The nusery is amazing! My son Hugo got kicked out of his previous nusery as they couldn't cope with his sen needs and since coming here he is a different child he's happy, he loves coming and I can't thank the team enough for actually taking there time out to meet his needs! Layton, mellisa and Annabel! The support you have given with not just Hugo but our family we can't thank you enough! Your patience, understanding and actually being there for Hugo we couldn't be grateful enough!

Overall Experience

This is my second time using Bambinos although 17 years apart and at a different site.
However the care is as amazing as it was before.
My baby of 9 months is always full of smiles and very happy to go to all staff at drop off.
The staff have helped her settle very quickly into the nursery. Their

care and attention to her needs is absolutely amazing and I can't thank them enough. Always keeping me updated with feedback of how she's getting on.
The management team have also been amazing and have responded very quickly to any queries I've had.
I have always recommended Bambinos and will continue to do so.

Overall Experience

The staff are wonderful. Really friendly and helpful. My little one loves it here. They have helped him alot with his communication and confidence. My child loves to be in the garden and they will make sure it happens rain or shine. If you have any questions or concerns the staff are quick to help.

And my little one always clears his plate at meal times. He's tells me it's yummy food.

The staff are always so lovely to my daughter and so friendly and attentive. Lovely feel when you walk in and leave and nothing ever seems to much trouble.
If I could have more of a update on her day from a personal level maybe find out a bit more about what she does or learns that would be great but

I also appreciate this would be hard to do for every child and take some care away from them.
Other than that, I'm a happy parent

Nothing but good things to say about Bambino's Plymstock. The staff are amazing and the nursery itself is great! The communication from bambino's is top tier, no matter how many times I call to check to see how my child is doing they are always happy to chat and reassure me. Really recommend!

I cannot thank Bambinos enough, they have been absolutely amazing with my little one. My daughter only started attending Bambinos in September after we had to move her from another nursery. I was quite apprehensive about the change, but honestly, the difference between the two nurseries is like chalk

and cheese!
My little one has some additional needs, and instead of waiting to assess her over several weeks, the team put support in place within the very first week. She has come on in leaps and bounds since starting.
A special shout-out to Melissa, Olivia (my daughter's favourite!), and Annabel, you've not only supported my daughter but also myself. The whole team is just incredible. I honestly cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My son stated with Bambinos 12 months ago and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care that they have shown towards him and myself. Both of us were very unsure about nursery to begin with but now I would not change a thing and it is the best decision we made. The staff, and in particular Rhiannon,

have shown us nothing but kindness and reassurance the whole way through. They always go above and beyond in their care and education and we have watched him develop into such a confident and chatty little person through all that they do with him! They always give us such a warm greeting in the mornings and such an informative hand over when we pick him up at the end of the day. I cannot thank Bambinos enough for all that they have done for us, they are an amazing team!

Our daughter, who is 3 years old, started at Bambinos, and I was so worried that she wouldn't cope. All the staff were amazing, but one staff member in particular. She could see things in our daughter that no one but us could see, and within a few days she was helping her with her emotions. She is one

of the sweetest girls ever, and our daughter adores her. The nursery as a whole is fantastic and of an exceptionally high standard, and we would recommend Bambinos to anyone.

Overall Experience

I was worried when I first placed my son in to nursery as I knew that he had some development issues. Within the first few weeks, my son had vastly improved. He was getting the help he needed from the SENCO which was absolutely amazing. He has now been attending for 9 months and his behaviour and speech

have excelled more than I could have imagined.
This nursery and the staff are absolutely amazing and I am so glad that my son gets to spend his early years here.
