Happy Days Nursery Play Box is a fantastic nursery - well led and with compassionate staff.
The nursery initially provided settling in sessions for my son. This worked tremendously well and he settled in at nursery beautifully.
My son has some health matters. The nursery provide excellent risk
assessments, regularly review care plans and accommodate his needs. It is reassuring, as parents, to know that he is in safe hands. My son receives a high standard of care and attention.
My son loves nursery. He has a smile on his face when he arrives and is always greeted adoringly by all staff members. The staff regularly update the ParentZone App so we are updated regarding his activities during the day. He is given the opportunity of participating in a variety of play - messy play, sensory play and more which he thoroughly enjoys.
I highly recommend this nursery.

Happy Days is absolutely amazing. My son is buzzing to go there, always so happy when he comes back. I have seen a huge development in him since he started going there.
They have been flexible and accommodating when needed, and the variety of what they do is superb. I love all of the app updates.
It's my first experience of childcare and I could not be happier.

My son absolutely loves coming to nursery. In every stage/room he has loved it and been so comfortable. He has a great relationship with so many of the staff and talks about them when he's at home and what they get up too. My daughter also went to Playbox and she still has such great memories of her
time here. I couldn't ask them to do any more.

My child has become so independent and confident since starting at Playbox Nursery. The staff go above and beyond to ensure my child has a great day, is well looked after and enjoys his learning and development. He does art, painting, music, singing and plays in the garden. He always has a brilliant
day, with the lovely staff and fantastic children in his class. It's been the best decision for us as a family. He adores the staff at the nursery, especially the chef! He eats nutritious and healthy meals 3x per day and we have seen improvements in his eating habits at home thanks to the chef.

We could not be happier with Happy Days Playbox. The care that our daughter receives is outstanding. All staff go out of their way to get to know the children in their care and their families. The manager is just fabulous - she knows all the children and is very present. Our daughter loves her nursery
days and I know she is happy and well cared for there.

My daughter has had excellent care at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Playbox. She is always excited to attend and talks happily about the staff and other children. She comes home singing lots of songs that I have never heard- sing and sign is definitely formative activity for her. I'm impressed that
at 2 she can already sing the alphabet song despite not having done this at home with us. Always a great variety of activities listed on her card each day and I'm confident my daughter is well nourished there also. We definitely think that Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Playbox has benefitted our little girl's development as a little person overall.

My son started with Playbox in January, very shy and nervous of new people and new places and got upset about being left at the start.
He is now absolutely thriving, really come out of his shell, his confidence grows each week, and after every session, he leaves with a beaming smile after enjoying
his day - and that is all because of the lovely practitioners.
All of the staff are incredible, so friendly and genuinely care about each child. They all know my son by name whether they're in his room or not which really gives a personal touch.
I have just had a baby daughter and will not hesitate about sending her to Playbox when the time comes too!

My daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly a year and I cannot be happier with the improvement I've seen in her. She's more confident, able to express her emotions and generally happier since going to the nursery.
The staff are all excellent and I have every confidence leaving my child
in their care. I highly recommend this nursery to parents.

My son has settled in very well and I love how all the staff know him. We have good communication with his key worker and I can chat to her each day about anything that has cropped up or what he is enjoying at home for example.

Happy Days Playbox provides my child with a safe and happy environment in which to thrive. She is always happy to be dropped off and will happily go to all members of staff. This is down to the hard work and enthusiasm of every member of staff. They all know her by name, even if they are not in her
room, and also the names of other members of our family which helps to create a smooth transition between home and nursery. My daughter has an allergy which again all members of staff are aware of and I'm extremely happy with the care and safeguarding which the nursery put in place. All in all we are so happy with Playbox and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a brilliant and caring place to send your child.

Our two little ones started in January and have settled in so well. The team are brilliant, you can clearly see how much they love their jobs and care about the children. We’ve had a lot of change with moving house to a new city and they’ve provided support, flexibility and genuine care about how we

I can’t rate this nursery enough. The staff are amazing, they take so much interest in my daughter. My daughter loves nursery and it has helped her thrive. I will miss bringing her along to nursery once she starts school.

Absolutely fantastic all round, Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Playbox is a wonderful nursery and all the staff have gone above and beyond to settle my daughter in since starting in January 2023. My daughter is thriving, I feel extremely grateful for this.

Amazing staff. My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was eight months old and is now nearly three, and she has come on in leaps and bounds. Always happy and communicate very well with parents.

I always find the nursery and the staff excellent. I feel totally at ease leaving my little one and know she is in safe hands. She has grown in confidence, and we recognise the importance of nursery in her development and are so pleased we found Playbox.

Absolutely brilliant care and service, both my son and daughter love going to Happy Days. Thinking back to lockdown and what the nursery did back in that period for us, it is remarkable. I would have liked to have seen a few more original activities.

We absolutely love Happy Days Playbox. The learning schemes are fantastic, at every opportunity, the kids are outside which I adore. Both my girls (2 years) and (7 months) are incredibly happy - they run in every time!

My son attended the preschool at Happy Days Playbox and loved it. The staff were amazing - really caring and always took the time to explain in detail how his day had gone. There were lots of lovely activities and the environment was inviting, stimulating and very clean. The garden area is a great
size too. My daughter has just started in the baby room and once again, they have gone above and beyond to help her settle and let us know how she is getting on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery and preschool to other parents.
