This nursery really is one of the best, they always go out of their way to help my son in every way. They are very accommodating towards his needs and always offer lots of support and advice for when we are at home also. My son is a very happy boy while at this nursery and always comes home smiling
and talking about his day. Their key worker system is brilliant also, he has the most amazing relationship with his key worker who has brought him on leaps and bounds. I’m always kept up to date on the progress he is making and what we need to work on etc. Honestly can’t thank this nursery enough and his key worker, for all their hard work and support.

This is a fantastic nursery.
My daughter has started there since she was one and a half years. Her speech and confidence have grown. She has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. She learns something every day.


The staff are very helpful, and the managers are flexible

with a very high standard of dealing with parents.


During the Covid pandemic, they followed strict measures to keep the children safe.


Highly recommended.

We would recommend this nursery on the basis of our daughter being safe, well cared for, well supported and making good progress. We also feel that we are well informed of our daughter's progress and learning activities through the app, combined with handover conversations on pick up. The nursery ensures
that children are exposed to a wide range of food with an extensive menu, so we know that our daughter is well fed whilst she is there. The nursery has also been extremely flexible with us during the Covid period, which has been very helpful as being a teacher, I know how difficult things can be. Finally, our daughter loves to go there as when she is not there she often asks for her key worker and other staff members. Thank you!

Tiny Toez is an amazing nursery... my daughter joined it at the age of one... she had lots of fun and developed a lot. The staff are very helpful, caring and friendly.
During the Corona pandemic, they showed the highest hygiene measures and was the real support we needed as we parents are full-time
NHS doctors.
I highly recommend this place.

I have been a mother for 17 years and have 4 children all with additional needs. This is the worst setting I've ever used. Do not send your child here if they have SEN needs. They will do absolutely nothing to support your child regardless of additional funding and diagnosis. They will lie in baselines
and also tell you your child has a temperature when they do not on a regular basis. They will not respond to requests to have information about your child. I do not know how this nursery is still open.

I am very happy and satisfied with the Tiny Toez services, staff and environment.
As a parent, they gave me all the information and keep me up to date with my child's learning and development.

My experience is good. I am happy sending my children to this nursery. They learned a lot from attending the nursery. They are telling me things at home, whay they are doing at nursery. The environment is clean, staff polite and helpful and childre are very happy.

Overall I'm satisfied with this nursery staff most of the time they are polite and helpful. Day to day activities are good. Nice and good outdoor play area. Menu is good. Convenient opening hours. Really like that there is an online access to my child's learning journey. Don't like that the kids do
not have their own lockers or something similar, where we could keep all kids clothes and there wouldn't be a need to search for some items at the end of the day. And one more thing I don't like that the kids sleep on the floor/carpet there could be beds .

Great nursery, very friendly, caring and attentive staff. Key workers know the children's needs. They are welcoming and care about the children as individuals also parents feel they can express their opinions. We can walk into the office and always be greeted with a smile and made welcome. Fantastic
homemade food, well thought out menu, the best cook. Good range of learning and fun activities. Clean and lovely toys. All the ladies who look after our children are wonderful. Both daughters settled well into nursery. They love being there.

Job Title: Childcare Manager Joined: 2010

I am the Manager at Tiny Toez East Staffs. I have worked with children for over 30 years, first as a childminder, then as a supervisor at a pre-school, then as a Family Activity Manager working with children and young people aged 0-19 years old. I have currently working for Tiny Toez for 11 years. So I have had a lot of experience over a varied range of settings, and I am also the SENCO lead and Designated Child Protection Officer at the nursery. I have a Level 5 in Child Care, and I am as enthusiastic today as when I first started in Child Care. I still thoroughly enjoy the role and some of the challenges we encounter, and I strive to provide the best experiences for each child at the nursery.
