Footsteps Lichfield Road Nursery & Pre-School staff are wonderful, you are greeted with a lovely smile every day. My child loves it and feels welcomed all the time, it is always good to know staff can put a smile even if the economy is not stable at the moment. A big thank you to you all, you have been amazing.

My son really enjoys his time at the nursery, all the staff are friendly and do an excellent job. Whenever I collect him they always say how much of a good day he has had. I love receiving pictures of him doing activities and also his paintings as it's something I can keep in his scrapbook.

Amazing! Make me feel so comfortable and supported even from the first day with how nervous I was at first leaving my son. I can see a massive difference in my child's confidence since attending nursery. So glad I made the decision to send him here!

Since our settling in sessions, the team have done everything they can to help make sure that our daughter settled in well. Every time we drop her off the members of staff are always happy to see her and make us feel welcome. They keep us up to date on that day's activities and even provide pictures. We especially loved all the Halloween pictures from baking, painting, dressing up and with pumpkins. They always serve a variety of food and even make special meals for when our daughter is being a bit fussy.

My daughter and I, especially me, were very nervous about starting nursery. My daughter is of a quieter disposition and straight to mommy around new people. The staff have been super friendly and upbeat, she has taken to her key worker and all other staff super quick and seems very happy when I pick her up. My daughter even smiles when I mention staff names at home. Overall, we're having an amazing experience with this nursery.

Overall I am pleased with the nursery experience for my son. However the room was mixed up to begin with he was in toddlers and should have been in rising 3s. As soon as he went to rising 3s I no longer received updates in the evening on paper of what he had eaten/done during the day which I really enjoyed. I dont feel the app is fully utilised. The only information I get on there now is if he has had a sleep. If I don't pick him up I have to rely on my husband to remember what he was told regarding meals/playtime etc. I have friends with children in nursery and there communication through the app is a lot more detailed and thorough and I feel this could be hugely improved.

Brilliant nursery. Staff are all engaging with children no matter what room they are in. The nursery accommodate all children's needs and requirements taking into account parents' requests. Nursery is bright and airy and the children have access to the garden and forest school during the day. The activities are well led and educational ensuring the children are following the Early Years Foundation Stage. Highly recommended and would always suggest this to family and friends.

Amazing preschool staff! One staff member is amazing! Not only with kids but everyone! My son loves her and she truly puts me at ease every single day! In fact, all of the staff in the preschool room and other rooms are amazing! My son been here since baby and if he would be my first all of my kids would attend. Sadly he is my definite last so once he leaves for school we will be parting for good. But we still have a year to go.

My son goes to Footsteps nursery since April 2022 and he is delighted. He loves teachers, games, activities, forest school and kids in the nursery. As parents, we are satisfied with the professionalism of the nursery. Definitely, all of our family love the place.

Our experience with the nursery and staff so far has been nothing short of perfect. The staff are lovely and always fill me in on how my child has done while being there. They are always friendly, and I feel at ease leaving my child there.

Our little one started this nursery in April 2021 and absolutely loves going. They really do provide an amazing variety of activities and things to explore and play with. Love the outside space and that the little ones get fresh air so often too. It's clear that the team genuinely care and have the best interests of the little ones in everything they do.

Amazing nursery, my daughter absolutely loves it here and I always feel like she has had the best time and been well looked after. The staff are always so friendly and informative and really make a fuss of her! We absolutely love it here!

The only thing that comes to mind that could be improved in my opinion is the app but I know this is being looked into and is a tiny point compared to the amazing care being provided every day!

Great nursery all children seem happy and well looked after. Staff always happy to provide information regarding children’s day and they have usually had a fun filled packed day to keep them entertained.

There is always healthy meals provided which my son loves and the activities put on daily are educational and fun

The educational and social development has been extremely valuable.

Staff are very caring and attentive. They have been really supportive with our son during potty training, difficult drop offs an some extra needs. Our son always enjoys the food at Footsteps and loves the outdoor space, especially Forrest School, which was a big reason for us choosing Footsteps.

Fantastic setting for all young children. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Both our children have gone to footsteps over an 8-year period. High-quality standards are visible throughout the nursery. Will always recommend Footsteps to friends and family! 5 stars.

Excellent setting, ensuring there is plenty of stimulating activities for my little boy to enjoy. They provide a detailed update on your child’s development and are always happy to help. My son always enjoys coming here and he especially enjoys his meals and snacks which are healthy and varied weekly. Would highly recommend to any parent.
