The staff at brightstars have been amazing from the start. Very understanding and helpful. Our little girl was shy and a bit overwhelmed with going in each morning and they made that a breeze for her, she can't wait to go in now. A medical diagnosis recently has also been handled fantastically
and we have no issues or worries when it comes to the care she receives whilst she is there. A fantastic team that the children clearly love to be around.

My daughter started at bright stars at 9 months old and is just about to start pre school. She has loved it here. All of the staff are amazing + so friendly. She enjoys all of the activities, the outside space and has tried many different types of food.

Our experience with Bright Stars has been excellent. We're so happy and confident every time we drop off and always get a full handover at pick up.
The staff are all brilliant, personable and caring. We're throughly happy!

My son loves his time at Bright Stars - the staff are great; they always make time to ensure he is settled and cared for, consistently - every day.
Always lots of different activities and games on offer for him - overall we're really happy.

Our little boy loves spending time at bright stars, he comes home so excited about his day.
The staff are so good at varying the activities for the kids & keeping us updated.

My little boy has been attending Bright Stars since he was six months old. All the staff have been brilliant with him. He can be very tricky with food, but they are very understanding of his difficulties. He is always excited to go and has so much fun every day! I would highly recommend.

Such an amazing team at bright stars. Our little boy has made such an improvement since only starting in May. The team have been great and made us feel like this was the right move.

Our son enjoys Brightstars and the staff are friendly. However I do think the preschool room is lacking as they don't seem to do anything structured (or at least very rarely). I would like to see more work on numbers, letters and pre-reading skills as I would day our son is ready for it and is not
really mentally stimulated. That said the team are lovely and he enjoys being there which is great.

My daughter has been at Bright Stars since she was 10 months old. Started at the Baby Room and has since gone up to the Toddler room. Her whole time there we have been blown away. They are so attentive to the children and always go the extra mile. Her development has gone from strength to strength
there. She was so nervous when she first joined but they were so patient with her but since then she has become so confident and friendly and chatty and knows the staff all by name and asks for them outside of nursery too. Its a lovely building, nice and bright, and you can tell its just a really lovely atmosphere. We couldnt be happier with our choice sending her to Bright Stars and her key workers have been unbelievable (as have all the staff).

My son has been at Bright Stars Childcare for two months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff are so caring and friendly which clearly helped his speedy settling in. He gets to do a mix of activities inside and out, smiles to see me at the end of the day but is very happy to
be left there at the start of the day! I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better start to our family nursery experience. Thank you.

My daughter started with Bright Stars in September 2023 and I have nothing but positives to comment on. The baby room has been fantastic in settling her in and ensuring we are kept up to date with what she’s eating, drinking, nappies and naps, as well as how much she is enjoying her time there. Her
key worker changed at Christmas and there was a really smooth transition with minimal disruption to her. Since the lady has joined the activities which she is doing while at nursery is having such a positive impact on her development and wellbeing. We couldn’t be happier and love that she enjoys her time there so much. We have recommended it to many other friends and would be happy to send any additional children to Bright Stars in the future.

Excellent nursery. Our son is very happy at Bright Stars. An excellent range of activities supporting his development and him as an individual. Excellent staff. Bright stars go the extra mile creatively responding to the festivals in the calendar creating lots of fun for the children.

Bright Stars Childcare is such a fantastic nursery. They have been so supportive in caring for my daughter. She has additional medical needs and they have really gone above and beyond to make sure she has everything she needs. They have supported us as a family during her time in their care. The
staff are so caring and great fun with the children. My son also attended and has fond memories of his time there. The outdoor area is fantastic and accessible. I would highly recommend Bright Stars Childcare and I'm very thankful to have found them.

This is my daughter's nursery. She is 3 years old. Also, it was my oldest daughter's nursery too, who is 10 years now.
I can not recommend this nursery enough.
It has been absolutely brilliant with my girls. Alway soo caring and professional. Always going beyond to make the little ones happy.
Food is lovely, the place is great with loads of different engaging activities and always in help for advice.
Definitely, I recommend it !

Our daughter started at Bright Stars when he was nine months old and is now in Pre-School. We have been incredibly fortunate that her key worker has remained the same throughout. She is fantastic and has built a wonderful relationship with our daughter, as have other staff members. Staff have gone
above and beyond, especially through the pandemic. They have adapted events and created lovely videos so not to miss out. Our daughter has always loved attending and enjoys every day!

Bright Stars is a sensational childcare setting for young children is attend. My children have been here for the past three years and I cannot fault it. They come out with smiles on their faces and they are constantly learning new things I am always amazed at what they have learnt and I'm overjoyed
with well they are doing. The staff truly are amazing.

The staff are fab, very friendly, keeps you up to date and my son talks fondly of them. Love what they all do for seasonal events, can not recommend Bright Stars enough. Thank you all so much for all you have done and still do.

We are very happy with the care provided for our child. We know that she is safe, happy and entertained at Bright Stars. The children are provided with fun, stimulating and age-appropriate activities. The staff are very professional and have communicated clearly with us about how our child has been
through the day. They have also been very respectful of our wishes for our child.

My child is well cared for, supported in his development and given lots of variety at Bright Stars. The staff are well trained, friendly, approachable and put safeguarding and care at the top of their list. I would recommend this setting and nursery to others. All of my children have enjoyed their
