Kids Planet Henley

Excellent! I moved my child to Kids planet from a previous nursery, and the difference in service has been so fantastic. My little girl started at 15 months old and is now 3 years old. In each class she has progressed from and to, the staff have been excellent and my child has shown amazing development. Food, feedback everyday at pick up, attention to detail, focus, neatness etc. I highly and strongly recommend this nursery. The management is top notch, and involved and I can see a big difference compared to my experience elsewhere where the management felt distant. Nursery is clean, staff are kind to parents, children are encouraged and supported to blossom in their personality and well taught to reflect good behaviours. Sad to leave but I can't but say thank you to all the intentionality and care shown to my child.

Amazing nursery and staff always go above and beyond, highly recommend. Very helpful, so many things for the children to do from toys to art sensory etc outdoor playing always fun I love the fact I can receive pictures/information of my children having fun throughout the day.

My child is always so happy to be in nursery. Always greeted with smiling faces from staff and he happily goes into nursery. He's been in the setting since babies and his confidence and development has grown so much since he started.

My son attended this nursery from 7 months until 3 years of age and honestly had the best experience here. He suffers with a bowel condition and the staff and chef did everything to accomodate his needs. Everyone was friendly and updates were given throughout the day of my child. I would always 100% recommend this nursery.

Our two-year-old daughter has thrived since joining Kids Planet Henley 1. The staff are caring, attentive, and highly professional, creating a safe and nurturing environment where she feels happy and engaged. Communication with parents is excellent, and the nursery offers a well-balanced mix of structured activities and free play. We've been very impressed with her development and are confident she is in very good hands.

Great experience since my daughter started attending nursery. We as a family have observed she is always happy to go to nursery. Gives me assurance she is well taken care of. Many thanks to all the staff, you all are doing an amazing job.

Kids planet is the best nursery I've ever seen. My eldest daughter went to two nurseries and we just had to settle whereas with our second we decided to take our time and assess options.

We came across kids planet and from the tour we was sold. The staff are amazing, the energy and attitude is second to none. My daughter has excelled and gains so much confidence since being here we could not be any happier.

Our son started with the nursery in March. He is now 11 months old and has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. The staff are all friendly, caring and informative. They do a range of sensory play already, including painting and water play. They go outside every day to play in the garden. The outdoor space is good but no green area or woodland which I would like. The room is well equipped with a separate, calm sleep space. They were happy to follow our baby's routine. They have Alexas in the room to play music which is lovely. There are regular day trips - our son has been to the park and library already in two months of being at the nursery 3 days a week. There is a good range of food and safeguarding wise they have a porch before a secure front door and each room has it's own code to gain entry which only staff have access to. Any accidents are documented and we are made aware either by phone call or on collection. Overall we love the nursery and are very happy with them.

Lovely staff, always a warm welcoming and that gives me a sense of relief that my little boy is going to have a really nice day. He loves going into his room. The staff meet his needs and push his boundaries to achieve his goals. I know my boy is in the best of hands and having lots of fun. I love the updates I get when he is in nursery. Keep doing what you're doing ladies. Your doing a amazing job

I couldn't ask for a better nursery for my son, even on the day of visiting the nursery I seen how comfortable my son took to it, since being at the nursery he has absolutely loved it, how the staff have handled him has been great, he struggled leaving me at first and now he still gets lil upset but he settles straight away, staff are great and he talks about them by name when he at home. He has came along so much by being there. I appreciate all the staff

Fabulous childcare facility. Lots of information given via the app. Love seeing what my child has been doing, how much she is loving being at nursery. Celebrating any days that are on, how they celebrate it. It's good to see the info really enjoy reading through.

My boy started there at 1 and is now almost 18 months old. He was very nervous to go, but the staff there have had patience and nurtured him into loving it.

The management team are also supportive and caring.

My daughter has learnt to fully walk and coming along with her speech due to the staff at the nursery. The staff work with the family to if you require any help or a listening ear. One of the best nurseries around and would highly recommend this nursery. 5 stars all around, with learning, caring, informative and general kindness. Thank you for all you have done for both my girls.

Nursery has been exceptional over the course of 3 years. Helped our little one develop into an independent, confident child ready for school next week. Staff at Kids Planet are truly brilliant with such a variety of activities for the children. You have given our daughter our fantastic foundation!

They are a fantastic nursery that goes above and beyond for children in their care. My daughter goes in and comes out smiling every day and staff have worked hard to build a trusting, caring relationship with her. I feel confident leaving my child in their care and communication with parents is excellent.

Fab nursery! My son has attended this nursery since the age of 1, he absolutely loves it here, the staff are kind and compassionate. He formed a close bond with one member of staff. The only fault I would say is moving him to the sister nursery once aged 3, this made me very sad as I know he bonded well at Kids Planet 1.

The staff are lovely and very understanding. I like how they always have activities for the kids so they try new things and organise little trips. My daughter loves it there and always talks about what she has been up to.

Very attentive staff and friendly and caring, the staff is great with my child. As my child has some special needs they ensure they my child is inclusive, my child is always happy to go to nursery. The staff are great.

My son attended the setting 5+ years ago and my foster child has been attending since January this year. It was a no-brainer as my first experience was so positive. I have built a great relationship with all the staff as has the child in my care and his development in such a short space of time is a credit to what a great job they all do. Nothing is ever too much but most importantly it is a home away from home. My children spent nearly 10 hours a day here to enable me to work and I couldn't choose a better bunch of people to help me raise them. This is also evident in their staff retention as a majority of the staff are the same and many have worked there for 10+ years. The children have a great variety of activities throughout the day and often take days out to the park and library. They honestly just do an amazing job and I would recommend them over and over again.
