Busy Bees have done an amazing job with our son. He's been with them for more than a year now and till date, we've not had a reason to complain/worry. They have a very good online portal where you can keep track of your child's food, sleep etc. along the day. The portal also shares periodic assessments
of the child's development and overall behaviour. The staff members are very kind and just as efficient with kids. Same goes for the administration as well. They're not one of the cheapest in Coventry but then again the quality of care and overall professionalism is second to none.


Personally, I highly recommend them to any parent reading this review.

Our son has been attending Busy Bees at University Hospital since he was just under 6 months old and we have never had any complaints; he is now 3 and a half years old and just waiting to move up to the pre-school room. All the staff at the nursery are extremely friendly and all very knowledgeable in
their field, from the room staff to the chef and the managers. The use of the parent app is great for me to use, as I work 13-hour shifts so am never available to pick up or drop off. The parent app means I can look at my son's day and what he's eaten etc... There are also verbal handovers at drop off and pick up, which is great and they always call with any concerns such as illness or injury. The facilities are fantastic and there is always a great range of things out for the children to enjoy. The meals are varied and my son always eats everything offered. We love it and our son loves coming here, too.

I'm absolutely satisfied and happy with all members of staff, with food, hygiene and all.
This nursery is everything I could ever ask for for my daughter. She is having a fantastic time. She had a bit of trouble to adjust at first but all members helped her. They are always nice, friendly, gentle around
her.
She is learning everything there. Everyday something new. She found so many friends. I would recommend every parent who is looking for a good nursery. I feel as a mother really happy because they all do an amazing job and taking care of my daughter.

My little girl started the nursery in January 2019, she absolutely loves the nursery. She has grown to love the staff and build good relationships with them, especially her key worker. She goes to nursery four days per week and we have seen her development come on in leaps and bounds. The room always
looks clean and tidy. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The food always sounds delicious and she seems to enjoy it!

The Ofsted excellent rating is no joke. When I drop her off each morning, I don't have to worry about her wellbeing. Staff make it a personal goal to make her happy.
All staff members are friendly and professional. They don't just watch them play outside, they play with them. Both she and I love
it at Busy Bees. She looks forward to going back every morning.


Food is freshly made on a daily basis on site. The building is always clean.

Busy Bees Walsgrave is a wonderful nursery with excellent staff. The atmosphere is excellent with a strong emphasis on caring and nurturing kids through all their development stages.
Regular updates are brilliant in their daily activities and their progress report.
My daughter's progress has been
excellent during her time at the nursery. She loves being there with her friends. She enjoys all the various activities they get involved in.

Both of my daughters have attended Busy Bees at Walsgrave. The staff are all amazing and I found the office staff extremely supportive. My daughters were always so happy and well looked after whilst at nursery and they learned so much! The nursery is always so nicely set up and there's always such a
variety of wonderful activities for the children to enjoy. I always recommend this nursery to family and friends as I honestly can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

I searched and viewed every local nursery in the area, nowhere compares to busy bees at Walsgrave.
My son has been going here full time since he was 8 months old.
He's my 1st to go into nursery so it had to be the right one & the best!
The environment is great, the facilities are great & the staff
are amazing.
Every time we pull in towards the nursery he gets really excited, which is great for me to see as I know he loves going there.
The staff give feedback on what he's been doing, what he's eaten, pretty much everything when I go to collect him, which is great as I don't feel like I'm missing out.
He loves when I relay names of the other children (his friends) back to him.
It's also nice to be able to stand outside the room once I've dropped him off/just before I go to collect him and watch what he's doing(obviously from inside the building)
I'm really happy with the level of security to enter the nursery, knowing that my son is in safe hands makes it easier for me to drive away&go to work.

My daughter has various allergies and from day 1 the staff at Busy Bees University Hospital have been outstanding in their practice around meal times, medication information kept up to date and all staff members being aware of the allergies


My daughter has been going to be Busy Bees for 14 months

and I couldn't be happier with the staff! She has developed such a good bond with her key workers and made so many friends.

My daughter currently attends Busy Bees and absolutely loves it. She has been at the nursery for a year now and my other daughter was previously at the nursery for three years. I have always been impressed by the quality of care provided and by the amazing staff. It is so reassuring leaving your child
with people who genuinely care and also in the knowledge that my child is going to have a super fun day playing and learning!

Overall we are really pleased with our childcare at Busy Bees at University Hospital. Staff are really approachable friendly and excellent with the children.They always seem kind and compassionate to the children in their care. Food is excellent and a varied menu is available.

As a parent, I feel very confident with the care my little girl receives while at nursery. The staff are always happy, pleasant and polite, my daughter is always happy when at nursery. I am very happy with the progress and how much my daughter has come on since she has started with Busy Bees. The girls
in baby 1 and 2 do a brilliant job and know my daughter very well, they always give brilliant feedback at the end of the day.

Our son started nursery at 6 months old and attended 3 days a week. He is now two and a half and has recently increased his attendance to full time.
His dad and I have watched him grow and develop into a wonderful little boy, who enjoys nursery very much.

Both my twin girls attend this nursery. They have been going there for nearly 2 years. The staff and the management team have been so supporting and helpful with the girls. Each morning we are always welcomed with a smile and the girls are welcomed by the staff so nicely. They have been a great support
in the development of the girls and we have noticed so much change in the time they have been going to the nursery.
We would like to thank the Busy Bees staff at Walsgrave for all the continued support and we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for our twin girls.

A very excellent nursery. The teachers are professional, caring, kind, friendly extra mile taken. You are sure of incredible service and peace of mind when your child is in the nursery.
The managers and office staff are also very friendly easy to relate and approach. I would 1000% not 100% recommend
Walsgrave Busy Bees to everyone.

Hi, I’m Claire and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees University Hospital.


I have worked with young children for over 25 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education and completed my Early Years Professional status in September 2011. I lived in South Africa for 26 years and relocated with my family, to the UK in 2006. My son is a Bio-Chemist. My husband and I enjoy playing golf together and cycling. I thoroughly enjoy decorating. I am extremely passionate about what I do and truly committed to ensuring each child receives an outstanding, high quality experience during their years with us at Busy Bees University Hospital.
