Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath)

Both our children attend Cuddles Day Nursery. One permanently and one at holiday clubs. The care and support given to both is excellent. Staff take the time to get to know and understand the needs of each child and communicate their progress in a variety of ways. Both children have developed and grown both emotionally and in their skills during their time with Cuddles Day Nursery. I highly recommend them.

My eldest attended preschool at Cuddles Day Nursery and now my youngest is in the nursery. I have witnessed both my children flourish in no time at all at Cuddles Day Nursery. Staff here are brilliant at meeting individual needs for each child and bringing out the best in them. Both my children love it here and all the staff. I couldn't rate it highly enough.

My son starts school in September and I think he will thrive thanks to the hard work all the Hornet team.

My daughter loves going to Cuddles and now skips in each time we come. I know that she is learning, playing and doing activities all day she is there.

My son loves nursery and has been attending for nearly 3 years. Cuddles has been a trustworthy source of childcare since I returned to work, and although it isn’t the cheapest nursery in the area, you can’t put a price of peace of mind! I know that my son is in a safe environment (food allergies are taken very seriously at Cuddles) where he is thriving and learning new things every day.

Cuddles is absolutely the best place for both of my girls to be. My older daughter loves going to preschool and the way that her room leader leads the room, with his innovating ideas and fantastic enthusiasm for the children is simply the best. The way her key worker works so skillfully to push my daughter has meant that she has made so much progress, both socially and developmentally and I can't thank the work of her room enough. My younger daughter's room is brilliant and her key worker has really helped her develop her skills and I again cannot thank her room enough. I love Cuddles and their staff and its the little things, like the Mother's Day event that I love.

Cuddles Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery. My children have all been very happy and well cared for during their time at Cuddles, and we will be very sad to leave when it is time for our youngest to move onto school. There is a wide range of activities for the children to enjoy including excursions outside of the nursery. All of the staff are friendly and caring and always take the time to ask after our older children who are now at school.

Facilities are first class and the activities are endless. I'm running out of fridge room so they come to work with me now.

I would highly recommend Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) it is such a great nursery! The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. My boy absolutely loves coming to nursery they change what they do with the children daily and give them healthy snacks.

My daughter has been going to Cuddles now for the best part of 5 years, full time before old enough for school, and even now at 7 during the holidays for various activities. She always loved going when she was younger and they certainly helped bring her out her shell. She still gets excited to go and always comes back smiling. There is always a wide variety of activities put on in holidays to suit most children. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I certainly recommend Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) to anyone be it preschool, breakfast or after school or just for a few days a week in the holidays.

Fabulous nursery for all ages, with great activities every day for the children. The team are professional, caring and friendly. The food provided is appetizing and tasty. My children settled quickly in their settings, enjoy it very much and are very happy here. If they're happy so am I!!

We feel that Cuddles covers all bases we are looking for with daycare for our 3-year-old. She comes home always having learned new things each day such as colours, shapes, alphabet, animals, numbers and counting, dancing, sharing, vocabulary, songs, stories and a hundred different things we see her do that she learned at nursery. This is very encouraging for us as parents to see so much learning and participation in group activities rather than just playing all day. They make it fun though which is essential to keep kids this age interested.

The staff are friendly and obviously get to know the kids personally and give helpful and useful feedback. The only down-side is the parking pandemonium in the mornings and at collection times - impatient inconsiderate parents though and not really Cuddles' fault as such.

Overall, very pleased!

We have been with Cuddles since January 2018 when my first son was 2, he is now 3. He has moved rooms once when he turned 3 and has loved both rooms he has been in and loves going to nursery so much. My 1-year-old twins also started at Cuddles this January and both are loving it. My twins have gone into the room where my son first was which was also lovely. All the staff are incredible, they work so hard and are truly brilliant with my children. I am so confident that my children are happy and completely cared for whilst at Cuddles. I would highly recommend Cuddles!

The outdoor gardens are amazing and the classrooms are bright and welcoming and it is a place I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a secure, friendly, happy environment for their child to be in.

So far we have found all the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. This is the first nursery our little girl has been to and at nearly 3 years old we were a bit apprehensive as to how well she would adapt to not being with family, however, she has absolutely loved the full days. I’m surprised how quickly all the staff in her class got to know her and how she’s already fond of her key worker and the class supervisor which has got to be an excellent sign!

I currently have my youngest here in the baby rooms but my older 2 have been here too and currently attend after-school club. The staff are absolutely wonderful and really care about the children. My older 2 will go out of their way to see members of staff who they used to be with. Lovely environment and facilities. Highly recommend!

Excellent nursery and care. My daughter loves going there and I trust them completely. She’s been going since she was 9 months old and I’m so happy she will be there until school age.
