The Natural Childcare Company

The Natural Childcare Company is a brilliant nursery. My son settled in straight away, all of the staff are lovely. They offer lots of activities to the children, all which help them learn and develop. I couldn't recommend enough.

I have recommended the nursery to other families as well who have also enrolled their children at The Natural Childcare Company, Shirley.

Brilliant, efficient and friendly nursery. They do loads with the children, arts and crafts and the “stay and play” days for parents are well-organised and create a real connection between parents and the children’s time at nursery.

Since moving to The Natural Childcare Company in early 2023, my daughter has been really happy and her development has been fantastic. The facilities and staff at The Natural Childcare Company are brilliant and provide my daughter the best environment to thrive in! There are always activities planned and the communication via the app, social media updates and emails are really good. The parent stay and play days are a highlight! My daughter's baby sister is already enrolled.

The nursery also has huge staffing issues and we could tell our son wasn’t as comfortable as he used to be. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone.

Lovely caring staff and a great learning environment. The building is large, modern and spacious. My little one has loved it since the day she joined. The activities are varied and engaging. My little one loves the meals and snacks, and always comes home satisfied. Thank you for a great service!

I was initially really worried about my little girl going to nursery as she was only 7 months (Mum guilt!) but all my worries went away when my little girl started going to the babies group. She’s now in Tweenies and has come on leaps and bounds. She absolutely loves it, she has way more fun and gets to do lots of interesting and messy activities. The staff from babies still come into Tweenies to see her and the nursery has a lovely big family feel to it. The staff are wonderful and you genuinely feel like they care about the children. It really is an extension of our home/family.

I am very impressed by the activities organised by the staff at the natural childcare. As a parent, I am updated daily about the activities my son takes part in and I must say that I am very impressed. The nursery sets out/arranges activities based around the children's interests. Very interesting!

My son has attended since he was 15 months old and I couldn’t be happier with the nursery. The staff are so lovely, they know the names of every child at the nursery and are always friendly and caring towards the children. They know where my son’s strengths and interests lie and always encourage him. Our jobs can be unpredictable and we have been stuck on a few of my son’s non-nursery days for childcare - the staff are really understanding and have tried to accommodate him if they can. It’s so reassuring to be able to leave him somewhere where I know he is safe and having a wonderful time.

My son has been in the nursery for almost three months and his social skills have improved massively. His speech has come such a long way, he has learned so many new words and his pronunciation is very clear. He is also a lot more confident with other children, being more gentle and sharing really well (he has also learnt a lot more dance moves). The nursery has so many different activities for the children to participate in and each one helps them develop a new skill. Staff in the nursery are so caring and friendly, it’s more like letting him play with friends for the day than sending him to a nursery. The parents' app is amazing, it’s lovely to have updates during the day, to see what he’s doing and having fun. I’d definitely recommend the nursery to other parents, it really is a gem.

My daughter has been at the nursery for the past 18 months and I could not rate it highly enough! From her time in the baby room through to the tot's room now, all the staff have been wonderful. Any day when she goes in a little unsettled, I know by the end of the day she will come home with a smile on her face. The nursery have been very accommodating with any requests I have regarding changes to hours and we always feel very well informed of what our child is up to each day.

This is the most wonderful nursery. We sent our first daughter here and she loved it. We were in no doubt it was where we would send our second daughter, who is currently enjoying her time there. Everyone is kind and friendly. The environment is clean and stimulating for the children, who undertake a wide range of activities to help them develop.

My oldest daughter attended Natural Childcare after recommendations from a friend and now my youngest attends this nursery. I have been dropping my daughters off here for the last five years and can honestly say they love it here. You can see how much the staff care for the kids. The children love the staff so much too. I get regular updates on all the activities my daughter is doing and can see how she is growing with confidence. The staff are so helpful and supportive when it comes to my daughter's food allergies and eczema. I tell all my friends to send their babies here because they are brilliant.

An excellent nursery. Both my children have attended here. We feel so comfortable and confident when leaving our children in the care of the Natural Childcare Company, Shirley. Would recommend them to anyone!

My goddaughter is full of energy and enthusiasm for the activities of the day. When I collect her, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, always ready to share both necessary and interesting updates.

A lovely nursery with staff who really genuinely care about your children. I would highly recommend this nursery and I think they go above and beyond to support and develop a child's learning experience.

The staff at the Natural Child Care Company are amazing. Every day I drop my son off to them, I have no worries or doubts they look after him and care for him excellently. He’s been at the nursery since he was 4 months old and has made strong attachments to a lot of the members of staff. The progression he has made is due to the continued encouragement and support from them all.
