Puffins at Mont Le Grand

My daughter started at Puffins in May of this year after being with a wonderful childminder previously. My daughter was quite socially awkward and took a bit of time to settle but the nursery team all worked so hard with her and it really showed. She constantly asks if she is going to nursery, talks of her friends and has grown very fond of one particular lady. She has come on leaps and bounds with her social skills, speech and friendships

Very satisfied with the nursery. The staff there are helpful and supportive. My daughter enjoyed it. She made huge progress after she attended the nursery.

It is a really good nursery. Staff is really keen to help and do whatever they can to make us and our daughter feel well. It is always tidy and clean and you can always see that kids and staff are happy and enjoying what they do.

Our son has attended the nursery since he was 11 months old and is now 19 months. He loves his time there and has really benefitted from the interaction and structure provided by the team.

The staff are relaxed and form very good bonds with the children and we've really appreciated the very responsible approach to supporting our son with settling in and his ongoing development.

There is a really nice balance of variety and space, but the nursery still has a very homely feel and setting which is great. We would not hesitate to recommend.

My little girl loves Mont Le Grand and the staff are amazing. Always so friendly and accommodating. I really feel like my daughter is progressing better and she's enjoying meeting other children as she's an only child. She is always tired when I pick her up, definitely a sign of a good day.

We are so happy to have signed up our little boy to Puffins at Mont Le Grand. He comes home so happy every day. He's full of energy. He's growing visibly more independent. He does little dances and sings more songs. He's engaged, interested, curious. His vocabulary is through the roof. I would recommend Puffins at Mont Le Grand to my friends and fellow parents.

Our son has been at Puffins MLG (Mont Le Grand) for nearly a year and a half and we're really happy so far! The staff are great and seem to stay at the nursery longer term which is brilliant for building relationships with the children. They clearly really do care for and enjoy being with the children, and I'm confident in leaving our active toddler in their care! He gets up to all sorts of activities, and the online system is great so I can see what he has been getting up to throughout the day. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

We have had our children at Puffins Mont Le Grand since 2012 and have been delighted with the service offered over this time. The key workers are fantastic- really professional, hard working and friendly and our children have been so happy at Puffins, in all the different rooms. We like the fact that the setting is small, and has a homely layout and the activities seem varied and very appropriate to age. Our children have responded really well at Puffins, love their keyworkers and made some great friendships. Highly recommended!

There is no better feeling as a parent when your child loves going to nursery! This has been the case for us since our initial show around at Mont Le Grand. Our daughter made no hesitation in getting involved in nursery life and this was helped by the welcoming environment and staff. Our daughter is enthusiastic to go into nursery each morning and it often takes us a while to leave in the evenings, as she just wants to stay and play! Staff are very attentive to our daughter's needs and offer her enriching and exciting experiences that take into account her own interests. Staff are welcoming in the mornings and share lots of feedback about her day in the evenings. The online system is excellent as this also allows my husband to feel just as involved in our daughters care without having to be present. When our daughter learns to talk, I’m sure she will say ‘I love nursery’.

My daughter has been at Puffins since September 2016. She settled very quickly and built great bonds with several staff at the setting. She comes home showing me new shapes and colours and sings lots of new songs she has learnt! She loves going to nursery and has built her confidence over the months she has been there! The staff always inform me of any accidents or if my daughter becomes upset. they also keep me updated with their plans of going on trips to day to day activities! Their online system is great too with a great team! Glad I chose Puffins to look after my child!

I like that lots of trips out are planned too. I was also very impressed with the settling in sessions, we were encouraged to start these early and I think it really did help when it was time to leave baby for his first full day. Altogether can't fault this nursery.
