Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Playbox

My daughter loves her time at Happy Days - Playbox. She has attended the nursery since the age of 11 months and has enjoyed each room as she has transitioned up. She loves the large garden and range of activities she gets to join in during her days there.

A really wonderful nursery. Both of our children have absolutely thrived at Playbox. From excellent communication through to true care and attention taken with allergies and medical needs, we couldn't ask for more. Our children have made some great friendships with their peers and really positive attachments to the staff here (so much so that our eldest asks to come to nursery). We couldn't recommend them more.

Really lovely nursery, always friendly and good communication - I know my daughter is well looked after, loves the staff and feels very comfortable. I don't worry about her at all, and I know she's having a great time in the best hands.

The outdoor space is absolutely amazing.

Happy Days Playbox has been the best decision we took for our son. It is such a lovely, clean and calm space for kids to grow, learn and have fun. The staff members are very understanding, kind and compassionate and always want the kids to grow and success. They are very invested in the children's wellbeing and will put maximum effort to then. I would always recommend this nursery to any parent that wants to see their child flourish.

Over the last 3 1/2 years I have been constantly impressed and happy with the care my daughter has received at Happy Days. All the staff have been warm, caring and nurturing throughout. Constant updates via nursery app has made it a lot easier as a parent. I would highly recommend using Happy Days the Playbox and will certainly be using in the future.

I cannot fault this nursery. When my daughter first started, she took a while to settle in. Now she runs in and is absolutely thriving. The ladies here, especially in the baby room, are fantastic! Thank you!

We love the family vibe at the nursery; they are all so friendly and welcoming. Very personal and have an interest in home and family life to encourage my son at nursery. They have done amazing at teaching him new things and helping him with words and nursery rhymes. They have a good time outside and eating. I'm confident in their experience and knowledge to help with my son's development.

Albie loves coming to Happy Days. He speaks about his teachers & friends all the time and always wants to come back. The staff always make sure they have time when dropping & picking up to find out how Ablie is doing, is there anything they need to know, and always tells you about their day. I am extremely happy with Happy Days & the progress of Albie.

Happy Days Playbox is the most wonderful, nurturing nursery. The care provided by all the staff is excellent. The range of activities, both indoors and outdoors, is extensive. Our daughter comes home with beautiful artwork and a big smile on her face every day. We could not be happier with our choice of nursery and cannot recommend it enough. The team is led by the most outstanding manager.

My daughter has been at Happy day play box since Feb 2025. She is happy every morning going there, and her confidence has grown month on month. There is a wide range of activities available to her, and I am pleased with the curriculum. She is always well fed and her picky eating habits are well catered for. She adores the staff, particularly her key people. The nursery is clean and has a well maintained outdoor space. The management team provide updates and keep us informed and are responsive when contacted.

Happy Days has been the perfect place for our son to spend his first education years. The place and the staff are wonderful. Thank you so much.

A wonderfully supportive and understanding team fill this secret gem of a nursery in the heart of Truro. The space is fantastic, and learning can occur both inside and out. We have never held any concern over the incredible emotional development that our child has been supported through, and he has enjoyed every single day here - bar none! Thank you.

My son has absolutely loved his time at Playbox. The staff are incredibly caring and always take the time to fully engage with him. He truly adores them all. It's been amazing to watch how much he's learnt and grown in such a warm and supportive environment. I've never had any safeguarding concerns, nor with cleanliness, food, or the outdoor activities. Everything is always well maintained and thoughtfully run. The level of care and attention he receives is genuinely outstanding. He's had a wonderful experience from start to finish and will miss everyone so much. Thank you to the whole team for helping him grow in confidence and preparing him so well for school.
