My daughter has attended the nursery for the last 3 years and she loves it. She enjoys going there and she loves all the staff. We are very happy with the care provided and the activities they do we are informed every day of what they have done and we have regular meetings with the key worker to discuss
the progress. The food provided is also very good with lots of varieties and healthy.

My son loves his time at Aviva Acorns. Being attached to our office, it is convenient and good value for money. More importantly, the staff really know my son. His key workers feel part of the family. They don't push learning in a classroom way but my son is picking up an impressive knowledge of numbers,
alphabet etc through play and songs. He has a lovely group of friends and we are very happy.

I love the nursery. They look after my child extremely well. I always know they are happy and safe. The only small thing at the moment is the new menu. It seems quite funny and fussy and it doesn't seem very popular with the children yet. Not sure if this will change!

My husband and I feel our son's development physically, socially and cognitively has benefited from attending Acons for one day per week. We feel confident in the care and attention our son receives during his time at Acorns. We are always fully informed of his daily activities as well as any significant
events milestones that have been achieved.

My daughter is very happy at Acorns and is well looked after by all staff. Staff are friendly and always on hand to share information and share advice. The range of activities and resources available are brilliant and there’s lots on offer. The nursery is bright and clean and always smells delicious,
the smell of lunch cooking always makes me hungry. My daughter eats better than I do! Thank you Acorns you all do a great job.

Kayleigh Horwood

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2012

Kayleigh joined Acorns Nurseries 2012 in Acorns House, before continuing her career at Acorns ONS and Acorns Whitchurch. She became Assistant Manager in Acorns Henbury, Acorns Oakfield Street and Acorns Whitchurch before becoming Nursery Manager at Acorns Aviva. Kayleigh is also a qualified Forest School Leader.


Kayleigh especially enjoys nurturing the children and watching them grow.
