Tiny Toez @ Westfield is an OUTSTANDING nursery as rated by OFSTED June 2023. The Westfield site is one of three Tiny Toez nurseries in Stoke-on-Trent, where the provider is well-respected for the quality of childcare and learning made available to children, while offering trusted and qualified professionals who respect both children and parents who use the service.

'Tiny Toez at Westfield' provides excellent childcare. I feel that my child is in safe hands when I am at work. He has developed numerous skills whilst at nursery. He is a happy child at nursery and at home. Thank you to all staff who work so hard and look after my child and others when we as parents

During my time at 'Tiny Toez at Westfield', my daughter has made high progress with her English and has settled really well at nursery. She is more confident with using cutlery whereas at home, she mostly eats finger food.

My son has been coming to 'Tiny Toez at Westfield' for the last 6 months. We have been very happy with the care that my son has received. We have been kept up to date with his developmental progress and he has good relationships with his carers and peers. Staff have always been very polite and reassuring.
I would recommend 'Tiny Toez at Westfield' to other parents.

We are very happy that our son could come and join this nursery. Teachers are very friendly and helpful, they are trying to help our son with English language and teach him everything that he needs to know and with eating lunch and making some new friends. We recommend this nursery and staff here.

I have found Tiny Toez @ Westfield to be an excellent environment for my daughter. Having tried a different nursery prior to Tiny Toez @ Westfield where unfortunately she did not settle, it was an anxious time for us as parents. They made this transition much easier and gave my daughter the reassurance
and care she needed. She went from being shy and not eating much to confident and having seconds! She has benefited greatly from the interaction with other children, as she had previously been looked after by grandparents. This was greatly supported by Tiny Toez @ Westfield. Thank you so much for making my daughter's nursery experience a good one!

My child has developed and learnt so much since attending this nursery. She only attended a short amount of time but settled in really well and made friends. They give a great variety of foods to the children and my daughter always comes away from nursery happy and content. Since attending nursery she
is now also fully potty trained. I highly recommend the nursery.

Job Title: Childcare Manager Joined: 2009

Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.
I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.


I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.
I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.


I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.
