Our daughter has attended The Nest for 2 years. She loves it, there's a large outdoor play area where they are as often as the weather allows. Sandpits, tree swings, reading areas and a mud kitchen. Inside also has many play areas, and activities to encourage their curiosity and learning through play. The teachers are attentive, caring and honest in their feedback of your child's development.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to send our daughter to The Nest! From the beginning, the nursery have welcomed us as a family into the setting and been accommodating to our daughters extra needs. The staff are all warm and friendly and show clear care towards the children, forming amazing bonds. The setting itself is great with so many areas and set ups to explore, as well as always spending lots of time in the outdoor area. They really encourage independence and imagination and I just love their approach to the children's overall development. We've noticed such a difference in our little girl since starting, from her speech and language to her growing confidence. We're very grateful for the care provided and couldn't recommend enough.

Copper beech has been excellent for our daughter. She started at 7 months and was helped so much by her key worker into an easy transition. The communication has been excellent throughout and she has developed so much in the time she has been there. It was really important for us to find a nursery that has a similar ethos to us, where we know she would be safely guided and helped- copper beech has been exactly that and we would highly recommend them.

He also loves the food and eats really well there, which is another huge plus. Most importantly, he is genuinely happy and gets so excited to go each day, which says everything. I'm very grateful to The Nest for creating such a nurturing, engaging environment.

We couldn't be happier with The Nest nursery. From the very first day the staff have been incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely invested in our child's happiness and development. The environment is beautiful, with natural, eco-friendly sustainable resources throughout the setting. The balance of indoor and outdoor play is great as our child loves spending time outdoors. The garden is brilliant and has many fun activities to get involved in, from an outdoor kitchen to a secret garden. Our child has grown so much in confidence, communication and curiosity since attending The Nest, and its clear how much care and thought goes into all activities. Communication with parents is excellent, we always feel informed and reassured. Most importantly, our child is excited to go each day, which speaks volumes. We are truly grateful for the kindness and dedication from the entire team and would recommend this nursery without hesitation.

The Nest Nursery is such a wonderful place. It's a safe, fun and happy environment where children can be themselves and explore their natural curiosities. The staff are engaging and supportive of children and parents alike. I couldn't recommend it enough! I'm so glad I found such a nurturing environment for my little one to flourish in. We only viewed The Nest when looking for a nursery for our daughter, As well as being Ofsted Outstanding, the children looked so happy and settled when we visited. The nursery has a lovely small, calm environment that never feels crowded, and the staff are wonderful, showing genuine care for our daughter. She is always happy to see any of them, and loves her key worker, Sheree.

We love the great variety of activities that our daughter gets to experience and we also really appreciate that they don't rely on lengthy daily app updates. Their time is spent genuinely engaging with the children.

We can see daily how much our daughter's development has accelerated since starting here, because of how much they encourage her, and her independence. She also eats such a great range of healthy, home-cooked food.

We couldn't be happier with our choice and would highly recommend The Nest.

The only negative is you can't swap days.

Our daughter started at the Nest in September 2025 and we honestly could not be happier. Like everyone we always want the very best for her and actually came to the Nest after moving her from somewhere else which we didn't feel was meeting her needs. Our daughter needs some extra support with eating in particular and nothing has ever been too much trouble for the amazing staff. They absolutely go above and beyond to keep her safe, happy and cared for. She needs a particular type of milk which we were more than happy to provide but without asking they immediately ordered it for her - just one example of their kindness. Her key workers Martyna and Emily are outstanding and we are so grateful that our daughter got a place here. Thank you to all the team.

I cannot fault the Nest Nursery in any kind of way. Since the day my daughter started, they have shown her so much kindness and care, even in the SMALLEST of details. Amaiyah spoke very early whilst at nursery and they continued to allow her to develop at that rate until now. I cannot thank them enough honestly. The Nest nursery was the best decision I made for her.

We feel incredibly lucky that our children have had the opportunity to be part of the Nest. They both adore their Nest teachers and have built long-lasting friendships within the loving, nurturing and inclusive environment that the Nest provides.

We are so impressed with all the staff at the Nest - their warmth, empathy, playfulness and enthusiasm are truly remarkable.

They have also been incredibly supportive and have helped us and our children to navigate a difficult period in our lives - their kindness, flexibility and understanding have meant so much to us and have helped us massively.

The Nest's approach has also helped our children develop so much and really shine! We can't speak highly enough of their focus on child-led discovery, imaginative play and social-emotional development - a 'home-from-home' experience that values children's individuality and well-being.

We have been using the Nest Nursery - Wood End, for almost 6 years. It has a lovely, calm and nurturing environment, and the staff and management really care about not only your child, but you as a family unit. The house has a variety of areas to play in and a large exciting garden to encourage imagination. My children have had access to a wide range of experiences away from the nursery setting too, including forest school, family trips to the beach, theatre and to the local shop, exposing them to valuable life skills. The staff keep you up to date with photos and stories from the day and there is regular feedback to discuss your child's progress and development. They cater well to dietary requirements and make sure that children are safe, but not left out during meal times and if they're doing a baking activity. It is reassuring knowing that when you have to work, your child is safe and loved. Can't thank the team enough!

My daughter joined the nursery in September 2025 at the age of 2. During the short space of time she has progressed so much with her speech and behaviour.

The staff are great, every staff member has always been friendly , and genuinely seem like they enjoy being around the kids. The routine, activities , garden area and they take the kids out for messy play. Everything is very thought out for the kids.

Was hesitant to send my daughter to a nursery at first but the nest really does feel like a home away from home for my little one.
