, table manners and skills as well as speech, reading and numbers. I am very happy with the care and support from Tiddlers.

My daughter has been very happy here for the last three years. The environment is relaxed and friendly and the staff are all very helpful. The staff have a great relationship with the children. They are very accommodating and flexible. The ownership has recently changed and there is new management in
place. To date, this has caused no major changes or concerns.

I cannot fault the care or attention given to children. Can see that efforts the new management are putting in to refresh an already excellent selection of toys and activities.
Only negative relates to the sale and how it was announced. No easy way but I think it just caught us all unawares.

We chose Tiddlers because we felt that it had a genuine family feel and it is represented in everything they do. The staff have a genuine interest and understanding of the children. There is always something exciting happening, including picnics, visitors, Christmas treats and it helps to make parents
and families feel included. The development of my childs learning has been amazing too. Excited for the move to online tracking.
