Little Pips Nursery Chippenham

Overall a very reliable nursary and I would definitely recommend them.

Our child has been going to Little Pips since 8 months old. We were initially worried about him going so young but we needn't have worried. The ladies at Little Pips have been brill from day one. They make a great effort to tell you about his day when we go to pick him up and they always make time for you if you have any questions or concerns. Our child is clearly very fond of the ladies and feels very comfortable and safe with them. We can also clearly see how well the ladies have got to know our child. They have picked up on parts of his character and abilities that show a real attention to detail. Our child is developing well with the help of the ladies at Little Pips. The ladies communicate on the app and by telephone if they ever have any concerns. We really look forward to seeing the photos of our child's day on the app. The nursery itself is very welcoming and a nice, bright space. The meals prepared at the nursery are also a great variety, healthy and usually 2 hot meals a day!

Initially she found going into nursery tricky and would need to take a teddy in to help her settle, but after a few weeks she was happy to walk into nursery and now absolutely loves it. She trots in very happily and is so well looked after by the ladies in the baby room. Kerrie is her key worker and the bond they have is so clear to see when we collect her at the end of the day. She loves giving cuddles and we are so grateful for all of Kerrie (and others!) input into her development. Kerrie is full of praise for her and knows her so well in the months she's been at nursery. The observations Kerrie has made have been so lovely to read and were incredibly proud of the little person she is developing into. Thank you, Lauren & Luke

We couldn't be happier with the nursery. Our child is thriving & learning so much. She adores all the ladies in her room who care for her so well. Her favourite role-play at home is playing nursery. Would highly recommend anyone considering little pips.

Little Pips is a wonderful nursery. My son has thrived there over the last year. The ladies are extremely caring and it has a professional, yet homely feel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive care environment.

We have been really impressed with Little pips. Staff are always friendly and fair. The app is always updated accurately so that we know about our child's sleep and what they have eaten. Most importantly, we always pick our child up and he is happy. Thank you, you are a great team.

Our daughter loves going to Little Pips, her experience has been wonderful and we will be sad when she leaves for school. Z has been attending since 9 months. The ladies show a real care and knowledge of our little one's development in every way.

The range of activities, socialisation and care is always consistent. We are always informed about developments and the ladies and management team are always helpful with any queries.

As a primary teacher, I appreciate the hard work and effort put in to ensure that Z is school ready in all areas. Her enthusiasm for taking part in activities and the way in which she talks about pre-school is always positive.

Both my children started at Little Pips as babies and our experience has been 100% positive. The staff are really friendly and supportive, and we get daily updates and photos through the app. There are also regular in-depth observations and reports which give a fantastic insight into your child's progress. The preschool does a brilliant job of preparing the children for starting school and my eldest had such an easy transition because of that. She loved every minute of her time at nursery, and my youngest (now in preschool) loves it just as much. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Our child has attended little pips for the last year starting in the baby bunnies room and then moving into the happy hedgehog room. In both rooms we have been incredibly well supported with the level of care and attention from all the different staff giving regular updates on how they've been during the day and what activities they've been doing. I especially like the regular observations providing details on the particular skills they've been learning and developing over the period

Kerrie, Annelise and Kayla in Particular have been amazing with our little girl from the get go. We have truly been blown away with the professionalism but more importantly the personal approach they take to their work. You get a sense of family in there and they really care about the children's development. This is shown in the detailed reports and the little daily catch ups we have with them. We have another parents evening coming up and we can't wait to hear about all the great stuff that is going on. Since our little girl has started at baby bunnies it's only expedited her development and really bought out her personality. Thank you to the whole establishment, keep up the great work. My son has attended for 2.5 years since the age of 10 months old and I honestly do not have any reservations about the exceptional care at little pips. We are consistently impressed with the communication to parents, catering to the individual needs of each child and the stimulating range of activities. I would always recommend little pips to any family.

Our 18 month old joined Little Pips 6 months ago and is doing amazing. The team that work go over and above to make sure the little ones are entertained. So lucky to have a space like Little Pips in Chippenham and would highly recommend.

They assess development and give an in depth assessment for each area with next steps they are working on with my child.

All of the team are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They all know the children by name, and make sure that the are happy and safe in the rooms.

The staff at Little Pips have always been friendly and helpful. My kids are very happy at the nursery. Their social and educational development have thrived and they are well set up for starting school. No complaints.

Little Pips have been excellent with my two children there. They always come home having had a great day with lots of activities, and the employees friendly. I've been impressed in the preschool room with my daughter who starts school in September. I feel they have done well with preparation for her to start school such as starting to write her name and identifying letters and numbers. We get regular reports with their progress and development which gives insight additional to what we see at home. They have lots of seasonal activities which my children enjoy participating in like Christmas dinner, Easter bonnet competition and in the preschool a nativity.Overall a great place I would highly recommended.

The only niggly comment I will make is that there are some organisational issues. My daughter comes home without certain bits quite often and she comes home with other people's items or in a different nappy to the ones I have provided. I also turned up to parents evening and the book we came to see was not available so it was a bit of a wasted journey! This is minor in comparison to how happy I am with the nursery and how happy I am with the care my daughter gets.

The nursery have looked after our son since he was a baby, and are now doing a great job preparing him for school next year. The staff are responsive to messages and we love hearing about all the great activities they involve the children in.
