My child has just started at Bambinos and we are having a really positive experience. The staff have been super friendly and accommodating and have taken the time to understand my child's needs and he seems to be enjoying his time there. The facilities are great and work really well for him, and it they are outdoors a lot which I think is great. The staff are always keeping me informed, whether that be in person or on the app so that is reassuring and feels like we're working as a team to look after my child!

Overall I highly recommend this nursery.

My little girl has been attending Frogmore for a short period of time, but has already come out of her shell so much more than previous nurseries that she has attended. The staff are very nurturing and caring especially when it comes to the days when drop off is a little bit difficult for her, she always comes out beaming and having enjoyed her day. She's always excited to tell me what she's done in a day.

The staff here are amazing. My little one has the best time here. We've never had any issues. Im always kept well informed on how my child's day has been. The staff get to know the children so well, they encourage the children to explore their own interests and they give the best cuddles. I cant thank the team enough.

My daughter has intolerances to certain foods and their communication regarding these are amazing, how they're always offering alternatives or ensuring that she has the "same but different" food the other children have is such attention to detail.

We are delighted with Bambinos Woolwell. The management and staff go above and beyond for children in their care. All children appear settled and comfortable whenever i drop off or collect my son. There is a wide selection of fun and educational activities each day, safe outdoor spaces and nutritious food provided. The staff are so friendly and genuinely love and care for the children. My son gets so excited to go to nursery and is never upset being left in their care. The care and communication is second to none, from both key works and Melissa. We are so thankful for all of the staff at Bambinos Woolwell. Our son has recently started with seizures, but they sprung into action and immediatley arranged training and a care plan to cater for his needs. We couldnt ask for a better nursery

We've had such a positive experience with Bambinos over the past 6 months. Our 1.5 year old has come on so much in that time, especially in their language skills and overall confidence. The team are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development. We get a great handover after every session and it's lovely to see how happy and settled our daughter is at nursery.

I would 100% recommend this nursery. They have been amazing with my daughter and she has managed to settle in amazingly. There are always updates throughout the day and I am always informed at pickup of how the day has gone and what activities she has got up to, she especially loves the 'sing and sign'. She enjoys going in to nursery which makes me feel reassured and all the staff are so lovely and always say hello with a smile on their face. The development of my little girl only being in this nursery for such a short period of time has been amazing, the team really support learning and development.

Amira will be leaving for Lipson Vale Primary School in September this year,and I know that myself & her Mother will miss them very much and I'm sure the staff will miss Amira too

The management team have always been quick and helpful in resolving any queries or concerns. Overall, a fabulous nursery and an incredible support for this full-time working mummy.

He also loves all the meals provided and often talks about the food at home, which is a real bonus! We feel reassured knowing he is happy, safe, and well cared for each day. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and stimulating setting for their child.

The children are visibly happy, settled and excited to attend. Our children love going every day, which gives us complete peace of mind. The food is excellent, healthy and clearly enjoyed, with empty plates as the norm.

Educationally, the nursery is fantastic. They strike a wonderful balance between fun and learning, making education engaging and age appropriate while preparing the children brilliantly for school.
