Tender Years Day Nursery

Our son has been going to Tender Years since early 2014, and our daughter since early 2016, and they both love it. Our son has been through the baby, tweenies & toddlers rooms, and has received great care and education throughout. The key workers at each stage have really developed a bond with him, and his current key worker is, in our son's eyes, just as important as his parents!

Our daughter is currently in the baby room, and is positively excited when we go to drop her off. Her development has also accelerated since being there, and she also loves her key worker.

We totally trust that our children will be well looked-after here, and would happily recommend it to any parents.

The staff in all rooms are welcoming and reassuring. All three of my children have thoroughly enjoyed their time at Tender Years. Every day there is new food to try and activities to enjoy. My children have made firm friends whilst at nursery: I recommend that you send your children here!

I definitely think he has progressed by attending this nursery. The staff are lovely and it has a very personal feel. I have recommended this nursery to others and will continue doing so because I couldn't think of nicer people to leave my little man with.

Tender Years is a lovely, safe environment for children. Both of my children have attended the nursery. I love the place and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending it.

The management team are visible and available, the staff are kind, nurturing and know all of the children, even if they are not directly responsible for them and many are long serving. The rooms are filled with happy children, and lots of fun.

The additional activities that are provided such as the music man and football are fun and loved by the children. From the minute children enter the front door to being picked up they are kept entertained and are learning through play, both formal activities and free play.

For me as a working parent, my mind is at ease that my children are happy, safe, cared for and enjoying their time whilst in the care of Tender Years.

I also feel that the establishment is very professional and constantly working to improve for the benefit of the little people who attend.

Our son has been at Tender Years for 2 years now, and he absolutely loves coming, the staff are so friendly and professional. I and he will be really upset when he leaves in September to go to a local pre school. Would thoroughly recommend.

When my children come home they tell me about all the activities they have been involved in and how much fun they have had. Upon leaving my children with the manager and the staff I just know that they are going to be looked after and kept safe. I strongly recommend Tender Years Day Nursery.

My son has been attending Tender Years for over two years now and I have always found them to be an excellent nursery. The owner is very hands on and involved in everything that is happening in the nursery, the communication from the nursery is excellent and most importantly the staff are all friendly, warm and caring. The nursery has great size rooms and they have many varied activities. The outdoor garden is spacious and has lots of interactive things for the children to play with.

I would recommend Tender Years without hesitation !

I cannot praise this nursery enough. My eldest son has many additional needs, and the owner and the team were there to support us throughout - even going above and beyond to help us find him the best provision after he left tender years. The staff are approachable and knowledgeable and above all the children are put first in every new decision they make in the nursery. My daughter currently attends tender years and she really enjoys it. It is a safe and happy place. The rooms are colourful and when we pick her up at the end of the day, we are always greeting with a room full of busy happy children.

This is a lovely first nursery for your child, my little boy started in the tweenies room where he is looked after by his key worker and the rest of the tweenies team who are a lovely caring girls and I trust 100% them in taking care of my son when I'm at work

My daughter has attended this nursery for the past 2.5 years and it has exceeded my expectations. My son will attend next year and I have no qualms whatsoever. Everyone is so approachable, the staff, Manager, owner. Any issues (of which there has been few) have been resolved quickly. The most important thing though is that my daughter loves it and I really appreciate the connection she has made with all of her key workers and how they've taken the time to really get to know her as a little person.
