'Tiny Toez at Westfield' provides excellent childcare. I feel that my child is in safe hands when I am at work. He has developed numerous skills whilst at nursery. I have found Tiny Toez @ Westfield to be an excellent environment for my daughter. Having tried a different nursery prior to Tiny Toez @ Westfield where unfortunately she did not settle, it was an anxious time for us as parents. They made this transition much easier and gave my daughter the reassurance
and care she needed. She went from being shy and not eating much to confident and having seconds! She has benefited greatly from the interaction with other children, as she had previously been looked after by grandparents. This was greatly supported by Tiny Toez @ Westfield. Thank you so much for making my daughter's nursery experience a good one!

Job Title: Childcare Manager Joined: 2009

Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.
I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.


I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.
I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.


I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.
