Kids Planet Henley

My grandson is always happy to go into nursery and talks about all the activities they offer. Staff are always friendly and helpful, answering any questions and giving a detailed rundown of the day. Environment is inviting and clean and secure.

My son said he likes everything at nursery. When asked if there is anything he does not like, he said 'I like everything' again. We are so happy with the care that he receives. The staff are wonderful and seem genuinely invested in his development. He loves going to nursery and I am confident that he will be well looked after every day. I wish that I could be at home with him, but as this is not possible, I am incredibly grateful that he has such an amazing team of people caring for him. Thank you.

I have had my two boys at the nursery and they have always enjoyed the activities and the staff.

Kids Planet Henley 1 has been amazing for the development of my son's speech. They are all so caring and really invest into the kids here. Any concerns I have if any with my son always get dealt with to the best of their ability. I find everyone is so easy to talk to and everyone is so easy to work together with.

My daughter enjoys going to Kids Planet Henley 1. From a child who was hesitant to mingle with people to an enthusiastic toddler who is now willing to play with kids. This transformation would not have been possible without the support of the staff at Kids Planet Henley 1. They provide a wide range of learning activities to enhance the skills of the toddlers.

My son has ASD and has been attending this nursery for a few years, they have supported us from my initial concerns right through to diagnosis. Their commitment to supporting children with additional needs and their families is remarkable. From the management to the support staff everyone has a strong knowledge of the requirements needed to help a neuro-diverse child feel comfortable and settled within the setting and when dealing with change. Communication between nursery and home is amazing, the food provided for the children is healthy and nutritional and they are mindful of sensory issues during mealtimes etc. My child was considerably below his target age, struggling to connect and communicate and even with ASD is now at target for the learning requirements for his age, plays alongside other children and his communication skills have come on leaps and bounds. Their cooperation with SENCO and portage is fantastic. I highly recommend this nursery to any parents!

Always had an excellent experience with the nursery. My child always comes home happy, is well cared for and has shown so much progression. The staff are understanding and very in tune with the children. I have never had a negative experience during the three years my child has attended. In fact, I admire the work that they do.

I am really pleased with the nursery. My daughter loves it there, they look after her and make sure she is safe and happy. They do different activities every day, spent time outside and go for walks too.

The staff have been great with my child since we have joined the nursery. Our child enjoys attending each day and is excited. The staff are really good and helpful with development, introducing new food and games and the nursery wouldn't be what it was without them and they play a big part in how great the nursery is.

Avoid this nursery at all costs! I have reported this nursery to Ofsted due to their poor practices. My daughter would continuously come home with bumps and bruises. One day she came home with a black eye and a bloody nose. After weeks of asking to see the CCTV footage, we were pre-warned about what we were going to see. In the baby room, there were two members of staff and only my child in the room. You would think at that ratio my child would be at her safest. My daughter was standing holding against a cabinet as she can't hold herself up on her own. She fell face forward and the key worker standing right next to her looked at her on the floor and continued doing what she was doing. The other key worker who was sitting on the other side of the room picked her up and comforted her for no longer than a few minutes. She did not get first aid or wasn't checked over. An hour later my daughter got a nosebleed which she has never had one before.

I can't remember when my son started at the nursery, but since he has been there I have noticed a big difference in my son, his speech is really good, and he knows nearly all his colours and numbers. Would like to thank the staff for their hard work and caring attitude toward my son. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone

Absolutely happy with the staff no issues at all, main and only problem is the food you serve to the kids.

The food my child has been eating since being taken over has been absolutely appalling, how you expect a child to eat stews, soups etc is ridiculous. The chef before was far better food, was different every day and I had no complaints, my child ate everything. Now said child is coming home hungry, your main meals need to be seriously addressed. Honestly, don't feel like payment for food should be made when they're hardly eating it. Said child has been eating crackers, biscuits, etc hardly healthy in my opinion. No 2-year-old eats soups or stews. Sort it out.
