Our girls absolutely love attending nursery and get so excited to see everyone and I know they're in safe hands every week. Thanks so much Cuddles, I can't recommend you enough!

Communication from the nursery is always very good, I'd really recommend the nursery to friends.

My baby daughter is joining next month and I have no hesitation leaving her in their care. Even if there are tears the first few weeks at drop off, I know it won't take long before she has an attachment to her key worker and shortly after she will be excited to be going into the room.

Cuddles Day Nursery in Canford Heath has been so great for my little boy. He has come on so much since going there. Can’t rate them enough. The staff are also super friendly and supportive. They do a variety of activities which my son always seems to really enjoy.

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery since she was 9-months now nearly 3, they have been amazing from then to now even though Covid was hard. She is currently in wide eyes only one day a week and she absolutely loves going, always happy to attend, goes in with a smile on her face and has the best day. The staff are always so welcoming and make sure all children have been well looked after.

The nursery is amazing. I have two children that attend aged 1 and 2. They have helped my 2-year-old develop her social and speaking skills. My 1-year-old has medical needs and the nursery was willing to be trained to fulfil his needs. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I would higher recommend this nursery. Nothing is ever an issue or problem for them.

My older child also attends holiday club here occasionally and enjoys the different activities too.

We have been with Cuddles Day Nursery since my eldest started back in 2017, my youngest is still there now. We love the staff, they are friendly and genuinely care for the children. They are understanding and become such a big part of yours and your children’s lives. I cannot fault Cuddles - they are clean, they are fun, they are loving and everything you would want from a nursery. I always recommend them to friends and family and would never choose anywhere else for my kids.

Cuddles Day Nursery at Canfor Heath is outstanding, always happy to help with any situation, no matter how big or small. I have had a few children at this nursery in different rooms, I am impressed with all the staff in all the rooms and will continue to bring my little ones here - my number one nursery.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to all of the Cuddles teams for getting both my children through nursery and for being such positive influences in their lives!

My daughter will miss her centipede room so much, it’s been such a tough year and the girls in this room have been fantastic! An extra special thank you to the key worker, you are honestly amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better key worker, you understood my little girl's quirky ways and you just “got her”. Thank you for everything you have supported me through she will miss you so much!

My son has just finished at Cuddles Day Nursery (Canford Heath) and will start school this September. I cannot recommend this setting enough, my son has absolutely thrived there and the staff are outstanding! I viewed many other settings but when seeing Cuddles I knew straight away that I wanted my son to go there. I have a 2-year old that I plan to send once he gets his funding. Everything about Cuddles is fantastic. Thank you so much to the team in Hornets class!

My son joined Cuddles Day Nursery in early May 2021, his confidence, speech, general behaviour and personality have really begun to shine. I cannot believe how far he has come in a short space of time. He is now potty trained which is all thanks to the wonderful team who support him every day. Couldn’t be more happy I moved him and am confident this environment will set him up well for school in 2022.

Absolutely amazing nursery! My daughter started a few years ago and has loved every minute. Every member of staff has been so friendly and have the children’s best interest at heart! From room staff to management and office staff! Lots of different activities for the children to take part in. Couldn’t have wished for a better nursery for my child to enjoy her preschool years in! Absolutely outstanding nursery/preschool for my daughter who was once screaming by the front door not wanting to leave her mummy. Within the first weeks, she was extremely well settled with her key workers and other teachers and had established strong relationships with all the staff in her room and with the other children. She has come so far in the last eighteen months all while going through a crazy pandemic. The staff do their utmost to treat all the children like their own and give them everything they need to make the next big milestone to school. We will be back with the next baby in a short while! If you’re nervous about leaving your child at nursery this place is 100% the place to go. Never have I felt more at ease leaving her there while we work. Gutted to say goodbye for now and can’t thank you enough!

My little boy started Cuddles Day Nursery Canford Heath January 2021 for his fifteen hours funding. He has hypermobility and is under the children's development centre for physio. He also has developmental delays. The staff at Cuddles are amazing and have really accommodated his needs. He is slowly catching up with his delays. Having never been to nursery, I was apprehensive with Covid and his lack of interaction with children but he loves it. He really enjoys being outside, so the various different gardens are perfect. He loved the woodland walk too. He is only 3 but has really got a grasp of numbers and the alphabet - amazed by what Cuddles are teaching at a young age - definitely focused on school readiness through play. The Covid measures put in place make me feel safe and happy for my little boy. The staff cannot do enough to help and are very friendly and approachable.

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) since January 2020. They have been amazing from the beginning. She has absolutely thrived there and loves going. The staff I have met are friendly, helpful and just amazing with the kids.

This nursery is fantastic! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and care a lot about the little ones. I’m kept up to date with the latest news and events and what my child has been doing that day. My child enjoys his time at nursery and never wants to come home. He absolutely loves a member of the office staff that much that we can’t leave unless we’ve played a game of peek-a-boo. He’s come on so much with his learning since I moved him from a previous nursery two years ago. Since the National pandemic, this nursery has been outstanding with keeping us all up to date with new guidelines of what to expect on our next visit. We recently had to isolate and a member of staff called to ask if we were okay, nothing is too much trouble for them. I’ll be sad to leave in September as my son goes to school but I’m delighted he will be coming back for the holiday clubs.
