My son has settled in really well and has a big smile for the staff every drop off, he enjoys all the different activities the staff set out in the room. Staff are very loving and the care he receives is amazing, I can drop him off and know he is having the best day with caring loving staff.

You can tell the staff actually care about the children and they know my child so well and that is really important when you’re entrusting your child with others!

Happy for my child to be here. Staff work hard to make time here fun and interesting for child. They promote independence and have been very supportive with potty training. My child has really warmed to staff, who show a great deal of care. Outdoor facilities could be improved, but overall happy with nursery. Management are present and approachable.

My son started in September and his confidence and social skills have improved. I see the excitement on his face anytime I drop him off. Parents get daily updates and the staff are really lovely. Thank you all for the amazing work you are doing.

My child has been attending the nursery since he was approximately 9 months old. He has always been excited about going to nursery. Over the last year he has been really supported in terms of his speech and language development and the nursery have adapted their skills to help encourage and support him to be able to flourish. My son will now come home and tell me the things he has done in the day and will mention staff names, of whom he has enjoyed playing with, it’s a pleasure to hear him trying to tell his story and interpretation of the day.

My daughter loves this nursery as the staff are always joyful and friendly, she has also come on a lot with her vocabulary and learning whilst always having lots of fun when she’s there. Always different activities and loves playing in garden.

Our daughter has settled in really well here. She was very unsettled when she first visited, and the staff worked well with us to find a way to transition her into their care. We get lovely updates throughout the day about what she is up to. She is well-fed and enjoys a variety of meals each day. The staff have got to know us and our daughter well, and we are pleased with everything we have experienced.

My little one always is learning something new.

Really trust in the nursery to bring out my little girl’s full potential. She is awaiting an autism assessment and all I have had is the upmost support. We really work together to help support her and that’s priceless to me. Thanks guys, amazing work.

Lovely staff. The children love all the fun activities and they also teach different things which is very good. Would recommend the nursery for any child (parent) to enrol here.

We have found Kids Planet Henley 1 to be a perfect fit for our daughter. She has been thriving since she joined the nursery. We especially love how friendly all the staff members are. You can tell they have a genuine interest in children and feel our daughter is in very safe hands.

We are absolutely content with our child attending this nursery, the staff are all amazing and all helpful. It's so nice to see our child getting excited to attend to see their friends and mention staff by name. Our little one has been attending now for over a year and we have never had a problem and are always kept up to date.

Look forward to seeing her progress through.

The only downside is the prior notice of meals being served. It would help with meal planning at home.

A few of the staff really go the extra mile and take pride in their role. Improvement: parents should be allowed to visit during odd day-times in pre-booked slots, so they can see how their child engages at nursery, like sleeping and food habits etc., as it helps to compare what kids do at home vs nursery.

Kids Planet Henley 1 is amazing! My son started when he was 9 months old, and he settled quickly due to the fantastic staff in the baby room, the team leader always made sure I knew he was happy and settled at the nursery. Due to personal circumstances, we had to move him from Kids Planet, and we were really reluctant to do so because of the amazing care he received; he has grown into a confident, funny, caring boy and nursery has been a big part of that. I can't thank you enough.

Nursery is very caring and has been taking good care of my little one for the last two years. Thank you for everything.
