The staff are very friendly. The outside facilities are fantastic and my son and daughter really enjoy going to the nursery. I really like the updates on Tapestry to see your child's progress during the month to month basis. I like that there is a wide range of learning activities such as baby yoga, signing and forest school.
When our son first arrived at The Nest Nursery Wood End, he was shy and lacking confidence. But now he has increased his confidence considerably with social skills improving all the time thanks to The Nest Nursery Wood End.
What to say about this amazing nursery? Where do I begin? My daughter started there is December 2013 aged 8 months old and they have helped mould and grow an enthusiastic and polite young girl. The care and experiences she gets there are second to none. It is like a small home from home where she feels comfortable to play, learn and be herself. The fantastic staff are always keen, eager and approachable if you have any questions. The setting is fab with the most beautiful garden full of equipment and learning opportunities for any young child. The mud kitchen is a huge hit as is the secret forest school garden. As my daughter leaves for school now, I'm immensely grateful for the best job they've done educating my child.
Can't thank the staff enough for the help and support they have given our son over the last 2 1/2 years. Our son is graduating tomorrow and I know I'll get emotional....we're really going to miss everyone!
Amazing nursery with beautifully set out rooms based on a natural approach. Children have access to the garden at all times and they are able to choose what room they would like to play in depending on their interest. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
The staff at the nursery were brilliant. They were extremely helpful toward me collecting my granddaughter for the first time from the nursery, helping me collect all her belongings. The staff were all very welcoming.
Such a beautiful nursery giving children the freedom to explore in a safe environment. The nursery has a Lovely atmosphere it was great to see my granddaughter having so much fun. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic nursery. Lovely outdoor space, unlike any other nursery I visited. All staff were welcoming and friendly towards me and my son. I would highly recommend the nursery to all my family and friends.
My child has been at this nursery since she was 6 months old and I can't praise the staff and surroundings highly enough. The outside space is superb as are the activities the kids get to do outside of the nursery.
My little girl attended here and she absolutely adored the outdoors area. The staff were really engaging and supportive of her love for the outdoors and encouraged her independence. The nursery is so calming the way it is set up it's like a home away from home. She also enjoyed all the messy activities available because she loves getting messy and the play dough station was one of her favourite areas as well.
My second child now attends The Nest Nursery Wood End following my first child. I can honestly say with the team leading the nursery and the exceptional caring and nurturing staff, I would not consider sending my child anywhere else. The environment gives my child excellent opportunity to learn and develop. The Nest Nursery Wood End provides activities put on by staff and the agencies such as the music man/woman and learn and sign all. I don't believe you would find many nurseries with an outside space that The Nest Nursery Wood End has with its garden. This huge outdoor environment gives my child the opportunity to explore new things and I am fortunate my child can attend a nursery with such a space. The Nest Nursery has brilliant top class facilities but it is the staff that leave me feeling at ease knowing that my child is being left in the best possible care.
Both of my children have attended this nursery. The staff are very helpful and are always very caring towards them. The environment is very homely and very inviting and the resource they use are very natural which make their learning opportunity endless. The boys really enjoy the garden and the free flow, they are allowed to play indoors or outdoors, this means they can do as they please. It's also lovely how the children are all together as well as the boys can have their own friends but also have each other too. I couldn't wish for a better nursery for my children to go to. Thank you to all the amazing staff.
The Nest nursery is a fantastic place to be, my daughter loved it here the staff are always friendly and helpful like one big happy family. My daughter is the kind of child who likes to get down and dirty and this was the place she could do it, mud and sand, paint, water, spaghetti you name it she was there, and if your child likes something, in particular, they will do their best to see to it that they can do it and explore it.
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and made me and my daughter very welcome indeed. We had a tour of the nursery while we were there and it looked so much fun and the kids looked so happy.
I thought it was such a good idea for a nursery to offer some of their space to allow classes such as baby massage to take place. It allowed me to not only attend a class that my baby loved but also see the nursery environment where I wouldn't hesitate to take my daughter in the future.
This nursery is amazing! It's not focused on making as much money as it can it's main focus is the children. My daughter attends this nursery and loves every minute of it. Staff are warming and welcome you as part of the family. Children's minds are opened with the great environments the nursery offer. My daughter comes home telling me she's done yoga, forest school, music man has been, dance lesson. A full packed day not just sat in one room playing with toys but letting my daughter experience nature as it is in the fantastic garden setting they have. I could go on but the main thing to say is letting someone else look after your children is a massive risk we all take. But I 100% trust my daughter in this loving, safe and enjoyable environment every day.
My two grandsons went to this nursery. The staff are so good they stand up for everything they could dream of they are down to earth staff and there's not a day when my grandsons were not happy because the staff are very hard working and take their job seriously, also they have a zero tolerance of the use of mobile phones inside the building due to the child protection. The saying is the bestest nursery is The Nest is best. Couldn't ask for a better nursery at all.
I would highly recommend this nursery not only for the amazing staff but for the most beautiful garden that they have adapted and turned into an adventure playground for the children's little imaginations to explore.
The nursery is a clean environment full of exciting learning toys where my son truly loves to be. I will be sad to know that come September I will no longer be needing their services. I can't thank the team enough for the hard work and loving care they have shown the children.
The staff have always been extremely supportive, friendly and caring. We feel that they respect our little girl as an individual and that she is making lots of progress under their care.
Since the Nest was taken over it has transformed visually and I have noticed my daughter's development has significantly improved. I have been going there for about 5-6 years now so I've seen the growth of the environment and the staff. I've even recommended the nursery to others. You are kept very well informed and my daughter is very happy there.
Very child friendly nursery with qualified professional staff who genuinely have the child's best interest at heart - my child gets so excited when she pulls up outside and always gets a warm happy welcome.
