My daughter will miss her centipede room so much, it’s been such a tough year and the girls in this room have been fantastic! An extra special thank you to the key worker, you are honestly amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better key worker, you understood my little girl's quirky ways and you just “got her”. Thank you for everything you have supported me through she will miss you so much!

My son has just finished at Cuddles Day Nursery (Canford Heath) and will start school this September. I cannot recommend this setting enough, my son has absolutely thrived there and the staff are outstanding! I viewed many other settings but when seeing Cuddles I knew straight away that I wanted my son to go there. I have a 2-year old that I plan to send once he gets his funding. Everything about Cuddles is fantastic. Thank you so much to the team in Hornets class!

My son joined Cuddles Day Nursery in early May 2021, his confidence, speech, general behaviour and personality have really begun to shine. I cannot believe how far he has come in a short space of time. He is now potty trained which is all thanks to the wonderful team who support him every day. Couldn’t be more happy I moved him and am confident this environment will set him up well for school in 2022.

Absolutely amazing nursery! My daughter started a few years ago and has loved every minute. Every member of staff has been so friendly and have the children’s best interest at heart! From room staff to management and office staff! Lots of different activities for the children to take part in. Couldn’t have wished for a better nursery for my child to enjoy her preschool years in! Absolutely outstanding nursery/preschool for my daughter who was once screaming by the front door not wanting to leave her mummy. Within the first weeks, she was extremely well settled with her key workers and other teachers and had established strong relationships with all the staff in her room and with the other children. She has come so far in the last eighteen months all while going through a crazy pandemic. The staff do their utmost to treat all the children like their own and give them everything they need to make the next big milestone to school. We will be back with the next baby in a short while! If you’re nervous about leaving your child at nursery this place is 100% the place to go. Never have I felt more at ease leaving her there while we work. Gutted to say goodbye for now and can’t thank you enough!

My little boy started Cuddles Day Nursery Canford Heath January 2021 for his fifteen hours funding. He has hypermobility and is under the children's development centre for physio. He also has developmental delays. The staff at Cuddles are amazing and have really accommodated his needs. He is slowly catching up with his delays. Having never been to nursery, I was apprehensive with Covid and his lack of interaction with children but he loves it. He really enjoys being outside, so the various different gardens are perfect. He loved the woodland walk too. He is only 3 but has really got a grasp of numbers and the alphabet - amazed by what Cuddles are teaching at a young age - definitely focused on school readiness through play. The Covid measures put in place make me feel safe and happy for my little boy. The staff cannot do enough to help and are very friendly and approachable.

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) since January 2020. They have been amazing from the beginning. She has absolutely thrived there and loves going. The staff I have met are friendly, helpful and just amazing with the kids.

This nursery is fantastic! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and care a lot about the little ones. I’m kept up to date with the latest news and events and what my child has been doing that day. My child enjoys his time at nursery and never wants to come home. He absolutely loves a member of the office staff that much that we can’t leave unless we’ve played a game of peek-a-boo. He’s come on so much with his learning since I moved him from a previous nursery two years ago. Since the National pandemic, this nursery has been outstanding with keeping us all up to date with new guidelines of what to expect on our next visit. We recently had to isolate and a member of staff called to ask if we were okay, nothing is too much trouble for them. I’ll be sad to leave in September as my son goes to school but I’m delighted he will be coming back for the holiday clubs. Sending my little girl to Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) was the best decision we have made. She started after the first lockdown during which she hadn’t socialised with any other children but she settled in beautifully thanks to the staff. The outdoor areas were a major draw and she always seems to be having so much fun when I pick her up. Thank you Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath).

I have two children at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath). One in the baby room and one in the preschool rooms. Both adore going to nursery and as a Mum I know they are absolutely in the best hands. What I like the most about Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) is the amount of time the children spend outdoors, exploring their surroundings. Also, all the staff are approachable and really listen to you as a parent so there is consistency between nursery and home.

My daughter started nursery in January 2020 and was distraught at every drop off, the team in Little Hoots were fabulous at distracting and looking after her. She really settled with them and it became safe for her. Covid-19 hit in March and so my daughter was out of nursery for a few months. She returned to Little Hoots in August 2020 and was running in, she couldn't wait to see her 'teachers' and friends. She's now moved to Centipedes and is absolutely loving it. The staff are amazing. The rooms are fabulous and the gardens are incredible. I cannot fault Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) at all. They have managed the Covid-19 pandemic amazingly. My daughter has come on in leaps and bounds in every aspect and I credit Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath) for supporting her development. I would rate this nursery ten out of ten and would recommend to anyone to send their children here.

During the pandemic, Cuddles have been fantastic throughout. They have been in constant contact via email to let us know their plans and to keep us informed and up to date with ever changing policies and risk assessments. My daughter has been going back since July and all staff in her room have been amazing. I feel completely comfortable and safe letting my child attend and so much so that my eldest has returned for Holiday Club. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

My boys absolutely love Cuddles. My eldest is now leaving to go to school and he is absolutely gutted! The staff go above and beyond for the children and their love for the job really shines through. My kids are very outdoorsy and they’re always given lots of time to play outside in the various gardens on all the different equipment. All the staff are really friendly and the management are fantastic. Cuddles is like a home from home for my children and I highly recommend them.

My daughter really enjoys her time at Cuddles, Canford Heath. I feel happy knowing I am leaving her in safe hands. All staff are so friendly, competent and approachable and my daughter loves them all. The facilities available are amazing and the activities are always educational and fun. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to friends and family.

Fantastic nursery both of my boys have gone through all the age groups at Cuddles and have loved all of them. The staff are friendly, happy and welcoming. Every time I pick up, all the children seem to be having fun and interacting with staff.
