Kerrie, Annelise and Kayla in Particular have been amazing with our little girl from the get go. We have truly been blown away with the professionalism but more importantly the personal approach they take to their work. You get a sense of family in there and they really care about the children's
development. This is shown in the detailed reports and the little daily catch ups we have with them. We have another parents evening coming up and we can't wait to hear about all the great stuff that is going on. Since our little girl has started at baby bunnies it's only expedited her development and really bought out her personality. Thank you to the whole establishment, keep up the great work. And of course, thank you for taking care of our pride and joy. Josh and Evie.

My son has attended for 2.5 years since the age of 10 months old and I honestly do not have any reservations about the exceptional care at little pips. We are consistently impressed with the communication to parents, catering to the individual needs of each child and the stimulating range of
activities. I would always recommend little pips to any family.

From day 1 we've had a great experience with Little Pips. Our 4 year old thrived at Little Pips and the fantastic care made it easy for him to adapt to school life.
Our 18 month old joined Little Pips 6 months ago and is doing amazing. The team that work go over and above to make sure the little
ones are entertained. So lucky to have a space like Little Pips in Chippenham and would highly recommend.

My child is always happy to go into nursery and the ladies who work there are always so helpful and friendly.
They update us daily on the app which I find really useful and it's lovely to see photos of my child from the day.
They assess development and give an in depth assessment for each area
with next steps they are working on with my child.

My son went to Little Pips and now my daughter attends.
All of the team are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They all know the children by name, and make sure that the are happy and safe in the rooms.

The staff at Little Pips have always been friendly and helpful. My kids are very happy at the nursery. Their social and educational development have thrived and they are well set up for starting school. No complaints.

Little Pips have been excellent with my two children there. They always come home having had a great day with lots of activities, and the employees friendly. I've been impressed in the preschool room with my daughter who starts school in September. I feel they have done well with preparation for her
to start school such as starting to write her name and identifying letters and numbers. We get regular reports with their progress and development which gives insight additional to what we see at home. They have lots of seasonal activities which my children enjoy participating in like Christmas dinner, Easter bonnet competition and in the preschool a nativity.Overall a great place I would highly recommended.

The staff at Little Pips are polite and friendly and they are great with my daughter. My daughter has lots of fun at nursery and is always worn out when we get home so I can tell she has been learning and playing a lot! The activities my daughter does are varied and great for her development. I am
regularly updated on the progress of her day.
I am very pleased with my nursery choice and I would recommend it to other parents looking for a nursery! in particular, two staff members are fabulous and I think they deserve pay raises!
The only niggly comment I will make is that there are some organisational issues. My daughter comes home without certain bits quite often and she comes home with other people's items or in a different nappy to the ones I have provided. I also turned up to parents evening and the book we came to see was not available so it was a bit of a wasted journey! This is minor in comparison to how happy I am with the nursery and how happy I am with the care my daughter gets.

The nursery have looked after our son since he was a baby, and are now doing a great job preparing him for school next year. The staff are responsive to messages and we love hearing about all the great activities they involve the children in.

As the mother of the child who attends this facility, I am very pleased with the quality of services that this nursery provides. Children have a lot of different types of activity both inside and outside the building. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you need it.

Little Pips is a fantastic nursery with caring and experienced staff. There are loads of fun activities for the children to do and great communication with parents, both during the day via the app and at drop-off/pick-up. Both my children have been really happy there.

We are really happy with Little Pips. Our little one is thriving. The care and attention from staff is second to none. There seem to be varied activities on offer for the children. I am also impressed with how much they are learning in preschool to get them ready for school.

3 of my children have been to Little Pips and all of them have thrived there. Very happy with the nursery, they have a good balance of inside/outside play and will sometimes venture into the local community too which I feel is really important.
The variety of food seems good, the communication is
great and I feel like the sensory play set out for the children is fun and engaging. Overall very happy!

Little Pips is a superb nursery. My little girl has been attending for just over a year now and is absolutely thriving there. The staff are fantastic and the daily updates are really informative. Would highly recommend it.

I just fell in love with the nursery on my first Visit. It has an aura of a welcoming one. My daughter hadn't been to any playgroup or nursery until two. I was so nervous but on the first day, she liked it. The second day was awesome as it was a long day. I was unsure how she was going to cope but
the team were so amazing when she realised Mum was leaving. I was worried when I left but nobody called me which gave me a positive note and an up-to-date event about the nursery's communication to guardians is top notch. I believe child safety is also paramount to them looking at the controls in place. I will recommend this nursery over and over again.

My little girl started in September. She thoroughly enjoys nursery, she walks in with much confidence and is always happy to see the ladies which is a reflection of the effort the ladies put in.
The team are great at communicating with us. It's lovely to see the range of activities offered.
Although my little one only goes one day a week, you can see the progress and the next steps are carefully thought through.
Thank you ladies for all your hard work. It's definitely not easy to manage all the little ones!

Where do I begin, my child has been attending Little Pips since he was 11 months old. Always beaming when he goes in, doesn’t look back and couldn’t get in quick enough.
As a parent, your worry is always that they can’t cope without you and will anywhere understand and adapt to my child’s needs.
We’ve been on a big journey with Little Pips as my child has been recently diagnosed with Autism so as you can imagine we’ve come across challenges.
Little Pips have always gone above and beyond to help my child, we’ve been guided through everything in regards to Springboards and now the start of an education, health and care plan. It can be really overwhelming at times but any questions I’ve had have always been answered instantly and our regular meetings have been so beneficial.
In regards to the staff, they’re outstanding! Especially as my child doesn’t fully communicate yet I can see the comfort he has with them. He feels safe and always has someone to confide in and has built so great relationships with them. Thank you!

Room staff and Management at Little Pips Chippenham are always wonderfully supportive of my little one. They keep us updated with the day’s events, and any plans to help behaviour etc. Activities are shared with us and they go to lots of effort to make them varied and exciting. Transition is well
thought-through with lots of time for settling into the next room. We had our first child go to Little Pips and happy to see the same high standards second time around! Great work ladies!
