Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool

My child and my family have found the experience at this nursery nothing short of fantastic. The staff are communicative, reassuring and thorough. Recently, my child was upset at handover (which is fortunately a rare occurrence) and the nursery quickly sent a follow up message through the app showing my child happily playing. That single message changed my wife's day from feeling guilty to being completely reassured. Credit to the team - I couldn't be happier with the support my child gets.

I have been taking my 2 children to Bright Horizons Kenilworth over the course of the last 7 years and our relationship will soon come to an end as my second child goes to school. As a family, we are really sad to be leaving this chapter of our lives behind, but also so incredibly grateful for the all-around care, attentiveness, empathy and opportunity to develop that the staff have given to our children. The culture there is one of complete equity for each child, understanding their needs on an individual basis and letting this lead to the care provided. The food menus provide an opportunity for a varied and healthy diet. They give total assurance to parents, are always ready to meet and discuss anything face to face, are quick to respond to questions and communication through the app is both reassuring and heartwarming during the day. I have always left my children in the care of the nursery with total confidence and would highly recommend it as a brilliant place for your child to flourish.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very kind and so welcoming. They've been so incredible with the onboarding process and the care they've provided has been second to none. Our son comes away so happy from nursery and the activities they involve the children with are great. The children are experiencing eye-opening tasks day to day which broadens their mindset, I couldn't ask for better care of our child.

Bright Horizons are amazing! My daughter joined in September 2023. She has come on leaps and bounds. She's become an outgoing, inquisitive, well-rounded 3-year-old. The team in preschool Kenilworth are second to none. It really feels like a family. I'm kept up to date and informed of her progress on a daily basis. My only regret is that she didn't start sooner.

Our son loves this nursery, the team in his room are caring and patient and we are really pleased that we chose this nursery for our son. Our son is developing really well, he has become confident and independent which is lovely to see!

My daughter started going to this nursery at the beginning of this year. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and their attitude towards the little ones and the support given to parents. The environment is wonderful and it's a place where you want to leave your child because you know they are safe and taken care of. My little one goes there with such excitement and comes home happy every single time. I have seen great progress with her speech and how she interacts with other children her age. Thank you to all the teachers and management team.

My son started two months ago. He really likes it here. We are happy with the nursery. More detailed descriptions about everyday activities and more photos in the app would be nice. Staff are very kind.

Our child has Special Education Needs and the nursery have been fantastic with support. The staff are fantastic and always keen to support us. Our child enjoys going to nursery and is making great progress.

Our daughter will be leaving Bright Horizons Kenilworth this year for school and we are sad to be leaving. As two full-time working parents, we are so grateful for the adaptability and communication at the nursery. She always has fun-filled days with healthy food, packed with learning. Today she told me what alliteration was, she is 4! Their dedication to nature and outdoor learning is especially important to us. Teaching our smallest kids how to look after the planet is so special. If I had to criticize one element of this nursery, it would be the parking, I imagine though this is out of the nursery's control and more a council issue. Sometimes it feels unsafe loading and unloading the car. Our daughters talks about the wonderful staff, and the special things they have been doing together. Thank you to the hero staff in the preschool room that are so wonderful that I don't ever feel the need to worry about my daughter while I'm at work.

Bright Horizons has such a wonderful, family feel to it where the staff go above and beyond to care for the children. My child has developed so much in confidence, independence and problem-solving since starting at nursery, but also, in social interaction! At pick-up, the nursery staff seem genuinely excited about the day they have spent with my child, telling me all about it with enthusiasm and in so much detail. I'm so glad I chose Bright Horizons as a nursery for my son!

Bright Horizons Kenilworth was a clear winner when it came to choosing a nursery for our first child. Since day one, the staff and management have been the perfect mix of professional, welcoming and attentive, and our son is very happy to arrive at the nursery each morning. We moved here when my daughter was 2 years old. The staff were wonderful helping her to transition. They have been caring, supportive and fun throughout her journey. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Since my daughter started, I can see the confidence both in her speech and how well she relates to others. The staff are professionals, dedicated and caring. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery (she calls it the fancy school). The best decision was getting her into this nursery, only wished I started from birth.
