The staff at the Natural Child Care Company are amazing. Every day I drop my son off to them, I have no worries or doubts they look after him and care for him excellently. He’s been at the nursery since he was 4 months old and has made strong attachments to a lot of the members of staff. The progression he has made is due to the continued encouragement and support from them all.

Great nursery, daughter loves it here, friendly staff and an overall lovely family feel to the nursery. It has been an ideal transition from home to a learning / caring environment. Really appreciate all of their wonderful help.

My son has been attending the nursery for the past 3 months and I can see that he really enjoys going, his speech development has suddenly improved, he is growing very happy, confident and independent! Everyone I met at the nursery is really lovely and caring, I can see they are working closely with the kids and provide regular feedback with daily photos and verbally! I would recommend it to all parents.

My daughter has excelled since starting at Natural Childcare Company. She has become more confident, more creative and thoroughly enjoys her time there. We have recommended this nursery to several of our friends and family who have children of a similar age.

Natural Childcare company in Shirley have become our family. We couldn't have found anyone better to trust looking after our 2 boys. The care given is of high quality, the staff are approachable and friendly. And the overall standard of the nursery is brilliant. Communication is a key factor and we have found this nursery to communicate with us effectively. Keep up the amazing work.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the education and care that my daughter needs. My child is always happy when she leaves the nursery at the end of every day and there are regular updates on the nursery e-log facility. My son went there for several years before my daughter. We certainly ‘kept it in the family’. To be honest, they provide a service without which, I wouldn’t be able to do my job. It is hard to trust strangers but I would recommend them to anyone.

She puts her arms out to the teachers when going in and seems really happy about going. At home, she has really developed since going to the nursery and has lots of confidence (and a bit of cheekiness). All the staff are friendly, and even in these difficult and changing times, they still put every effort into making the day fun for the children. Choosing a nursery is very hard, but I’m glad I chose this one.

A lovely nursery, both of my children have been coming here since they were less than one year old. The staff are warm, welcoming and very friendly. The nursery premises are clean, bright and modern with a lovely outdoor area for outside play every day. Both my children have really enjoyed attending the nursery and are engaged in fun and interesting activities every day. Would highly recommend it.

Having sent both my children to The Natural Childcare Company from 9 months old (to 3.5yrs) I can say I would highly recommend the nursery. Both my children settled quickly and made lovely connections with all the staff. It was a home from home for my children and the looked forwards to going in each day. I looked around at a lot of nurseries before making the decision to send them to NCC and it was by far the cleanest, warmest and well equipped environment. The children do lots of varied activities that support their learning whilst still being lots of fun, however it is the staff that really make this place special. My children will miss them all dearly now they had to leave to do a house move.

Absolutely fabulous nursery - the staff are outstanding and you can really see the close bonds they make with all the children in their care. My son has attended for over a year now moving from Babies to Tweenies and now Tots and the ladies have been fabulous throughout - always making me feel comfortable that my son is in very capable caring hands. The movement between rooms at different ages works really well and really helps with their development as it gives the children new people, activities, and areas to explore rather than just being in the same room for years. There are always lots of varied activities for the children to get involved in - and they have an excellent outdoor space too which my son loves - it looks like they have such a great time. He has developed so much since starting at NCC - I can’t thank them enough for supporting and encouraging him in his development. Would 100% recommend.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for nearly a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to put her in the Natural Childcare Company full time. The nursery itself is fantastic. Modern and clean. The teachers have been fantastic. Our daughter has formed really lovely relationships with everyone there, from the ladies working in the office right through to the manager and all of her immediate carers. They all know her name, chat with her and have fun. It’s really great. Educationally, she has really improved and often comes home and amazes us with something new she’s learned. She told me about Neil Armstrong the other day. Blew my mind. Four years old. Not one day has gone by where she has not wanted to go, in fact, the opposite. She loves it there. They are also dealing with Covid in a great way. It’s all set up to reduce contact. And there’s parking out the back allowing you to safely pick up/drop off. Overall, I can not recommend this nursery enough.
