I am more the happy with Tiny Toez. My son is very difficult to be looked after by others but with nursery staff, he feels comfortable. Finally, I can leave him with peace of mind. Every day I get photos and reports of what he is doing and how he spends the day which is a big plus. Also, I have a very
good relationship with the staff, especially with our group leader. They are always friendly, helpful and welcome us with a big smile.
I would highly recommend Tiny Toez to everyone.

My little boy moved into pre-school during January 2024 and since he has come on so much. The staff always strive to help him reach his full potential. He has become a lot more confident and his speech is amazing already. So much progress in only just over a month. Every day I feel like he learns so
much and is changing all the time. Every staff member makes my son and myself feel seen and welcome. He loves going to Tiny Toez and I cannot wait to see him continue to grow with the amazing staff and rooms here.

This is about my second wonderful experience in the settling period for my second child in his first days of his nursery and it was very good for him and me. The staff and the teachers are friendly and good. My son is well settled under the care of one staff member in particular and the co-teacher.
I am rest assured as he is settled well and he is happy to go to the nursery now.

The best nursery, if could give more than 5 stars I would, they are truly the best. All the staff are very professional and friendly and they take care of the kids perfectly.

My child just started pre-school and the staff are very kind, helpful and cooperative. They are helped to get used the whole, new situation and space. They suggested a shorter period of time for a few days or a week when my child had a harder time bearing my absence. They are always letting me know
what happened with my child on that day while she was there and they’re trying to understand her own language as well to help in the communication. Also, there are some different programmes for the children and parents as well when they are invited to enjoy it together after the daily activities.

I am very fascinated by this nursery and teachers. My child can't wait until morning to go there. I really like the attitude towards my child and the way she is treated. My child is no English but she learned to speak English very quickly and even better than me and this is only the merit of teachers.
My child is very loved here and always brings home a lot of knowledge. I am very hurt and offended by the fact that my child will grow up and she will need to change nursery and part with these teachers.

My youngest daughter started at Tiny Toez Nursery with barely any social and communication skills due to covid and not getting to interact with other children her age. As the months have gone on, her speech has come along extremely well, as well as her personality. She's always thriving when seeing
me at pick-up time and full of herself telling me about her day. I cannot thank the staff enough, they all equally make my daughter's day at the nursery and have helped so much with her development. A happy child equals a happy mum.

Really nice nursery. It is very safe as the doors open only by the staff. They target your child’s needs and work on them from day one. The staff are great, very welcoming and listen to your concerns about your child. My child created a bond with her carers really fast.

I highly recommend Tiny Toez @ East Staffordshire to all parents! My daughter loves going there since 2021, she is always happy and cheerful when I collect her. The staff are just wonderful, I cannot thank them enough for taking care of her this much and teaching her. They are creative, friendly and
accommodating always towards my daughter's needs, always up to date with the app, sending pictures and checking milestones. I can see every day how much she has eaten and what. The key worker system is very good as well. My little one has got a nice bond with her key worker, she loves her very much and the other staff too. I have a very good experience with this place.

My son has been in the nursery since October 2022, it has been very welcoming, all staff and managers have been very welcoming and supportive to him and have been so helpful with any questions and concerns, from the staff in 2 to 3 and then in preschool, all the staff there very friendly and supportive.

Our son has been with the nursery since November 2021 and in that time he has settled in very well with help from all of the nursery team and especially from my son's key worker. My son's key worker is fantastic, she is friendly, approachable, polite and hard-working and it's very obvious she has a
passion for childcare. I am given timely updates on anything relating to my child. When I pick him up from the nursery, he is very cheerful and tells me tasks that he has been up to during the day.
I have noticed a change in his behaviour, he is more independent, more confident and more inquisitive. He has learned real-life skills, manners and values during his time at the nursery. Moreover, my child has learnt to use the potty, learned to play with others, understands that sharing is important, improved fine motor skills, can count numbers, and identifies letters too now, these are just a few of the things in which the nursery has assisted. I am the Manager at Tiny Toez East Staffs. I have worked with children for over 30 years, first as a childminder, then as a supervisor at a pre-school, then as a Family Activity Manager working with children and young people aged 0-19 years old. I have currently working for Tiny Toez for 11 years. So I have had a lot of experience over a varied range of settings, and I am also the SENCO lead and Designated Child Protection Officer at the nursery. I have a Level 5 in Child Care, and I am as enthusiastic today as when I first started in Child Care. I still thoroughly enjoy the role and some of the challenges we encounter, and I strive to provide the best experiences for each child at the nursery.
