Partou Langley Gorse Day Nursery & Pre-school has a well-earned reputation as the leading provider of childcare in Sutton Coldfield, offering outstanding care to children aged 3 months to 5 years and are open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday - Friday, for 51 weeks of the year (closed during Christmas week).

Located on Fox Hollies Road, in a beautiful rural environment, the nursery enjoys the benefits of a large character property with high ceilings, large airy rooms, and a huge outdoor garden and play space, which the children love and thrive in.

There are separate rooms for babies, toddlers, 2-3 year olds, and Pre-School children, furnished with 'age-appropriate' toys and resources, ensuring they provide the best standard of care, development and education.

Carers place great emphasis on creating a loving, nurturing and warm environment for each child.

I continue to have a fantastic experience. My daughter is very fulfilled at nursery and is constantly exposed to new educational experiences. I am also delighted at the varied and healthy meals she eats each day.

I could not be happier with the service and care provided for my son. He's currently in the Rising 3's Room and all staff in his room are attentive and very caring. They have built special bonds, which I find to be a great comfort as a mother.
My son has developed so much since being at nursery and
I truly believe that this is due to the continuous hard work and dedication from the staff at Langley Gorse. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a childcare provider.

Our son joined Langley Gorse back in 2016 when he was 11 months old. His progress through the under 2's was so quick. Every day he was learning new actions and to toddle. He moved to Rising 2's early and it was very reassuring to see his move was based on progress rather than age.

Langley Gorse is a friendly, welcoming environment. Since joining, my son has come on leaps and bounds! When he first began, the staff were great at settling him in to the new environment and within a couple of weeks he was walking in confidently. They always give regular feedback and updates and
are always there to help.

Langley is a wonderful nursery with great outdoor space, which the children always have access to and my son thinks is amazing. The staff here have always been polite, friendly and supportive of children and their families, offering guidance in all aspects of your child's learning journey. The prep
for primary school is fantastic which really helps with the transition. I cannot find words to express how happy my son has been here, most definitely highly recommended.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are all brilliant and were so helpful and supportive from the first day we went.

My little girl has been here since she was seven months old and is now three and a half. She has always loved it and I have implicit trust In all the team - every key worker has been outstanding in their own individual way, learning something different from each of them.


The environment is second

to none: lots of space inside and out, with a garden I'm envious of every time I pick her up when it's sunny (when I've been in an office all day!). She is always doing great creative activities - and we often do things at home that we bring in. It's easy to see how the activities help to build her confidence and abilities.


The staff are really friendly and approachable, and have taken any query or concern that I've had seriously and acted immediately (although there's been few).


We will be very sad to leave here next summer.

I enrolled my son into Langley Gorse when he was 10 months old (late in 2015) and only moved him when we moved area at 18 months. The staff were outstanding. They treated my precious son exactly the way I would want him to be treated when he is not with me. They are kind, loving and engaged. In addition,
I loved the location, it was close to Walmley Village but set far away from traffic so the air was very clean. I've since recommended the place to my friends.

I have worked at Langley Gorse since 2018. In this time, I have completed both my level 2 and level 3 apprenticeships. This has given me the opportunity to further my career and work as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager and now the Nursery Manager.
