Our daughter has attended Cuddles since she was 10months, she has now just turned 2. As first time parents there were alot of nerves and things we didn't know but Cuddles have always been so supportive! Each step of the way their care, communication, guidance has helped A grow into the wonderful little girl she is today. We are so thankful for all the staff and all they do. It's peace of mind knowing A is well looked after and generally happy to be there.

I couldn't be happier with Cuddles Day Nursery. Nico absolutely loves going there and is always excited for his nursery days, which says everything. The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, caring, and always so helpful. From the very beginning, they made his transition into nursery so much easier and helped him settle in with so much patience and support.

They have always provided the very best care for Nico, and they continue to do so every single day. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child and their development. I especially appreciate how much they encourage and support Nico with his speech and communication, and it's been wonderful to see his confidence grow.

The nursery offers a fantastic learning environment with lots of engaging activities, great resources, and a lovely outdoor space. Everything is always clean, well organised, and managed to a very high standard. As a parent, it's so reassuring to know your child is cared for by such a dedicated team.

The whole team at cuddles in rossmore are amazing.

They have really taken the time to get to know my child and they take an active interest in things that she enjoys.

My daughter loves cuddles. All the staff are brilliant, she always is having fun and has great stories to tell about her day. We can see how much she is learning from her days at nursery. Can't say a bad word about it.

Our daughter transformed at Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone! The staff were always patient, calm & understanding. The provision in terms of range of activities was exceptional. She particularly enjoyed the large outdoor space. We never had any concerns about the standard of care provided & always knew she would have a nice time & be well looked after. The staff always go above and beyond for the children and are approachable and friendly too; they feel like family. They have provided so many unique opportunities for her and she has learned so much during her time there. We have had both our boys in cuddles for the past 4 years and are sad to be leaving now they are both going to school. The staff at cuddles have been amazing throughout our time with them. They have not only supported one of our children through Autism diagnosis, they've helped throughout family problems such as my myself having cancer treatment. We can not thank them enough for all they've done for us as a family and would highly recommend the cuddles nurseries to anyone who wants their child to be in a safe, kind and loving environment where they will learn through having fun with their peers and make life long friends. The rooms are packed with a variety of toys for them to use and these are changed regularly so they don't get bored. They go on lots of walks to the park and trips to soft play. The nursery also has a variety of outdoor spaces with different areas for the smaller children and paddling oools for the older ones in summer. Honestly couldn't rate the whole team any higher

Nursery Cuddle Day Care has been a wonderful experience for our family. From the moment we first visited, the warm and welcoming environment was clear. The staff are exceptionally caring, attentive, and truly passionate about early childhood development. They take the time to understand each child's personality and needs, creating a nurturing space where children feel safe, loved, and eager to learn.

Cuddles has been a fabulous experience for our daughter, she gets on well with all adults and other children. The nursery engages well with the children, running lots of activities our daughter loves.

My children have been with Cuddles, Parkstone for a total of 4 years between them. The staff and environment are second to none and I couldn't have wished for better. Sadly, my son leaves cuddles this year to move on to a big school; and I know I'll be very sad to not only leave nursery days behind, but this nursery and staff in particular. They have helped my children progress enormously, providing encouragement and giving them the confidence they need to start in school life. My son has said that he "loves nursery affinity" (infinity) and doesn't want to leave the staff and other children in his class. Thank you all for everything you have done for not just my children, but for me over the past 4 years. Your support has been so gratefully received. We'll miss seeing you every day!

I love the nursery and I feel like my daughter has grown and learned a lot. We are satisfied with the team, which is brilliant. I really recommend thank you all for the excellent work and the little hoots room.
