Tiny Toez @ Westfield is an OUTSTANDING nursery as rated by OFSTED June 2023. The Westfield site is one of three Tiny Toez nurseries in Stoke-on-Trent, where the provider is well-respected for the quality of childcare and learning made available to children, while offering trusted and qualified professionals who respect both children and parents who use the service.

I recommend Tiny Toez nursery as I have sent both of my children there. The staff are really good and I find my children have come along way. They mix with other children confidently, learning colours etc.

I have found the nursery very friendly and easy to trust the staff. My child has settled well here and enjoyed coming in to nursery. Staff easily adapt to child's needs and mothers requests. Easy to trust and leave children here.

All three of my boys have attended Tiny Toez, and as a mother I feel very secure and happy on leaving them. The nursery provides such a nice, secure and educational environment. The staff are all very happy and are always there to answer all your questions, which makes me feel very secure when I leave
my children. Mainly what makes me feel proud, is to say my boys attend Tiny Toez @ Westfield and my children are happy there and have a lot to tell me when they come home.

My experience was way beyond my expectations. Everyone was really kind and friendly. My child's key-worker is excellent and deserves a medal. She has taught my child so much. How to eat and speak, interact with other children. Always willing to help with my child. Excellent teacher.

I am very happy with the support I receive from Tiny Toes and also the support my sons gets. It's a very clean and friendly environment. The only problem there was with management who don't at times give out correct information and lead you on.

Tiny Toez Westfield have provided our daughter with a wonderful home from home atmosphere. The staff are always polite and helpful and create special bonds with the children they look after. The meals are always of good quality and variety and they encourage outdoor play in the large and imaginative

Job Title: Childcare Manager Joined: 2009

Hello, I’m Crystal, the Childcare Manager at our Westfield site in Stoke on Trent.
I hold a BA Hons in Education, a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, and have been working within the Early Years sector for almost 25 years.


I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop within the setting, watching the children learn lifelong skills such as walking, talking, developing their independence skills and socialising with others, building on friendships.
I enjoy working with and getting to know our families who access the provision here at Tiny Toez @ Westfield.


I also particularly enjoy accessing and attending training that I can cascade to the staff team, to support and extend the provision we provide in setting and to keep my knowledge current.
