This nursery setting is an excellent place for children's learning. I have noticed a huge change and marvellous improvement in my daughter's learning, attitude and general behaviour.
She has learnt to come downstairs on her own, pouring drinks in cups and listening to instructions and waiting her
turn etc...
I am extremely happy as my daughter has learnt to do all this in just one week from starting.

Brilliant nursery, my son loves coming and has come on so well since starting. The staff are really good with my son and he loves coming in to see them on his days at nursery. Really good with safeguarding where children are concerned. Brilliant system when it comes to picking up and dropping off children.

Leaving your children at nursery can be quite daunting while you go off to work but here at Tiny Toez, the staff are fabulous!
From the moment I brought my children here, they have always been friendly and welcoming to me and my children. They are very professional and can't do enough to help and
support us.
The nursery has 4 great rooms which have access outside, which was a big selling point for me, the rooms are in good condition with plenty of toys and messy activities.
I have recommended to my friends and family.
Thank you for looking after my children and allowing my peace of mind.

I am always particularly happy with the way in which the staff take over his care each morning. Even at times when he has been quite clingy to myself during the morning, the way in which the staff take control and settle him down, making his feel safe and content, is always very comforting as a parent.
I can then leave the setting having observed that he is happy and not anxious.

Our son started at the nursery at eight months old. He settled in immediately and loves going to nursery, The staff are fantastic and communication between is and them is very open. Whilst I absolutely no issues to raise, I would feel able to if needed.
We have noticed that since starting at the nursery,
our son;s rate of development has accelerated. Furthermore, we feel that the staff take pride in his progress. The facilities are excellent and always clean, and a wide variety of food is offered. As well as this, the app used to update us and upload photos, allows us to feel a part of his day even when we can't be there.

My daughter has really enjoyed her time in the nursery. She has made tremendous progress from 9 months to 31 months and is still ongoing, the activities provided are excellent, so is the food menu as she is only allowed to eat halal, security is brilliant.

My daughter has gained so much confidence since starting nursery. She is currently under a physio and the nursery has worked alongside me in getting her to stand and cruise. My daughter is also starting to say words with the help of the staff.

Job Title: Childcare Manager Joined: 2009

Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.
I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.


I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.
I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.


I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.
