Tops Day Nurseries: Gillingham Nursery

After an extensive look around all of the nurseries in the local area, we decided on Baby Grows. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming and very attentive to the children. My eldest settled in so easily and is now at school, my youngest has just moved from the baby room up. The nursery itself is well maintained and looked after, with so many different things for the children to do. Lovely outside garden, my eldest particularly enjoyed the walks to the local park. Nothing feels like too much trouble. My eldest needed help with speech development and the staff, particularly her key worker really worked hard on this helping her to be ready for school. I particularly love the app which updates me throughout the day of what my child is doing and the milestones she is reaching. Lovely pictures too which is a nice way of relaxing a parent when they've left a screaming child. I couldn't recommend Baby Grows enough.

I would highly recommend Babygrows nursery my daughter has settled in so well she absolutely loves it and gets excited when she's going back in. The staff are so friendly, happy, professional and reassuring. I would highly recommend.

My daughter attends the Baby Grows Holiday Club that was set up last year for school age children. She started in August 2016. She quickly settled down and got to know the staff, she now loves it and always asks me when it's going to be holiday time again so she can go to holiday club. She always comes home full of tales about her activities and with arts, crafts and even cookery to sample! They also go on trips sometimes, at Christmas they got to see Father Christmas himself at the local garden centre. It's a real load off my mind that I don't have to worry about holiday care for her.

For those parents (like us) that are anxious of leaving their children with anyone, be assured that Baby Grows meets and exceeds expectations.

My daughter has been going to Babygrows nursery for the past 6 months. She absolutely loves going. The staff are great, very friendly but also professional at the same time. The standard of food is excellent. Also very clean and safe environment for my child.

Fantastic nursery. All staff are extremely welcoming and caring. My little girl had a few issues settling in, staff were wonderful and patient and now she loves going. Loads of activities done and outside time, themed activities and lots (and lots) of singing as my little one comes home singing a variety of songs.

My daughter joined the nursery in April aged 13 months and from the very start the staff have been more than fantastic with her. She has developed so much . The staff always make time to talk at the beginning and end of the day and the eylog is fab, it's lovely to get a picture of what's going on in her day and see her reach new milestones.

All 3 of my children have been through Baby Grows day nursery and when I heard it was being taken over by Tops I was concerned that the personal touch would be lost in a bigger organisation. Now I am very happy to say not only has that not been the case, but the nursery has gone from strength to strength. The staff are passionate and focussed on providing the best for our children, they are all so caring and dedicated and I know that my son is happy, content and safe at nursery. There are regular opportunities to see the children in singing sessions etc within nursery, and plenty of feedback which is lovely!! Every time I collect my son I am informed what he has eaten, what he has learned, and what he has done that day often along with some funny moments which it is precious to be able to share. The log allowing parents to see new observations for their child as soon as they are added really reassures me that there is now a focus on getting him ready for school and always plenty of support and encouragement for how I can help him at home. I could not be happier with Baby Grows under Tops, they really are outstanding!!!!!

My daughter has been at Baby Grows since she was just six months old and is now 22 months old. She loves it there and is happy and well cared for. The staff are professional and approachable and treat my daughter as if she were their own. The facilities are great and the activities for the children are age appropriate and stimulating. Emails and calls are responded to quickly and communication is fantastic.
