I have had two children attend Tender Years since babies. Both girls have attended with a smile on their face and have built sound relationships with the staff. The staff are caring and I have never felt that they do not care or are too busy to give the children comfort when it is required. Communication
has been great, even throughout the pandemic. So glad we chose tender years to begin our girls educational journey.

The first nursery that we looked at for our little boy and immediately got a positive vibe.
My little boy has been so happy there and loves going in each morning.
Keyworker is amazing and has built up such a bond with my son, she understands his needs and is flexible with any additional requirements.
Learning
is exceptional, with a good variety of activities.
I would recommend this nursery to anybody needing childcare and I will be sending my other son when I return to work shortly.

Tender Years is an excellent Day Nursery. The level of experience the staff show through as their approach is faultless as far as I'm concerned. Both our boys have been there since January 2017 and they have both had a great time there and been exposed to a variety of interesting experiences. I have

My daughter has been going to the nursery for over one year now. It was only the second nursery we visited but we immediately got a positive vibe from the staff and, most importantly, all the children who were playing, smiling and in great spirits. We haven't been disappointed since. All the staff
are attentive and clearly care for the children. They undertake a range of activities, regularly doing special events and dress up days. They offer flexibility when needing to change days and offer a common sense approach regarding caring for children with mild colds and coughs. Equally, they notify parents immediately when more serious infections (i.e.chicken pox) are doing the rounds. Overall the level of care is fantastic. I have never once considered seeking alternative care and its great to be able to go to work and have confidence that your child is in loving and caring hands. Thank you to all the team at Tender Years.

I am very happy with the care given at Tender Years Day Nursery. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are always a good range of activities to stimulate learning and my child is always happy to stay. The meals are well balanced and nutritious.

Superb!
Our daughter has a number of complex medical conditions which require specific care regimes and monitoring. Needless to say leaving her in anybody's hands is a very daunting and scary thought. Here at Tender Years their commitment and hands on approach eradicated those fears, they went above
and beyond to meet the needs of our daughter and spent valuable time with myself and other professionals to coordinate her care.
They are so flexible and accommodating, our daughter would be off for medical reasons for months on end and they would always fit her right back in, nothing is ever too much for them.
They have encouraged our daughters confidence and personal development with such love and care, watching this brings a sense of warmth and fulfilment that is priceless.
We feel that Tender Years are an integral part of the community for little people, and those words alone could never articulate how great they are and all the gratitude we feel towards them for all they have done.

Really happy with the Nursery - I have sent both my girls here - my eldest went to the preschool as well. I have had no issues with them and always found then very accommodating with me. I feel totally at ease when leaving my child and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Tender Years is a lovely nursery with a homely environment. The staff are very caring and attend to your child's specific needs. Tender Years is a great nursery. My son has attended for 3 years and my daughter started just over a month ago. They both love it and are always happy to spend the day there. All the staff are brilliant and very supportive.

My daughter has been at Tender Years since she was 18 months old and is now due to start school in September.

Both of my children have attended Tender Years. We have found all the staff to be caring and approachable at all times and both of my children have very much enjoyed their time there. The manageress works extremely hard to ensure that all of the children's needs are met and from personal experience,
she works really well with outside agencies to ensure parents get support where necessary.
The nursery building itself is bright, clean, colourful and inviting and each morning the children are met with new and exciting activities. After wondering around all the other local nurseries before choosing Tender Years, we found nothing that compared at all.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone considering childcare options for their little one. I used this nursery with my son two years ago and am delighted to be using it again for my second son.


Tender Years is a wonderful nursery with a family feel, the staff are super friendly and attentive, their

knowledge and expertise helped my eldest son and I navigate some behavioural issues we were experiencing as well as supporting me through post natal depression.


I always felt that we were well cared for and much valued, my son was well prepared for school and the transition to reception was seamless. I will trust the manager and her team implicitly with my youngest when he starts preschool in September and any subsequent children we have in the future.

The staff are very attentive and always listen to my concerns or any issues I have with my son whilst at the nursery. I found the staff very accommodating and always full of solutions and compromises without any hesitations.
I am particularly fond of how they cater to my sons' needs and my personal
preferences.

The staff are very caring and have taken the time to get to know our daughter. They talk to us about any changes they are making and take on board our suggestions. The interactive diary is great as grandparents can also see it and feel like they are involved, even though they live a long way away.

Tender Years is a very professional nursery, the setting is lovely and calm, fully meeting the needs of my child. The staff are very caring and have a lovely way with the children. Any queries I have had have been answered promptly and any changes I have had to make to my daughter's care have been accommodated
without any problem. Although my daughter only goes for a day it is clear to see what she has been learning at nursery and she clearly enjoys herself there.
