An excellent nursery. The staff are very caring and initiative with the children's individual needs. They have practical, sensible advice to help with issues. They do a great variety of activities so the children have lots of fun as well as learning. The food is always well enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been at Bright Stars from the baby room through to pre-school. She has a disability. The nursery has been fantastic throughout, and she has grown into a confident, sociable little girl who loves learning. The staff are friendly and helpful, and do a great job with giving the children
a fantastic range of stimulating, creative activities in a caring environment. As a working parent, it's always been reassuring to know she's having great experiences with other children and adults that complement our family time, and she is well prepared for school. I thoroughly recommend Bright Stars.

I could not recommend Bright Stars highly enough. Both my children have attended the nursery full time and flourished. The care is tailored to children's needs and the staff are truly wonderful. They have become extended family members. It is a caring, nurturing, and safe space for my girls.

Our child started at Bright Stars aged nine months, and at that time we were reassured by the organisation and kindness of the staff and the warmth of the setting. Now at nearly three, our child loves attending the nursery room and benefits in many ways from the activities in takes part in there. We
have never had cause for concern about any aspect of his care and have built a strong relationship of trust with his caregivers. Communication is open and frank, and any queries are always handled quickly and kindly. We have been consistently impressed by Bright Stars Childcare Ltd and would recommend them to other parents without hesitation.

Our little girl loves Bright Stars - the staff are friendly and welcoming, and great care is taken to support the children in their growth and development. The provision for activities such as music is excellent. They do lots of singing and dancing and regularly make trips to the local park. The only
downside is the outdoor space which is small but within that, there are a wide range of activities for the children to get involved with. Highly recommend this wonderful setting.

Our baby started Bright Stars in October at eight months. At four days a week quite a massive step from being in our full-time care. Staff/set up were brilliant in helping our girl settle, and keeping us reassured and confident in the care and attention they were providing:
-clear and effective approach
to minimising Covid risks, really reassuring
-flexible and collaborative approach to looking after our child, with online care diary and verbal feedback, so we know what she has been up to, and have a chance to discuss things
-enthusiastic, warm, fun-filled approach by the staff, which our girl really responds to. She loves her time at nursery
-care, attention and prompt comms when our girl has been ill, so we feel reassured they are looking out for her wellbeing
-lovely, well-resourced space with other babies to interact with, and regular trips outdoors to the park
-varied meals
-fantastic and lovely staff-
So much more then just freeing us up to work. We feel our girl has come on leaps and bounds.

We are so pleased that we chose Bright Stars for our daughter. When looking at nurseries for our baby, the two most important things to us were that our child would be safe and happy. Bright Stars has offered exactly that.
The team are absolutely amazing. All of the staff are very down to earth, approachable
and friendly. They have formed such a strong relationship with my daughter and have gotten to know her so well. She can’t wait to go to nursery and is always telling us about the fun things she has done. All of the activities are well planned and so varied. We love seeing the photos and video clips of her life at nursery - which are regularly uploaded onto the interactive portal.
Throughout the pandemic, the nursery has really impressed us. Through the online portal, it feels like you are part of a big family or community.
I would highly recommend it.

My daughter has only been going for four months, but she absolutely loves it at Brightstars and has made massive strides in such a short amount of time. I'm really impressed. Sadly due to lockdown, we've still not been about to see inside the nursery, but hopefully, that will change soon.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My son, about to start reception, has attended 3-4 days a week since he was 10 months old and it has been brilliant for him. My youngest has just started and the care continues to be outstanding. Staff are fab and take the time to talk at handovers. I would have absolutely

My daughter started off in the baby room and is just about to leave Bright Stars to begin her new adventure at big school.
She has loved her time there and is sad to be leaving. All the staff have been amazing. They have fully encouraged her and helped hugely with her development.
If I have ever
felt any concerns the staff have been nothing but helpful and have fully reassured me that my daughter is doing well and I have nothing to be worried about.
I would highly recommend this nursery. My little boy will be starting with them in January and I know he’ll have the best experience just like my daughter.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Bright Stars, so I will list my top 3.
1. The staff. They are all amazing, welcoming and friendly and genuinely care about the children and their well being and development.
2. The setting. Lovely rooms and garden, plenty of toys/activities for the children,
great healthy food options and always immaculate. Their handling of Covid has been outstanding!
3. They always go the extra mile, from little trips to the park or shops to getting the children involved in national events such as World Book Day. They help prepare the children for big school and leave them with beautiful memories to treasure! My favourite part…they upload lovely pictures and videos to a secure website so you can see first-hand how your children are doing.
I honestly cannot recommend Bright Stars enough. My little boy has loved his time with them, has developed so much and most importantly, for me as a parent, I know he has been well looked after. Thank you, everyone

My daughter has been going to bright stars for 3 and 1/2 years and has loved every minute. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping my little one grow. It’s not just a nursery but one giant family. Bright Stars is just amazing so for anyone looking for a nursery for their little one I highly recommend
