Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone)

Our daughter transformed at Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone! The staff were always patient, calm & understanding. The provision in terms of range of activities was exceptional. She particularly enjoyed the large outdoor space. We never had any concerns about the standard of care provided & always knew she would have a nice time & be well looked after. I would recommend Cuddles Parstone to everyone!

Our daughter has attended Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone for 4 years and we have been incredibly happy with the service provided. The staff always go above and beyond for the children and are approachable and friendly too; they feel like family. They have provided so many unique opportunities for her and she has learned so much during her time there. We have always felt she is safe, well cared for and nurtured and most importantly, she comes out every day with a huge smile on her face. Thank you Cuddles Parkstone.

We have had both our boys in cuddles for the past 4 years and are sad to be leaving now they are both going to school. The staff at cuddles have been amazing throughout our time with them. They have not only supported one of our children through Autism diagnosis, they've helped throughout family problems such as my myself having cancer treatment. We can not thank them enough for all they've done for us as a family and would highly recommend the cuddles nurseries to anyone who wants their child to be in a safe, kind and loving environment where they will learn through having fun with their peers and make life long friends. The rooms are packed with a variety of toys for them to use and these are changed regularly so they don't get bored. They go on lots of walks to the park and trips to soft play. The nursery also has a variety of outdoor spaces with different areas for the smaller children and paddling oools for the older ones in summer. Honestly couldn't rate the whole team any higher

Nursery Cuddle Day Care has been a wonderful experience for our family. From the moment we first visited, the warm and welcoming environment was clear. The staff are exceptionally caring, attentive, and truly passionate about early childhood development. They take the time to understand each child's personality and needs, creating a nurturing space where children feel safe, loved, and eager to learn.

Cuddles has been a fabulous experience for our daughter, she gets on well with all adults and other children. The nursery engages well with the children, running lots of activities our daughter loves.

My children have been with Cuddles, Parkstone for a total of 4 years between them. The staff and environment are second to none and I couldn't have wished for better. Sadly, my son leaves cuddles this year to move on to a big school; and I know I'll be very sad to not only leave nursery days behind, but this nursery and staff in particular. They have helped my children progress enormously, providing encouragement and giving them the confidence they need to start in school life. My son has said that he "loves nursery affinity" (infinity) and doesn't want to leave the staff and other children in his class. Thank you all for everything you have done for not just my children, but for me over the past 4 years. Your support has been so gratefully received. We'll miss seeing you every day!

I love the nursery and I feel like my daughter has grown and learned a lot. We are satisfied with the team, which is brilliant. I really recommend thank you all for the excellent work and the little hoots room.

Absolutely amazing nursery! My daughter joined the baby unit at just 6.5 months old and has thrived under their care. The communication between the admin team and ourselves has been super efficient and quick and the communication and feedback from the staff who work with my daughter is always detailed and positive. I’m so pleased we chose it as it has a lovely welcoming family feel to it and the staff, although busy, always make time for you. They cater brilliantly to my little one’s allergy and are so caring and lovely! Thank you.

I can rate this nursery highly enough, it’s fantastic. Both of my girls have been at Cuddles from the age of 1 year until they started school (my youngest is due to start school this September). The staff are amazing and the care is excellent. The nursery is perfect for getting them ready for school! Both my girls love Cuddles.

My daughter loves it here. She has progressed so much since joining. The staff are lovely and keep you informed of what the kids have been doing each day. Will be sending my young daughter here.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of learning and care shown by all members of staff. A wonderful, nurturing environment where my grandaughter feels happy and safe. Well-planned activities to stimulate young minds.

The communication between the nursery and us has also been incredible and we are involved in everything she is learning.

As a mum, I think it can be pretty daunting when choosing a nursery for your child but upon my first visit to Cuddles, I was amazed at the attentiveness and outstanding care they provide for the children there! My son started at the nursery in early 2023 and was about 1 and a half when he joined. He was a very reserved and a quiet boy but after just a few months, he’s very outgoing and a chatterbox. He’s gone from only saying basic words to singing songs, knowing lots of different animals and generally being really confident in lots of things. And I can only thank Cuddles for helping him grow, learn and to become a bubbly toddler. He’s an only child so I was worried about how he may be around other children but going to nursery has taught him to be confident around adults and children, and how to share and take turns. He is always so eager for the day when we arrive at nursery as he adores the whole team in his room. They are all very lovely, caring and absolutely excellent at what they do!

I’ve had absolutely no problems with the nursery since October when my daughter first joined. The staff are brilliant with her and the other children. My daughter has a wonderful time there. Always tells me how she’s “had fun at school today”. Her speaking and listening have come on so well since she’s been here. Every day is different activities and she loves it.

I could not be more happy with this nursery.

Cuddles have been fantastic with our 2 boys. The staff are amazing, super friendly and approachable with excellent knowledge of what support our boys needed. Our oldest has been there for over 2 years and is now ready for school. The staff in his room have made sure he is confident, happy and ready to move up to reception class. They've helped over the years with special educational needs, toilet training and behaviour problems which we couldn't thank them enough for. Would highly recommend Cuddles to anyone who wants childcare for their children in a comfortable setting with staff who treat your children like their own.
