Cotton Tails at Northfield

Our child has settled in really well into Cotton Tails Nursery, and we are really pleased with the care that they have been receiving there. We are happy with the progress they have shown from attending there and highly recommend this nursery.

The staff here are brilliant, always taking time to explain how our child had been and filling us in on the day in great detail. We can see how much care and love they give each and every one of the children our little one has learnt so much in the time they have been here.

Our son has been at Cotton Tails for the last two years. He has made tremendous progress since joining the nursery. The staff have always been loving and kind, but also honest in their feedback. We would highly recommend Cotton Tails to anyone who is looking for a nursery, the team should be extremely proud!

My daughter loves coming to nursery every day. She gets excited to see her friends and the staff. The staff are always friendly and will go above and beyond and take excellent care of our daughter. There is always a good variety of food for meal times. All activities are great and well organised.

Absolutely amazing nursery, my little boy started there at 11 months, has settled really well, and has just thrived. He comes home full of smiles and clearly loves his time there. I love the updates on the app. And it's so nice seeing what he has learnt each day (I'm learning lots of actions to songs at the moment!). Could not recommend Cotton Tails at Northfield more highly. Our girls love it at Cotton Tails. The staff are so wonderful with them and truly care about all of the children. It is always clean and they have created a beautiful and safe environment. There are always lots of fun activities to help with their development.

We have been so happy with this nursery for the three years our daughter has attended. All the staff are attentive and caring and have always listened to our needs and acted upon any requests we have made. The nursery in general is really homely and warm with a bright and happy ambience. From the baby room up to the school room, our daughter has thrived and we will really miss it when she leaves. I have never felt uneasy or unsure about leaving her and there has never been an incident or a single lost item. Her belongings are well looked after and if she is ever under the weather we were always made aware straight away. The nursery is always clean and children are asked to wash their hands upon entering every morning. Their learning needs are captured and recorded. Cannot fault this nursery or the staff and we will be sad to say goodbye. Outdoor facilities are also good and the doors and gates are always locked and only opened with a code. This gives us a sense of security. Thank you

Staff are always welcoming and make the experience seamless. My daughter loves it when she gets to nursery, enjoying time with newly formed friendships, come home time she has countless stories to tell us and the excitement she has is clear. We love the home tasks set too as can make learning at home and nursery be combined, such as the autumn seasons. Staff have been so supportive from the baby room through the nursery room. It was really nice to go into my daughter's nursery to see the environment that she spends her days in playing and interacting with the other children, seeing how the staff act with them and putting faces to the names that she speaks about.

Great staff, great interaction and learning program for my child. I find the staff go the extra mile in getting to know the children they teach and care for. My son has formed bonds with some of the staff which illustrates the positive impact they have had on his day-to-day development there.
