Bambinos is an outstanding nursery. The staff are amazing and very professional. Our son has additional needs, and from the moment we walked through their doors, they made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, there were only solutions. We knew straight away our son would be very happy in
their love and care. He developed a beautiful bond with everyone at Bambinos. His diary was packed with all the exciting activities he did every day. The facilities are amazing, beautiful outdoor space whatever the weather, sensory room and an amazing soft playroom. The menu was varied, tasty and nutritious. The management and staff went above and beyond in everything they did for us. We believe without their help and support we would have had a difficult journey, but thanks to them our son has been given the best chance in life. Bambinos will always have a special place in our hearts and we will never forget everything they have done for our son. Thank you.

I can't thank you enough for everything you do for our children. After a stressful period for both me and my son spent in another location, I found here people with a noble soul, people who know how to make both parents and children happy. I am extremely satisfied with the evolution of my child, with
the trust that was given to him by the whole staff, especially because we come from another country. The whole staff is extremely professional, very helpful, and friendly. We will miss you a lot.

I can not praise Bambinos enough. My 1 year old currently attends, however her big brother also went to Bambinos.
We have found all of the staff to be amazing and very friendly and helpful.
We are always kept up to date with our child's learning and have full access to their learning journals. The
varied menu is also great for little ones to get a range of foods.
The natural setting is great for comfort and feels like a home away from home. My little girl loves sitting in the sandpit, which is in a suitcase.
We can't recommend Bambinos enough. They helped shape our little boy and are now doing the same for our little girl

Following other nursery experience previously, once we discovered Bambinos we were extremely happy. Nursery is so big which gives kids enough space (previous nurseries were very cramped) fabulous large garden which allows kids to explore and of course staff are amazing. Everyone’s always happy, willing
to help where they can and provide extra support to those who need it. Now also our daughter has joined Bambinos and it’s the only place we can leave her at (she’s very shy and doesn't like being left with anyone but us). Thank you, Bambinos, and keep your extra hard work going, you're doing a brilliant job!

I love Bambinos! And so does my son. My son started in the baby room and is now in 2-3s and he has truly flourished whilst attending Bambinos, all the staff are lovely but more importantly, they are well educated in child development. They helped my son become confident in walking, then talking and
now singing! Also as a first-time mum, it's like having a load of baby experts available to you if you need any advice - they have coached me how to wean my son and also how to manage challenging behaviour.
I wish they did after school care for older kids because I will miss them when my son is too old to attend.

Absolutely love Bambinos! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. My son has been attending since Sept 19 and has come on so much. I'm amazed and so appreciative of all the things he learns whilst there. I don't have personal experience of using another nursery but friends and colleagues who use
other nurseries closer to home seem to have problems I certainly have not experienced with Bambinos.

My son has been attending for over a year now and has just moved into the 2-3 room. He loved the baby unit and the transition into the next room was managed really well by the staff - both for our son and explaining everything to us!
The facilities are fantastic and the staff are really lovely. He
really enjoys going to nursery and telling us about everything he's done and everyone he's played with.

My little boy has been going here for a couple of years now and I can't fault the staff or nursery. I find the staff attentive and helpful with my child and they truly care. He comes home every day having learnt something new and still takes me by surprise! So I would definitely recommend this nursery!

Amazing nursery. The manager is amazing and my daughter loves going to nursery and I have peace of mind when she is there.
The staff are always very friendly and professional and she has made bonds with many of the nursery staff especially the manager.
I would like to know more about the learning

My second child will finish at Bambino's in July and I can honestly say I will miss the team at Houndiscombe Rd, both my daughters have been so supported by the team. I feel they have been genuinely cared for and looked after, there has been an interest in home life and we have always known what we
should be doing to help with supporting their learning. I would highly recommend Bambinos if you want your child to be in safe hands.

My son loves Bambinos Childcare Centre Plymouth, he never wants to go home. If he could stay all day, every day, he would. He has such a good relationship with the girls at the nursery. All three of my children attended the nursery until Xmas. My daughter was in the preschool class whilst the other attended the after-school club. I found the staff really helpful and rearranged the activities to suit each child’s individual needs they were also amazing at doing reading books and homework
books to help support my older children’s learning. Each member of staff we came across was warm and welcoming and that made leaving my children in their care a bit easier. My daughter also has behavioural issues and any problems that occurred with her behaviour were managed amazingly by all of the staff and lots of positive practices were put in place to help support her whilst at nursery but also at home. The manager was always very approachable and willing to help solve any issues we came across as a family. The thing we liked best was that this nursery supported our children at nursery and at home, offering all sorts of guidance whenever we needed it.

My son was extremely nervous about starting nursery when my wife returned to work but the staff went above and beyond to help him (and her).
The staff are all wonderfully friendly and ready to help or answer any questions that we may have.
The contact book we had for him was fabulous and gave us
a little snippet of the day that he had had.
My son especially enjoys making use of their wonderful outdoor area and the provocation room. So many wonderful things for him to explore.
My wife is due back to work in September and our new baby will be starting his Bambino journey.

All three of my children have gone to Bambinos and I can safely say without hesitation, it was the best thing we did to help prepare them for Primary School. The staff are always well presented and knowledgeable of any situation at hand. Hands down the best nursery in the land.
