I LOVE that the staff frequently cuddle my little one, especially as she comes in daily and is always slightly overwhelmed at first, a cuddle always helps to settle her. I am reassured that when my little one finds it too much, staff will sit with her, cuddle her and support her.
Staff are great a balance of younger, older, more and less experienced, male and female, quieter and more outgoing which is vital in each room.
It does seem we have to pay a premium for the nursery, however, I think the service offered is high standard
I did have to put one complaint in and I was pleased how well it was considered and acted upon, reassuring me that we are listened to.
I would like to hear a bit more about what they do at nursery, Sometimes it is a while before photos and comments appear in the learning journal. It would be good to hear if there are things that are being generally covered so we could support learning at home.
