Pixieland Day Nursery - Mannamead

Overall such a lovely nursery. My little girl always comes home happy and showing me new things she's learnt in the day/week. Staff are lovely as well as the management team and nothing is ever a problem for anyone. Would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

We really love this nursery. The staff are all so so lovely and kind. We feel very happy leaving our child there. She absolutely loves it and has so much fun there. She has never had any issues being dropped off, just runs in and waves bye!

Due to my partner working as a doctor, we have used many nurseries nationwide and I have to say this is the best one yet.

My son loves going to Pixieland and is doing so well there. There are a couple of minor areas for potential improvement (very high noise level, lack of greenery/grass and the need for a better communication app), but overall I’d recommend the nursery and the people that work there are so lovely and kind.

The staff genuinely seem to enjoy spending time with the children and my son is very happy in their company. They are caring and compassionate, and always happy to discuss how my son is doing. Even in the baby room there are fun and engaging activities to aid development. The staff are patient and respectful of current routines, and helping both child and parents adapt. We've not had any problems and can't fault them!

We have been really happy with the preschool at Pixieland Mannamead. Our child comes home with a smile and has always had a nice day. Staff are really welcoming and are always really approachable if we ever have any concerns regarding our child. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent Nursery! My little girl is so happy there from day one. We started with a couple of hours a week but she enjoyed going there so we quickly changed to almost full-time. The managers and staff are very supportive and kind and very friendly. Can’t recommend them more.

All of the girls in pre-school are fantastic and go above and beyond and are so friendly. I feel more than comfortable leaving my child with them, he always tells me about what a wonderful day he has had there.

Very friendly, approachable staff, who are happy to give lots of cuddles if/when the children want them! Both of my children have been very happy at Pixieland and we feel that they have been well looked after and supported. Preschool is preparing the children well for school.

All of the staff create a wonderful, nurturing atmosphere for the children. They all know my son’s name and welcome him warmly into the nursery every morning. He adores the activities they provide and enjoys exploring in the jungle gym, sensory room and garden. Communication via email and the app are very good as is handover at the end of the day. My son always leaves smiling! Thank you!

The most lovely nursery. My child loves going, and their developmental progression has improved massively since attending. The staff are friendly and welcoming to every child. Wouldn’t dream of sending my child anywhere else and always recommend them to friends!

I cannot express how much my daughter loves going to preschool at Pixieland. The staff are incredible, like family to us. Their activities are fun, varied and educational. The whole team go above and beyond, they work so hard and really care for the children. I will be very sad when she leaves Pixieland as she loves it, as I do. Hands down the best staff and facilities.

Pixieland Day Nursery has been an absolute gem for our family! The staff are incredibly warm and nurturing, creating a supportive environment where our child has flourished. The facilities are fantastic, with engaging activities that stimulate creativity and learning. We’ve seen our child’s confidence grow leaps and bounds since starting here. Couldn’t recommend Pixieland more highly!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming to all children and parents. My daughter feels safe and happy when she is in their care which is all a mum can ask for. Clean and tidy, always lots of activities going on and great communication. One of the best.

I’m very happy with the nursery and the staff and I can see how happy my child is going there. What we experienced in our first visit there, has continued now for almost two years. We saw friendly children in a happy warm atmosphere and this has continued till now. The staff are lovely and friendly in all our interactions with them and I want to note that all the staff know the child’s name despite whether they work with the child directly or not.

We have known Pixieland Mannamead for many years and we were so pleased that we could experience our own child going into Pixieland Mannamead. We know what a fantastic nursery it was beforehand but we didn't expect how wonderful it is now our own child goes there. We are so impressed with the nursery, our son only goes once a week but we wish we could afford for him to go more. Every morning he asks if he can go to nursery and see his teachers and friends. The staff at the nursery feel more like family to us and are so relaxed and friendly. My son has made real true friendships there not only with the children but with the staff as well. My son has been going since 14 months old and every single room we have been in made us feel so happy and comfortable. My son has gone through every room apart from pre-school and not once have we had any problems at all. The staff have always met our wishes and we are so excited for his next adventure in pre-school.

My daughter started at Pixieland Day Nursery, Mannamead just after her first birthday and has thrived ever since. The nursery are so friendly, professional and welcoming which makes it an amazing time for my daughter there. She absolutely loves attending and loves all the workers, especially one in particular, who has been brilliant. We love seeing the updates from the nursery and keeping up to date with what's going on. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. Will be sad when my daughter leaves.

Not only does Pixieland Mannamead have great facilities both indoors and outdoors, but it also has fantastic staff across all the rooms. I highly recommend the nursery and cannot praise the quality of the staff enough.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds from attending here! At 18 months can say please and thank you using Makaton. It is one of the best nurseries my 3 children have attended. The staff are amazing and very accommodating.
