All the activities they do are great, he can’t wait to tell us about his day. Everyone is friendly, helpful and fun. I always feel like I am kept informed and part of the day.
I cannot recommend Cuddles enough, if you are looking for somewhere your child will enjoy every day and be happy and safe have a look here. I know I can trust the lovely ladies and gents at cuddles to look after my son and they have helped him learn and grown so much!

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd for the last 2 years and loves it! The staff are so friendly and make you feel totally confident leaving your child there. She has come so far and amazes me at the things she has learnt. They always do there best to accommodate extra hours and days when I have childcare issues. I highly recommend them!
Big thank you to all the team, they're very friendly and helpful, my son is always smiling after a day in nursery. Cuddles is a very nice, colourful, clean, safe and well-organised place for children.
I had some early reservations as her room is ‘large’ with up to 24 children, I was worried my child (or indeed any other) would just be seen as one of many and her individual needs and personality would just get lost in the crowd.
However, each day we are greeted by a member of staff who asks with genuine interest how we are doing. Messages such as changes to nap times, or particular requests at meals etc all get communicated on.
The comments I hear at the end of the day are accurate, such as her habits, dislikes and how she’s behaved or things she’s learned in the day that I’ve noticed too. I feel she is noticed, cared for on an individual basis and I can’t ask much more than that.
A fantastic place for your children to have fun, learn and get ready for school. Great after school care also. Highly recommend.
Our daughter absolutely loves going to Cuddles! Staff are really friendly and our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the beginning of the year. Would recommend to anyone looking for childcare in our area.
My daughter loves coming to Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd. We have seen a massive progression in her development since taking her here and that’s only from 1 afternoon a week! Friendly caring staff and good facilities. Parent feedback could be improved when there are issues to feedback but this has been raised with the nursery manager and taken on board.
My son loves going to nursery and asks to go all the time. Staff always try to keep us informed of what he’s done through the day. It’s really made him more confident since starting at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd.
My 1-year-old daughter attends Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd 1 day per week. She enjoys going to nursery and does lots of fun activities whilst there. Information given is in written format each day which I like, although sometimes I find staff can be a little distracted/formal/non-communicative on drop offs and pick ups.
Very good holiday club. She wanted to go every day! And can't wait to come back. Always had really nice food and snacks. Wish we had used cuddles when she was nursery age, maybe next time.

Both my children have or are attending Cuddles. the staff are friendly and attentive and always exceed expectations. The outside facilities are outstanding and the extra activities like gym and woodland walks add to the fun. I am so glad that I chose Cuddles. I can leave my little girl knowing she is in great hands and will have a lovely day.
Staff are great a balance of younger, older, more and less experienced, male and female, quieter and more outgoing which is vital in each room.
It does seem we have to pay a premium for the nursery, however, I think the service offered is high standard
I did have to put one complaint in and I was pleased how well it was considered and acted upon, reassuring me that we are listened to.
I would like to hear a bit more about what they do at nursery, Sometimes it is a while before photos and comments appear in the learning journal. It would be good to hear if there are things that are being generally covered so we could support learning at home.
Absolutely brilliant - my little girl loves coming to nursery and it has made going back to work much easier knowing that she is safe and happy.
I can say from experience that Cuddles Day Nursery offers outstanding childcare.
My children attend the holiday club provided and my youngest daughter was part of the preschool nursery for nearly 3 years. Amazing nursery and I would, and do, highly recommend them to everyone.
