Partou Hucclecote Day Nursery and Pre-School has a long-established reputation as the leading provider of childcare in Gloucester.

The nursery offers outstanding care to children aged 3 months to 5 years and is open from 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday, for 51 weeks of the year (closed during Christmas week).

Located on Hucclecote Road, a short distance from Gloucester Business Park, the nursery enjoys the benefit of a large character property with high ceilings, large airy rooms, and a huge outdoor garden and play space, which the children love and thrive in.

There are separate rooms for babies, toddlers, 2 to 3-year-olds, and Pre-School children, furnished with 'age-appropriate' toys and resources, ensuring they provide the best standard of care, development and education.

They operate a Key Person policy, ensuring that your child is cared for by a member of staff who gets to know you and your child really well.

Carers place great emphasis on creating a loving, nurturing and warm environment for your child.

My daughter loves going to The Little People, she has come on leaps and bounds since she has moved up to pre-school. All of the staff are excellent and my daughter has a very strong bond with all of them. I am always happy with leaving my daughter and know that she is well cared for and looked after.
She enjoys learning new things and spending lots of time in the garden.

I would definitely recommend. The Little People to anyone. The care they provide is excellent and genuine, and even if difficult times the staff are supportive and caring to both child and parent. The facilities are very good, especially the outdoor space which is well used and encouraged. Food is nutritious
and varied, encouraging children to try new things, but allergies and intolerances are well catered for and taken seriously.

My son has been with The Little People since he was 9 months old he is now 4 and leaving to go to big school. I looked around 10 nurseries feeling I was never going to find 'the one.' After only being in the building 10 minutes I cried. A member of staff asked me if I was OK and I said it was happy
tears because I had finally found the right nursery for my son. I have driven half an hour out of my way for three days a week for 4 years because this was the only nursery I felt comfortable to leave my son. We went on to have a daughter now two who has also been here since she was 9 months old. Both have made life long friends. Every member of staff is kind, helpful, polite, professional and caring. My children love coming here and when we pull into the car park they both always cheer yey! It is important to find a nursery that you and your children are happy with. I go to work knowing my children will be well cared for and have lots of fun. I really couldn't give The Little People any more praise. Thank you to all we have had the pleasure of working with.
