I would certainly recommend flying start @ Marjon. We moved our son here last October after a lot of consideration about changing his nursery we can certainly say it was the best decision. Our son has settled really well, he enjoys telling us all about his day and he looks forward to going back saying
he has lots of fun. The learning opportunities provided are wonderful and the staff are always doing lovely activities with the children. It’s great to see the observations on eylog, we always look forward to seeing what our son has been up too and there is a lovely home to nursery link. All the staff are friendly, caring, hardworking and take time for all children and families. Thank you for everything you do, you all do an outstanding job!

I couldn't recommend Marjon Flying Start enough. They have been amazing in our child's development and I can't speak highly enough about how they are keeping some kind of normal for our son during the Covid-19 pandemic. All staff members are welcoming and we especially love how much contact with have
with the provider through the app as well as when we pick our child up after his day. We couldn't wish for a better preschool. Thankyou Flying Start Marjon team.

Our experience of Flying Start Marjon over the last year has been brilliant. Our daughter has been really happy there to the point where she runs in first thing in the morning shouting 'Hooray!'. The staff are excellent and you can tell that they really care and have a genuine interest in seeing each
and every child flourish. When we hear about all the exciting things that they have been up to each day and see how happy our daughter is we feel so much more relaxed leaving her to go to work. It has been such a joy watching her develop under the wonderful care of the staff at Marjon! We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone moving to the area or working at the hospital.

My daughter has attended the setting for the last 12 months (approx), I genuinely cannot fault the staff or the setting. They have all been exceptionally supportive of both my daughter's needs but also of my needs as her parent.
My daughter is absolutely thriving with Flying Start, her behaviour has
improved, her manners have improved and she is generally a much happier child since attending the setting.
To all of the team at Flying Start, thank you. You have all gone above and beyond since day one and I am truly grateful.

I pick up my niece from this setting 2 days a week.
On doing so she is always so busy investigating all the different environments of the setting. I see how the environments change as they developed the setting using natural resources.
My niece will then spend the journey ride home talking about
all the fun things she has been doing. She especially enjoys doing painting in the garden.
A great nursery, very much recommended.

I moved my two little ones to this nursery from another, and I’m so glad I did. The environment is homey and the staff are absolutely lovely. And, the biggest thing by far is that both my children are happy there. Couldn’t fault this Nursery.

The ladies at Flying Start at Marjon are fab! They really look after my little boy and work to his routine! I love the observations I get each week to his online learning journal and he is always happy to go in each morning.
He also loves forest school, going outside no matter the weather in his wellies
is amazing. So much to discover and linked to his learning.

Since I went back to work in February this year with my little girl who was 7months old at the time and now she has settled. My little girl has come on so well and really enjoys going into nursery and the eyLog is a good way for myself and my partner to see what our little girl has been up to and to
be able to have feedback during the day on how she is doing is great as well. She eats most food apart from some that contains tomato but the staff have catered for that very well. The room in which my little girl is in caters for her needs and the other children as well.

My son has a complex medical condition which means that anyone who looks after him must be trained in his emergency care. The ladies in this nursery have all been amazing and I have full confidence in them making it easier for me to leave him in their care. He really enjoys his time in nursery and has
come on leaps and bounds since going there. He loves being outside and his key workers make this possible every day. They encourage him with his eating which can be a problem and has helped him become more confident with food.

My daughter has attended the Flying Start at Marjon nursery since she was a young baby. My wife and I have been so impressed with this nursery. It isn't easy to leave your little one with somebody else, but the team at Flying Start have consistently put us at ease, kept us informed and shown true enthusiasm and love for their profession. My child is having a wonderful time there and clearly

I think that Flying Start Marjons is a FANTASTIC nursery and am so glad that we chose it for our daughter. The staff are really friendly, accommodating (especially to fussy first-time parents) and invested in your child's development and well-being. They are innovative in their activities and work hard
to help create a fun and interesting day (everyday) for all of the children in the rooms. My daughter is genuinely excited when she is dropped off and she always appears to have had a good day at pick up. The staff ensure that we are well informed about their care and put on frequent events to update or include the parents in the nursery experience.
Both myself and her father enjoy the daily updates from the EyLog app and have found that this is a great way to feel involved in her day. Most importantly, I am really comfortable leaving her there and trust all of the staff, to more than meet her needs each day, leaving me free to get on with my work, until I come back to get her.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter enjoys attending and learns a lot. The outdoor space is fab. All the staff are great and have gone out of their way to provide extra support for my child, which I am truly grateful for. The food the nursery provide is healthy and nutritional. Lastly,

I am so happy with this nursery. I feel the staff have really taken their time to get to know my child and genuinely care about him. All the staff are extremely friendly and my son really enjoys going there. He’s learnt so much in his time there. Great, friendly and caring environment. They are always
looking for ways to improve and progress and are open to all suggestions. I really trust the staff that I leave my son with which I feel is so important as a parent.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. After looking at several nurseries, this one just stood out. Our daughter loves the outdoors and the freedom to explore. Flying Start @ Marjon definitely provides this. The staff are so nurturing and genuinely care for my daughter. She is always so happy when
we drop her off and pick her up. I love the online learning journeys. It makes going to work so much easier when you get an update during the day of how happy she is.

Since coming to the nursery my family and I have noticed a huge change in my son's overall development. From starting nursery and not talking and not really wanting to come, he now loves coming to pre-school to see them, and his speech has grown massively! With their help he has now become a less fussy
eater and is more willing to try new foods!


He looks forward to coming to nursery now and has even become more socialable when out at parties etc, and I couldn’t ask for a better nursery for him to attend, will be so sad when he leaves for school next year!

I can't recommend Flying Start Marjon highly enough. My daughter has been going three days a week since the beginning of September 2018 and loves it. Being only 7 months old when she started and never having been away from either myself or my husband I was a little anxious as to how she would settle.
I didn't need to worry. Even now, with separation anxiety kicking in, I get a few tears at drop off but all the team are great at distracting her when I leave and I know she is very happy there. Unless she sees her key worer, then there are no tears and just a huge smile!


All the team are lovely and genuinely care and show an interest in the children under their care. The app is brilliant, they upload lots of photos so we can see how her day is going and all the fun she's having, it's great that we can share this with family members too.


I especially love the fact that they go outside a lot in all weathers and their forest school is brilliant too. Their enthusiasm for this is contagious!

My daughter has been going to flying start at Marjon for over a year now and I can’t thank them enough for how brilliant they are. Every part of her nursery experience is cleverly considered and done in order to benefit the children. The facilities are clean, the staff are caring and do more than asked
for my daughter. They have great healthy food options, brilliant toys and learning tools and the outside area and forest school are also great. The detailed explanation of the day ensures that I know exactly everything my daughter has done, had to eat, sleep etc. The EY log is also great, it lets me see the work and progress my daughter makes and how happy she is there.
