Day Nurseries Owned by Puffins of Exeter Ltd

We've been so happy with Gustaw's experience at the nursery so far. He's been there for two months now and is settled in much more easily than I anticipated! He's picked up so many new skills already, and it's lovely seeing him happy and playful at the nursery. The ladies and all the staff are so lovely, helpful and welcoming. We couldn't be happier with how well Gustaw has settled in!

Also, the fact that all I have to pack in the morning is a few spare clothes means I don't have to worry about anything else!

In the preschool room Rhiannon has been brilliant - so caring and organises such great activities for the children.

It's such a wonderful setting. The staff are kind, caring and go above and beyond. The daily updates are detailed and regular which helps us as parents feel reassured. The management team are professional and communication is clear. Overall we are so happy with Puffins at Mont Le Grand.

Our son has been at Puffins for 14 months now and is thriving. I think all the girls are fabulous but a special shout out to Beth, Casey and Shannon for their love and care of our son. He adores them and loves going. Breath of fresh air!

We would recommend this nursery to other parents. It has been a huge part of our son's early years, and we will always be grateful for the wonderful start they have given him.

My little boy is loving his time at this nursery. He has attended for over a year, moving from the baby room to the toddler room. All of the staff are brilliant and really caring. Katie, Freya and Adam made his transition to toddler room so smooth and they have been so supportive with potty training. He is really enjoying his time with Angela now too. He loves all the activities, especially the messy play and getting to play outside with the football!

My daughter started Puffins when she turned 12 months old, she is now 3! The moment we stepped into Puffins at Sowton, we knew straight away it was the nursery for her. She is currently in the caterpillar room, and she is thriving! The nursery staff are so kind, caring, understanding and my daughter loves them all. Particularly Liv, Phoebe, Naomi and Hannah. She is constantly learning new things like the alphabet, counting, singing new songs and role playing. She has made some amazing friends and enjoys going into nursery. Thank you Puffins for taking amazing care of my daughter! I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been attending Puffins at Sowton for over a year and I cannot fault them. They genuinely care, are attentive and keep me updated. We have had worries about my son's speech and they have really gone the extra mile to help him and keep me in the loop. He loves coming in and in particular loves seeing Darcy, Mollie and Kelly! He lights up with them and all the staff. Thank you for cherishing and caring so well for my little one.

The staff are all excellent, but in our specific case Jess, Darcy and Mollie deserve a particular shout out. Thank you!

A perfect experience from start to finish! The staff are absolutely amazing, caring, friendly and always so attentive to the children. We could not be happier with the nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent.

I love receiving photos on the app during the day and I know that my daughter is well looked after by staff members.

Thank you

We are extremely happy with the care our daughter receives at nursery. The staff are all so friendly, caring and attentive, and it is clear that they genuinely know and care about the children as individuals.

We are really pleased with the variety of activities they provide, as well as the regular outings, which are a fantastic way for the children to explore and learn outside of the nursery environment.

The food choices are also excellent, with a good balance of nutritious and varied meals. We feel very reassured knowing that our daughter is well looked after, happy and enjoying her time at nursery.

We would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

Also, great food menu and don't force on vegetarianism/veganism unless required of course! So they're very accommodating!

My daughter absolutely loves her days at Puffins and is very happy there. She loves all the activities and outside play and the staff. She has thrived since joining 6 months ago and is making friends and has become super confident. The staff there are really supportive and nurture all of Maisie's needs and she is looked after and entertained. She also loves the food!

Lovely nursery. My son is very happy there and loves going. The staff are brilliant and clearly care about all the children. Would highly recommend them.

All the staff are professional and consistent, and you can tell they truly care about making the children's daily experiences as enriching as possible. The children often go on trips around the local area, and there are so many activities designed to progress their learning. We want to give a particular shoutout to Darcie and Amara, who have both been instrumental in our daughter's care. They are both wonderful, and she looks forward to seeing them every day. Emma in Bumblebees has also been lovely and a consistently supportive person to us. We truly couldn't ask for a better nursery for our daughter and would recommend Puffins at Clystheath to any family.

It's clean but 'messy' - a great environment to learn in.

The communication is amazing at this nursery we love the daily updates. I have 1 child in preschool and 1 in under 3 and they both love coming here and are doing amazing. The staff couldn't do enough.

Really friendly. My daughter and I feel at ease. All staff go above and beyond. It's also a clean, fun place for the children to spend the day. I really feel that my daughter develops a lot from going to Puffins. I can't recommend enough!
