Acorns Lake View

Our daughter loves going to Acorns, she has made lots of friends and enjoys all the different activities put on. There is always something fun/different going on and the nursery is always lovely decorated/bright. The staff are always supportive and helpful.

I'm really happy with this nursery, I always find the staff so positive, helpful, easy to approach and to talk to. They're always so enthusiastic and these are things that are very important to me. I know my son loves coming here and he's made such lovely friendships not only with the children but also with the staff. The facilities always look great, the food that I see from the menus sound brilliant and healthy. I love the app that we have that they use to upload photos and their learning progress. It's great to be kept in the loop and have updates that we can see and be involved with. And I find this has improved since last year when I found there weren't many updates being provided and I really missed being able to see what they get up to whilst they are there. But I've found over the last 6 months this has got better so I hope that continues as I love to see it. Keep up the great work everyone, you are doing fantastic.

Our daughter benefits massively from the support she gets at nursery. The team treat her as an individual and it’s clear that they really care about her well-being. From this support, she is able to comfortably operate within a group environment as well as taking time to explore things by herself. During our regular feedback sessions, we identified her speech as an area of concern and one of the members of staff took it upon herself to provide us with additional reading support and actions we could follow to help improve this. It was incredibly helpful and could see instant improvements. During a global pandemic, the team at Acorns must give themselves credit for the way they have operated and continued to develop our little humans.

We have been delighted by the care provided by Acorns nursery Aviva. Our daughter loves attending. They make so much effort to with activities, observing all major cultural events. Nursery is clearly a fun and stimulating environment. I love the fact it is a home-from-home environment and the care provided for each child feels very individual. The building is very clean and they always have beautiful displays in the entrance according to the season. The food choices are excellent and the staff are lovely - they have such enthusiasm and are very approachable. We are extremely happy with the nursery and would highly recommend it.

This is one of the best nurseries in the locality. All staff are so friendly and they take personal care of each child. My daughter enjoyed nursery so much and always want to be there even on weekends. The food is good and a very clean nursery. They do so many activities to nurture the overall development of kids. I am really happy and satisfied with the nursery and looking forward to having a similar experience with my son too.

My daughter attends the nursery full time. The staff are amazing. I have previous experience with other nurseries. Compared to them I can definitely say that Acorns is the best nursery in the area.

Acorns Aviva is a great nursery. I know my son is in safe hands and he loves going. Nothing seems too much trouble and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. My son has a food allergy and the chef and the team go above and beyond to make sure he doesn't have anything he shouldn't.

This is such a lovely nursery that offers an excellent standard of care. Both of my children love coming here. There are lots of interesting activities for them that are fun and educational. Delicious and nutritious meals. And the staff really care about the children and help guide them through key milestones. Couldn’t be more pleased with this excellent nursery and I would definitely recommend them.

Such a lovely little nursery, with kind and caring staff who have been amazing during the Covid-19 pandemic. The care is second to none. The activities they provide I can’t rate highly enough. My niece loves coming to nursery and its lovely to see how much she enjoys it when I pick her up.

My child has the best experience in the nursery. He absolutely loves it here. The activities are stimulating and fun, the outdoor space is fantastic. He eats better here than what he does at home, which is reassuring as he’s a fussy eater. The management team are fantastic and solve any problems. I can’t recommend this nursery enough.

It's always nerve racking leaving your child at nursery when they start for the first time. It was made more difficult with the pandemic but everyone at Acorns Aviva are so lovely. They made us and my son feel really welcoming. I really like that the nursery provide healthy meals for the children. They are always very welcoming when seeing them at the beginning and end of the day and always greet you with a smile.

Kind. thoughtful staff who have managed well during the covid19 pandemic, giving our children continuity and stability wherever possible.

It’s an amazing nursery, everything from settling into increasing the days. The staff have been so amazing and my little boy loves his time there! They have coped through the pandemic amazingly and are always happy when they greet you and take such care in everything they do.

Fantastic nursery with the most fantastic friendly staff caring for the children. Our little boy has thrived since starting at the nursery and we wouldn’t think twice about recommending to other parents!

Couldn’t ask for a better nursery, the staff are fantastic and my little girl loves spending her days there. The staff are so kind and always there to offer reassurance and advice. My little girl has come on so much since attending nursery and her little character is shining through. This is all down to the manager and her team.

I cannot rate Aviva Acorns highly enough. My daughter is so happy there and I am 100% confident that they are caring for her as well as I could hope for. The staff are fantastic and are always available to talk to if I need to check on her. She is thriving in their care.

Overall, an excellent nursery. We have two children who have been both cared for amazingly during these important first years before school. Would recommend.

Extremely convenient to use due to it being at work and very reasonably priced, however that is secondary to the excellent care our child (and elder child now in school) receives. My son always comes out happy and having a good day and makes some really good bonds with the staff, especially his key worker. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

The staff at Aviva Acorns are all excellent. They take such great care of the children and put so much effort in and it is never too much trouble to serve breakfast for latecomers or to coax on new shoes. The activities are very enriching and creative, watching eggs hatch and caring for chicks, building 'hot air balloons' for a fiesta in Bristol and the art the children make is very imaginative. The food menu looks fantastic and smells lovely in the mornings. It is well balanced and staff make the effort to give lots of encouragement to help them try new things. The kids are really well behaved and staff seem to keep very good discipline.

Excellent nursery. My daughter can't wait to go each day.
