Pixieland Day Nursery - Mannamead

My son learns a lot and his language is improved. Simply, they are the best.

They have helped my little girl grow into an intelligent, loving and kind young girl. And I cannot thank them for being such a big part of their her life.

I trust them all with my son's education and well-being, can’t say much more than that. The accounts lady is amazing as well as management. Spot on.

Absolutely fantastic nursery and staff. My little one was diagnosed with autism last year and the staff here and gone above and beyond to meet his needs. Could not ask for better service.

All the girls working here take a huge interest in the child’s development and they have the facilities to ensure this. Sadly, we have to move further north for work commitments and the only thing we will miss is this nursery. We are spoilt with this nursery and no other will compare though we are happy our son will be cared for in his new nursery, it’s just a shame we can’t take you guys with us!

My daughter has a milk allergy and the cook prepares alternatives for her at meal times. When I leave, I know they are safe and being well looked after and loved. It’s also nice to receive photos and videos through an app.

I am pregnant with my second and will definitely be enrolling my second daughter once I return to work.

Would recommend to everyone.

An amazing nursery which both of my children have attended and have loved their time there. We will be sad to leave when our son starts school in September. Professional and caring staff, excellent facilities and a wide selection of engaging and fun activities. The sounds of happy children as you enter the building speaks for itself! Our children have thrived under the care of the team who are an absolute asset to the Pixieland name.

Our son has developed many new skills since starting this nursery and we are really pleased with his progress as well as the care he receives.

We visited 4 local nurseries before settling on Pixielands and we are so glad we did.

I love going to pick up my Goddaughter from nursery. It’s lovely to see her have such a beaming smile on her face from all the fun she has had. Can’t praise the nursery enough!

Absolutely fantastic nursery would never send my child elsewhere. The staff are extremely professional and the nursery always looks clean and organised. My child is thriving here.

My Son has been with Pixieland Mannamead for 10 months now and absolutely loves it. The staff are amazingly supportive, friendly and first class caregivers, they seem to have a spot on balance between development and fun.

The facilities are great, especially the jungle gym, sensory room and large outdoor area. The food looks great (and my fussy toddler eats it all!) and I have spotted the local greengrocers dropping off supplies, so would assume it to be of good quality as well.

The Admin team are beyond helpful with billing enquiries, funding and booking extra sessions.

Just perfect, would highly recommend!

My son started at Pixieland Day Nursery - Mannamead in March 2019 and thanks to the kind and caring nature of the staff he settled in very quickly. The staff always have time to answer any queries I might have and they clearly have a good routine in place for the children in their care. The premises are always clean and tidy and they have good safeguarding procedures in place.

I particularly like how the children are taken outside to play whenever the weather is nice. It is also great receiving photos (via an app) of what my son has been up to during his day.

I could not be happier with this amazing nursery! I was so worried about starting my little boy in nursery but they have made me feel so reassured and have always taken so much care in making sure me and my son are happy!! Thank you Pixieland.

My little boy is in the baby room and has been there since he was 8 months old. The room leader is outstanding and my little boy's main carer is the best person you could hope to have looking after your child. So patient and kind and you can tell she genuinely loves seeing the children each day. I really feel like the nursery helps his development and love the fact they set next steps which help us first-time parents out as to what they should be doing next to continue what they are learning in nursery. Thank you so much to them all, I wouldn't want to send him anywhere else.

I can't thank Pixieland Mannamead enough, being a first-time mum I was so worried about going back to work but the staff at Pixieland have made the transition easy. My daughter loves being at nursery, the girls are so friendly and patient and take great care over the children. They do lots of fun things that I don't have the time or space to do at home, mother's day this year was extra special because of the artwork that came home with my daughter! Plus the food is homemade and always sounds yummy! If you are looking for a fun, down to earth, caring and engaging nursery this is the one for you!

My daughter has been at this nursery for 2.5 years starting in toddlers and moving up to preschool. Every time we pick her up she has a smile on her face and the question can I stay longer to be with my friends. The staff are amazing and I thank them so. Much for helping my daughter become the little lady she is and ready to start primary school.

The girls at Pixieland Day Nursery are absolutely superb - I cannot praise them enough. They have looked after our son since a very young age and he really enjoys his time spent there. Our son can be somewhat 'challenging' at times but the girls take it in their stride and discipline him accordingly when necessary.
